Honestly if I could I would probably rate them a 0/10. This is the first time I have brought my car here. This will definitely be the last. I normally take it to sandy sansing Chevrolet but I can’t say anything good about them either so I brought it to this Chevrolet. They both suck. I had to get warranty work done and it has been in this shop for 5 weeks. I needed my transmission replaced. Christa was by far the worst advisor I’ve ever had to be associated with. I had to constantly feel like I was harassing her for an update on my vehicle. I was paying $100/ day for a rental and asked from the beginning to please be updated through out the process, the only updates that were given was when I called to check on my vehicle.. she probably called me 2 times on her own. I asked multiple times to get a different advisor. I was forced to stay with her through the whole time. Chrystal was pleasant to speak with and helpful. I would’ve been okay with being switched to her which I did suggest. I also suggested to switch to Marilyn because she was trying to help but no luck. Scott and chuck the managers of the service department both know that I have complained against her multiple times. 5 weeks after waiting they said it was all good. No check engine lights were on when I brought it in but now my check engine light is on and they said it is an o2 sensor. No lights were on when I dropped it off. No lights should be on when I had work done to it for over 5 weeks. Roel’s solution was MAYBE if I drive it it will go off.UPDATE** I GOT MY MECHANIC TO LOOK AT MY O2 SENSOR INSTEAD OF TAKING IT TO PETE MOORE AND IT TURNS OUT PETE MOORE JUST HAD IT UNPLUGGED .. NOTHING WRONG WITH IT

My salesman Rodney was the best I’ve ever got the chance to deal with on a vehicle purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was in no way pushy. Allowed to me to sit back and make my own decisions about the purchase but was willing to assist as questions came up. He made buying a vehicle from Pete Moore quite easy and stress free. I would definitely consider another purchase from him in the future.

Marilyn was so awesome, so helpful kept me informed and even told me about using my Chevy reward points to pay for my air filter to be changed saving me money. She even dug into my warranties to see if my repair would be covered and the replacement of my thermostat was covered! I was originally told it would take over a week I got my car back same day!

The communication was terrible and the sales worker was very unprofessional. The sales worker STEVE over at the used cars section he was very nice at first. The deal didn’t work out at first but later on, our numbers lined up perfectly with another car and we were communicating with him that same day to get everything lined up. Just for ten minutes later him to say the car was sold, i can understand a car suddenly getting sold but before offering it to us it should’ve been verified. Then we went in person again and were offered the chance to put 500 down so that they can look and see if they can get a car in our price range and hold it for us. As soon as we realized it just wasn’t going to work with this dealership we requested our deposit back and STEVE ignored the initial request for our money back he never answered. We texted again and he says he wasn’t working the day we gave the deposit, so we requested the information of the person we gave the deposit to. We talk to the person he says okay he will send us the money. And STEVE goes on to tell my husband “And do not ever text me again”. Very unprofessional and childish.My reply to the owners reply:Of course we understand anyone can get a car it is not held for anyone and we also understand that deposits take time to be refunded. My issue was with the professionalism of your sales worker, the things you can excuse were understandable but what was frustrating was the lack of communication with us and the rudeness we received when we requested our deposit back.

I had an awful experience with Rhett. I tried telling him the concerns I had with my vehicle and he told me "that was normal" even though the noise I was describing has intensified since the last time he blew me off over this issue. I expressed concern over the lack of communication regarding how long my vehicle would stay because he didn't tell me it was staying overnight the last time I worked with him, but he cut me off and told me to expect my car to stay overnight unless the EV tech gets to it today. I asked if he would reach out to let me know if it had to stay, he told me he would not call to let me know if it had to stay. He did not offer the complimentary Uber ride the other service advisors have set up for me on previous visits and i had to get an Uber out of pocket. Because of this, I called later in the afternoon to follow up on if the tech had seen my car yet, he practically yelled at me that he already told me it was staying overnight. The next day, he called to tell me my car was ready, when I went to pick it up, my car was still on the rack and he had left early for the day. The other staff were (understandably) worried everything may not be done on it, so it had to stay one more night for no reason. Two nights and $170 later, my car still pulls right and he tried telling me that my tires aren't rated for my car, even after I reached out to my tire place and confirmed they were. I told him my tires couldn't be the issue because they've worked great for 2 years and I do not drive much. He then tried to push $1.3k tires on me. The lack of professionalism displayed by Rhett has forced me to start looking elsewhere for my service needs.

David Franklin and the supporting staff at Pete Moore Chevrolet did a great job from start to finish. No pressure viewing and discussing trucks and the vehicles' various options, I found to be quite valuable. The willingness of the other salespeople and service techs to offer their knowledge and experience about the vehicle I was considering was very helpful as well. The opportunity to take the vehicle to the house and replicate my usual driving routes was a key selling point. I appreciate the Pete Moore crew for providing a good vehicle purchase experience and look forward to maintaining a good service relationship moving forward.

Traveling home to Texas on a Saturday , in my new 2024 Silverado and it gave me an emissions code and went into reduced power mode. I was not going to make it home. I made one phone call and the Service Department took me strait in the shop . The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They discovered a service bulletin for the trucks Computer. Performed the needed update and a forced Regin, put me back on the road in about an hour.I cannot express my gratitude to Pete Moore Chevrolet. Friendly and undivided attention to your car service needs. They have been especially accommodating with any emergent mechanical issues, in which sometimes you can bring your car in on the same day. Prices seem fair and reasonable. I wish their waiting room can be more updated and spacious with several desks and comfortable sofas/chairs. Otherwise, Pete Moore gets the job done for your car. Highly recommend :-)

The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and took great care of my vehicle. Additionally, I had them put a bed cover on my Sierra, and they did an excellent job with the installation. They also went above and beyond by offering me the option to purchase the Z06, which was greatly appreciated.I must give a special shout-out to the sales associates Rhett, Dickie, and Steve. It was fine today.My oil change a month ago, not so much. All the oil leaked out within a week. Thank goodness I was not out on the interstate. Had to have it towed and stranded for hours.A simple oil change….

Went to look at a vehicle and ended up purchasing. Vehicle was mislabeled under price by alot. Even after they realized their mistake they still honored the pricing of the car. Salesman Chase was knowledgeable and did not pressure into purchase. Dealership did everything they could to accommodate me getting car. I was there a little over an hour and drove away. Will look into next purchase there as well.

I would leave a zero star review if that was an option. It took an hour and forty minutes for them to do an oil change. They also scratched up my glove compartment when they were taking out the air filter. It also won’t open now because they didn’t put it back in correctly. I would not recommend taking your car to be serviced here.

Made a 2 hour trip each way I inspected and test Drove the vehicle and made plans with them to buy it either today or tomorrow with an NFCU loan The moment I get home he texts me saying it's been sold. I wouldn't do business with them because they will just waste your time.

called for appointment since my tire monitor system was not working for 2 of my tires, other than that my car was working fine. the gentleman who took my call said we are not too busy today so bring it down. he explained that the batteries in these tire sensors go bad in 6 or 7 years and since my car was a 2016 that's what happened. Seemed like a routine fix. I arrived there at shortly after 11am and my job was finally complete at 3pm, 4 hours seems pretty long. Now they did replace all 4 sensors as the others were bad also, but the total cost was a whopping $667. they did give me a veterans discount so my final bill was$607. Was not a happy camper about something which I thought might be rather routine.

I asked about the warranty and before checking for the freedom warranty, The check in person the day before should of asked me about the extended warranty first before he quoted me $250. And I almost walked out the door. Finally he said about the freedom plan and checked to find out my tire was covered.
