In the last year this store has really declined in service and convenience. Customers have to move boxes and carts in order to find products. They have boxes and carts blocking everything. No one is stocking the shelves. The carts are there every night and always block the chips. I have been there regularly for the last month and nothing has changed. This store was previously the best one in Pensacola. Unfortunately the change in management caused a drop in service and cleanliness.

Wish I could put ten stars. The staff is always great and the shelves are always stocked. Ran in today for my daughter to get a belt for work and didn’t see any. Asked the associate and he went in the back and got her one. He even guessed her correct size. It’s hard to find genuine customer service these days and I can assure you we will shop here from now on. Y’all go shop there and make them your regular store-you’ll be glad you did.

Won't be returning to this location. Came in on 12/18/22 around ll am. The manager who checked us out was totally unprofessional. Never greeted us or even said a word to us during the whole transaction. She was too busy having an ear bud in her ear and gossiping on her phone. Completely useless.

It's Family Dollar. You can't expect much other than cleaning supplies and such.The really short female who is, I assume, the manager, is abysmal. *RUDE* NEVER around until she's called or just happens to wander up front. And if she's called up front to delete an item or fix something, she takes her time.She needs to learn some manners, customer service and that some customers won't just calmly take her smart mouth. She either needs to be muzzled or learn that if she's going to bark, that SOME people WILL clap back.Someone needs to take away her cellphone at work. There has to be a general manager who can retrain this female. She comes to the register with a Bluetooth earpiece in, doesn't say a word to the customer and talks smack with her friends on the phone. NO ONE wears a name tag or I would name names. Going to email corporate to see if they're any better. Ppl need to learn that just because we had a pandemic doesn't mean that you can act any way you want to at WORK.

This is the worst dollar store I have ever been to! It's dirty, cluttered, and the "manager" as she called herself is very unprofessional and rude!! Today she was walking around and even RIGHT BEHIND A CUSTOMER spraying air freshener, saying VERY LOUDLY, I'M NOT EVEN WAITING, I'M SPRAYING THIS NOW! I'M NOT SMELLING THESE PEOPLE!...When in reality it's probably the store that smells...From all the opened little bags of chips, drinks and other food that people have stolen and left lying on shelves!!!! A year ago, this store was tolerable, but now it's disgusting and so are the "staffs" attitudes!! Dollar General is better! It's cleaner, more products and the staff is friendly and professional!!

No masks worn by half of the customers during COVID-19 spike and city-wide mandate (12/13/20). The staff do not insist customers wear masks (at their pay rate, who could blame them?). Clean, organized and reasonably stocked.

Normal family dollar. Stocked items and the line isn’t usually too long. Friendly staff. Easy to find what you are looking for. Smaller parking lot but easy parking.

The black gentleman followed my sister and i around the store then scanned our christmas items with an attitude and was feeling the box to see if the lights we purchased were still in the box. His name was Demetrius just for future reference We were never loud or disruptive this cashier needs a class on how to treat PAYING customers.
