The only pleasant part of this shopping experience was the new staff. Every franchise in town seems to have a rotating door for constantly hiring new under experienced, overworked (most likely under paid) employees. I've seen several out-of-date items on almost every shopping trip to any location.

Everyone working here are great. Always working stocking shelves, cleaning and serving customers. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer than you want to. The main thing is inventory. Only store with this inventory for miles. You just don't allow any more than what you order. This store could easily install more or larger coolers. Or. Shift inventory around to categories of sales volume

This location is certainly a good one. Located at the top of a hill, above a nice RV Park, this store offers a wonderful variety of products oh, and the shelves are always well stocked. The employees from this store also seem to be especially helpful when I have questions. Employees leave their stations to come and help me immediately. I recommend this location to anyone. :-)

I love having this store in our neighborhood. But it is not easy to shop here because of the cluttered aisles due to stockers not putting carts away when finishing stocking. Can't push a buggy through the store any given day. Wish they would stock at night.

Went in at closing to grab a few last minute dinner items. The girls were doing their night work, but, still very nice and offered any help to everyone that was in the store. (There were about four other couples/groups inside.)

I just left the store and what a ridiculous experience. The cashier never spoke and was texting the entire time she was ringing me up. Zero customer service in fact is was the worst I have ever had at any store. Terrible

This store is the little store that could. I know the other store being built are new and fancy but this is a great team. This is the store closest to home and they make me feel like it. Jim, Marcus, Brandon the entire team does they're best to keep that store looking nice and they are all very polite considering some of the things we customers put them through 😉

Dg on w 9 mile is newly remolded...GOOD NEWS we have a new layout more and bigger coolers new items and we now carry Fresh produce...so come on in and look around...and let us know what you think of the updates....all comments and reviews are welcome...Thanks

This dollar general is cleaner and neater then just about any dg you go to in Pensacola. Most are usually dirty with things just thrown everywhere, but much different here. The store manager obviously cares about neatness and customer service. Still some employees with questionable retail experience, but all in all much better than any of the other local locations.

Went in to buy my wife some OTC medicine. Went to pay and I only had a $100 bill. Alissa told me she didn't have the money to give me change back. Most cashier's would have called a manager to get change out of the safe. Not real bright people work here. Maybe others are a little brighter but not the one checking me out at the register. So bring change and make it not so difficult on the cashier.

Website always says product I’m looking for is in stock however upon arrival it is nowhere to be seen and employees just state wait til next shipment. Well next shipment never comes. Been this way for months. Never visiting again which is a shame since they are so close to my job.

My main stores I shop at, I collect hot wheels and they have a good selection normally, I would enjoy a bigger selection as a collector, but dollar general is my go to store.

Great place to go when you need something quick. They have a larger selection of items than most Dollar General stores do. Staff are quite enjoyable and more than willing to help.

Listened to a manager reprimand an employee for doing something that he actually did correct. Funny thing was when it came out time to check out the manager had to do the same exact thing at the register in order the check me out that the employee did that he yelled at. Was so unprofessional.

It's just a D.G. folks. You in now what to expect and know what you'll be getting. Overpriced, undersized name brand or DG generic brand items. A pack of Advil (the tube with 12 pills) that costs .99 to $1.25 everywhere else, including Tom Thumb or a Shell station which GB are well known for price gouging will cost a cool $2 at DG. Now, DG does go where no store goes before they break ground out in the middle of nowhere. Guess it's worth the premium until others move in...also the people on drugs vs those not on drugs are much higher in many locations. I actually had a woman walk into DG for a candy bar, I'd been waiting my turn in line f ok r about 5 minutes. She did not care. She let me know she and her candy were going first...crackhead+candybar>soccer mom with frozen dinners (DG)😀

Really upset the under armor shirt had a small stain on the white part of the shirt. 7 dollars for an under armor polo shirt and its stained. They think they're Tommy Hilfiger or something
