Cashier Nick she is not professional, very ignorant acted as if we were bothering her, as we clearly asked for flea medicine tablets and she directs us to flea shampoo, then her customer services is the most ignorance of a employee I have ever seen. We will not be getting our cat, dogs, fish or our others pets supplies nor needs from this establishment as well will be letting all know how their staff is of the store.

This is hands down the best pet supermarket I've ever been to. Michelle and her staff are amazing! They are friendly, helpful and keep this store clean and organized. The selection of fish are great and the knowledge of the staff is wonderful. I am so thankful for Michelle and her staff and continue to visit the store weekly knowing the items I need will be in stock and new fish that I'm going to buy because they always have unique fish. Thank you Michelle, Theresa, Claire, Nina, Spencer, Caleb and Nick. You all are amazing!!!

I recently learned of this location and was eager to find a pet store with more stuff for my kitties.When I entered I found it to be soft lit, on the quiet side, and organized. All things I appreciate. I was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff, a bummer, but typical these days. I found several brands and products I was unfamiliar with and could’ve used some assistance. Just then an employee seemed to be coming over and I was preparing to speak, but they looked past me and stepped away. I googled for answers to my questions and made a final sweep to decide.While the selection of brands was nice the stock and selection were not enough for me. I returned my cart and exited to the same silence I was greeted with. My search continues with Pet Supermarket scratched from my kitties list.3 stars for cleanliness, organized, and atmosphere. An attentive and friendly staff with more stock/selection of available cat food offerings would make it easy for Pet Supermarket to be 5 stars.

Man that store is CLEAN!The associate that helped me was so nice and helped me decide the product I needed and also we discussed a plan for a future purchase that I need to save for. And helped me get started on the app for the store and online ordering. Very helpful. I'll be back there soon

I love this pet store and so does my kitten! She loves riding in the shopping cart and getting pets from all the staff! I am always greeted by employees when I walk in and asked if I need help finding anything. They also price match Pet Smart and Chewy which is helpful for getting the best deals.

Watch the sale signs. The was one over the enrich life Apple sticks saying 50% off for VIP members. The sign also said they were $4.49 or something in that range. They rang up $5.99 and I was told these enrich life were not considered chews, but they are because the animals literally chew them. The sign said all oxbow enrich life small animal. So definitely false advertising.

We've had our toy and mini poodles groomed at Pet Supermarket before, and the job was just ok. Yesterday, the new groomer, Kinsley, groomed both poodles and it is the best they have ever looked! The pups came home happy and energetic. Stressless, spa day for them both! Highly recommend! Thank you Kinsley!

4-24-2022 - $10 gets you everything your doggie needs for a bath! With 3-pugs, that is a heck of a deal. Lulu, Dasie, and Bogart enjoyed their bath time with mommy.

Absolutely love the staff! They make every visit a wonderful time! And always super helpful and knowledgeable about their products! It’s my baby’s favorite part of the day seeing his favorite people!On top of that, they have a fantastic selection of training treats, regular treats, and everything you need! And my pups favorite: Turkey sausage!!!

Since discovering Pet Supermarket I've stopped going to other pet stores for my dogs. It is so clean, the workers are always so very nice, and everything is always stocked. I like to take my dogs to work on their leash manners in public and they never mins that we just walk up and down the aisles sometimes. If you have to choose between other popular competitors and Pet Supermarket, I would 100% choose Pet Supermarket every time.

Nice variety of items. I visit two times a week for training with 5 flags dog training. I always shop after training and bring home a special reward for my standard poodles.

I would normally never come online to review a business or talk negatively about it no matter how bad my experience, but this place is a must, I don’t know what else or who I could call to help these animals, I just pray the good lord has a better plan. The living conditions and the health of the animals are absolutely horrific, if you at all think any of the animals from the fish, to kittens, to the ferrets are in any kind of okay environment, you most definitely have a special place in hell waiting for you. It was the most sad, disgusting thing I’ve seen from a pet store and wish I could save them all. For the employees, god sees, I’m sure their karma will come in time, I just can’t believe an employer would hire such terribly moraled people, the manager worried about going to have smoke instead of taking care of the animals in dying conditions. I hope this review finds the right person that can help!

A wonderful experience, followed up by a wonderful employee to answer questions. I came by this week to use the dog bathing stations, which was awesome, and streamlined the process for me and Zeus(my 11 year old Old English Bulldog). Quiet enough around 2:00pm that we didn't feel like we were taking up extra space to wonder around.

My fiancé and I go here so often for our miscellaneous pet needs and the employees are used to seeing us wander in at this point. All the employees we've talked to have been so helpful, well-informed, kind, and overall really great. The experiences we have every time we come have been really nice, the quality of their products is so high, their fishy friend selection is diverse and ever-changing, and their animals look to be well cared for. They really seem to care about the animals' well-being much more than any other pet store we've been to, we definitely recommend this store for your pet's needs :)

The store manager has made that store feel like it's family when you walk inside. Won't go any where else but here.

Well I bought a hamster from this location in may a fancy hamster I called about it before hand was told it was a boy that’s really what we wanted because we had another boy hamster well after getting the hamster the next day it had wet bottom after me telling the worker I didn’t want to buy the hamster unless he thought it was healthy I ended up getting drops I had to get for the hamster and he still wasnt better so they told me change( his) diet that didn’t help either few months later after finally nursing the hamster to health the hamster turns on getting nipples and it’s a girl and apparently girls have that smell so I’m kinda not happy with getting told multiple times it was a boy hamster and not few months later it was a girl after all and I gave her basically wet tail drops for no reason other then her having a smell because she’s a female hamster staff definitely needs to be educated in that for sure ! Because we wanted to put our hamsters together but can’t because we don’t want them to have baby’s and such !

The employees are SO NICE! I went in to bathe my dog so my rating is based on the bathing area. The soap is watered down so it was hard to get a good lather on my beast. The blow dryer wasn’t warm and there are no brushes. I’m used to having all that at Tractor Supply however.. I liked the people here so much, I’ll be back!

Love this shop! I have a large mature reef tank and recently finished cycling a new freshwater tank,so I was spending lots of time looking around at available fish. Not only does Pet supermarket have one of the cleanest, most well cared for live aquaria sections I've seen but the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Quickly has become my go to lfs. They keep their stock healthy and happy
