I gave four stars, because Jesus is the only one that deserves five stars, 10 stars, all the stars.The pharmacy staff at the Pensacola mobile Cvs and my View has always been great. Friendly, courteous, and a genuine smile from what I can tell tell.If you strike up a meaningless conversation, they will engage. That’s nice that’s being human. The problem is the guest/customers who are not being human They have emotional problems and they cannot just be normal. Especially now nowadays.To the staff at CVS at the mobile Road store and my recent store The Creighton store, thank you for always being real. Your bosses should recognize the realness and appreciate you guys. Despite the ignorance and the Emotional distraught humans we have nowadays. Incredibly sad I’ll just leave it there. Bosses continue to tell your employees to be human and bosses protect your employees for being human. Thank you again.

Very rude not willing to listenCVS bought my pharmacy order from Winn Dixie on Mobile Highway when they announced the closing of the store. Some of my prescriptions were lost in the change and others are now not being filled proper AFTER I pulled them from CVS. When I called and spoke to the pharmacist he was very rude and short with me telling me that the transferred prescription was for the amount that the next pharmacy gave me. I have filled this prescription with Winn Dixie for 1 1/2 years and always received a box which was a quantity of 5 vials, CVS even filled it for the box quantity after taking over my prescriptions. The pharmacist kept arguing with me that they never filled it for that amount, I offered to bring my filled script over to show him as proof he said I don't need to see it. This store is the closest CVS to my residence and I will go out of my way and go to a more distant location than to deal with this type of service.

Folks decided not fill my wife's prescription because they think she was a day early. It was when her doctor said to go. These people judge you based on your prescriptions. Completely unprofessional, especially for health care professionals. Everything is over priced there anyways. See ya!

I have a CVS about 3 blocks from my house, about 3 years ago I started going to this one because they have med's well stocked and rarely run out of anything until last week, but that was the first time in 3 years that I had to wait. Most of the employees know my wife and I they are friendly, courteous to us

Rudest pharmacy techs around. Act like they are doing you a favor for answering questions that they are supposed “specialize” in. Zero professionalism or common courtesy

Totally infuriated with this particular location. This is the second time within a six-month. That I rushed to try to get to this location and get in line for them to close the window before I got to the front of the line. What happened to serving your customers? We're the ones that pay their bills. This Pharmacy has the absolute worst work ethic I've ever seen. I would never in my life recommend anyone go to this particular location.

I was given a medicine bottle with someone else’s name on the label. I took the medicine back to the store and they said it was the right medicine but the wrong label. I don’t think I’m going to take the medicine because I don’t trust it

This is a lovely Corner Value Store. The prices and super long receipts are to be expected for a CVS. It is clean and the shelves are stocked. The staff is friendly.

Usually I have no complaints about this pharmacy but today I really needed to get my grandmothers medicine so I checked the hours and it said open 24 hours only to find out that the pharmacy closed at 6pm.
