I tried to ask the cashier a question. She didn't respond, so I said excuse me again and she she still didn't acknowledge me. Third time , she said she doesn't talk over her back. I said, oh, I didn't think you heard me. Any type of acknowledgement would have been nice. Very rude woman. I will not be going back to this DG ever.

I've only shopped at this Dollar General location a few times. The store is clean, well stocked, friendly employees, and choices of many basic general store items. This one has updated its store just like many stores everywhere are with self-checkouts.

Very hard to shop in this store because shelves are bare. Good prices in what they have in stock, but that isn't much. It would behoove corporate office to understand that, while they think they are saving money by being short staffed, they are losing customers to Walmart and Publix, where items can be found on the shelves and there's staff who can assist you. Can't blame the local DG manager for corporate mindset.

This is one of the worst Dollar Generals I've ever been in. Never have anything in stock, the store is always messy. There is piles of trash everywhere around the building & in the parking lot. Noone wants to shop somewhere like this.

Just stopped to pick up milk. They carried the 2% that I am now regulated to. They also had plenty of whole and 1%. I stopped around 8:15 pm and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Although it's not always that quick, but I usually use them for convenience because they are located much closer than a grocery store to me.

Typical dollar store. They always have stock though. I've never went in there and not found what I needed. If anything they are overstocked because they have bucket sitting in the middle of the aisle marked Overstock... LOL. Probably one of the best dollar stores in town. Staff is always friendly

Friendly Employees, but store is always cluttered with Employees unpacking boxes and stocking shelves. I know this has to happen to provide merchandise to Customers, but its an inconvenience when shopping. Otherwise, I like the store, and will continue to shop there as the location is so convenient to my home

Left a 20 on the counter and the cashier absolutely sprinted to get to me to return it to me. 100% going here for anything I need that they supply even if I need to drive farther to get here. Best location great people. Will be attempting to call the district manager and let him or her know about this experience .

Less than impressed. A lot of things were out of stock and the cashier seemed irritated that I asked for a bigger bag to cover the gift that my kids got for my husband.Convenient location and lots of parking.

Online it says the store opens at 8am; however the sign on the door clearly states 9am. I decided I would just wait 15 more minutes until it opened. The next thing I know it is close to 9:20am, several customers have shown up, and a lady that works there walked back up from the parking lot and started telling everyone the store is not opened yet because they are waiting on a set of keys. I left along with several other people. The lady who was telling everyone, had seen me parked in front of the entrance door with my windows down at 8:55am when she got there and did not bother to tell me then they couldn’t get in the store. What a waste of over half an hour and such a lack of courtesy.

The doller generals that I have visited only carry a few decorative items like rugs. When they receive them and put the item to sale, the item never has two alike. They need to order alike items so you can arrange your home accordingly. At least your home will look put together.

EXCELLENT CASHIERS/STAFF! Every time I go in they are, friendly and helpful. They never make you wait in line. The store is always fully stocked with groceries, products, and new inventory. Thank you for sharing the coupon info💕

Kind of messy. I could've just been there at the wrong time of the day though. The cashier working was quick to answer my questions of where to find something. I loved her purple hair!If anytime thinks my 4 is wrong please tell me as I'm not sure myself.There is no 4.5 rating

They did not have Alfredo sauce....0r eggs or milk...they need more help stocking shelves..also tons of stuff in the isles not priced or put on the shelves yet 😲😵 otherwise it is great when you just need a few items...faster than a grocery store.😀😀😀

I understand this store is still fairly new but just gettiing in the door is a cluster! There's racks of clothes all at the door, the register location puts the line blocking the front door if there are more than 3 people in line....The 2nd register has you bumping into displays & NO MATTER where you are in line you are constantly having to move for shoppers to get by....To much stuff & not enough store!!

This store is one of the cleaner dollar generals and its usually very well stocked. Giving it 3 stars today because I did not leave with a card. I just couldn't find the right one after comparing it to one I saw earlier

OMG.... What a crazy, hectic Friday this was!So after my poor Wife being called into work today, after being up with me all night. 10 hours later we need a few items to get us through the night. Well Ms. Amy was the ONLY cashier working with 4 customers plus my Wife and I in line to check out.Ms. Amy not only could do her job with a smile, but was VERY fast with all of us waiting! Yet to go that extra mile, she was able to cheer my Wife up and give us both the strength to finish the day.So Ms. Amy, just know that your professionalism this day was not only above and beyond, but your smile and the person you are turned a bad day completely around. Thank you!

Cashier needs to get off their cell phone! If I managed a store & a paying customer had to wait in line due to a personal cell phone call! GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONES & DO YOUR JOBS PEOPLE!

Probably the cleanest Dollar General around this area. Employees are always nice. Never have that attitude that they don't want to be there. I like this one.

This place is looking like a abandon house , grass hasnt been kept up or cut and trash all over the parking lot .Starting to look like Ghetto .Management and or the owner should be keeping up with the grounds better .Code enforcement is all over this side of town.I guess their bling when they drive by. I guess the rules dont apply to big $$$$ buissness Management get it cleaned up or a call to code enforcement will happen .

DG has a great brand..their stores usually clean organized way superior to family dollar...Florida is certainly inundated with Dollar generals..i counted eight in a thirty mile stretch from bonifay to Panama city

ALL THE PRICES AND LABELS ARE CONFUSING, SPENT 30 MINUTES GOING THROUGH CLOTHES THAT WERE ON THE FLOOR, ALL SIGNS POSTED WERE FALSE ADVERTISING, THEY GOT ALL THESE DOTS, YOU TAKE YOUR TIME AND MATCH THEM, ONCE AT THE COUNTER EMPLOYEE TELL YOU EVERYTHING REGULAR PRICE. THE SIGN CLEARLY SAYS FIFTY PERCENT OFF THEYRE SOME SMALL TINY PRINT THAT HAS ALL THESE EXCLUSION, IF ITS A TWO PIECE SET, ONE PIECE IS ON SALE, YOU THE OTHER PIECE REGULAR PRICE. THE EMPLOYEE TOLD THAT WAS ITEMS WERE SHIPPED LATER, NOT GONNA WASTE MY TIME SHOPPING THERE AGAIN
