The best way to unwind! The catfe is wonderful! I have been twice and I have told everyone I know about how great it is! The decor is so fun and the cats are all so cute with such great personalities. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with patrons and provide excellent customer service. It is so wonderful to have such a cool and unique experience in Pensacola. I already have plans to visit with more of my friends that have yet to experience the magic of Coastal Cat Cafe.

My daughter and I came in the other day and absolutely loved it! I got a cappuccino and a delicious cream cheese danish to snack on while we visited the kitties. They were so sweet and snuggly, I definitely recommend this experience

Loved our experience at the grand opening night. The cafe is beautifully renovated and designed. The cats are adorable, friendly, and playful. Will be coming back again to spend more time with the kitties and enjoy the beverages and goodies served at the cafe itself!

this is the best place in the world i’m serious, the cutest cats, the best staff and cutest decorations!! i want to go again already!! i went in for 45 minutes and by the time my reservation was up i was thinking about buying more time. if audrey ever gets adopted the lucky family better give her all the love because she has my heart!! thank you for the best time ever!!

Aside from my obvious bias toward anything with cats, this was a wonderful experience. There were 17 adoptable cats when I went, all various ages and all very chill and sweet. The building itself is very clean and charming, and the staff are friendly and informative!

What a cute experience. I love places like this which give pets an opportunity to interact with people to help find their forever home.The facility was clean, well decorated, and the "tenants" (aka kitties) were adorable/fun to play with.The cafe/shop was well supplied and offered opportunities to spoil the kitties with different treats.I didn't get a chance to try the delicious parties or drinks but from what I saw and smelled I would highly recommend giving them a try.Would definitely revisit.

Such a fun experience! $15 each for 45 minutes to spend with some super cute kitties. The staff and volunteers were so knowledgeable and helpful. The cats are incisors loved and treasured - and available for adoption! - and are absolutely loving their best lives. 5 stars!!

This place is not only great in theory but great in reality too! The aesthetic is so cute in here, you can tell the owner has a lot of pride in making the cats and the customers time enjoyable!! I love that I can sip some coffee, hang with friends, and even hang with the cutest cats! I am so glad Pensacola has a place like this to add as a local business!

Super cute spot where you can get a pastry and beverage and then lounge with very friendly cats — all available for adoption. This is a very special place that serves as a foster home for many cats. Make a reservation on the website for an hour-long visit and go regularly to enjoy time with feline friends.

This is a beautiful cafe and the staff are all super sweet. We went to their grand opening and it was lovely! They have already adopted out so many kitties! As someone who has been to ALOT of cat cafes, this place is amazing and the cats seem happy and healthy! I just wish we lived closer so we can go more often to support the kitties! 😺

We went to a, Cat Cafe when we were in Orlando, and I loved it. I always wished we had one in Pensacola, so l was so excited to hear about this place! It was so fun and relaxing, I was in kitty heaven for 45 mins! All of the cats are very sweet. If I didn't already have 8 cats, I would've adopted all of them! The staff is also very friendly. Can't wait to go back again!

This is the CLEANEST kitty sanctuary I’ve ever seen!! People pressed it isn’t cheaper don’t care about what it actually takes to PROPERLY maintain a facility like this. This place is actually fostering the animals not caging them until people come wanting a pet. $15 is no skin off my back to play with the kitties. If you can’t afford it, you can’t afford a cat. The owners and administrators are doing far more work and paying far more out of pocket to make sure these animals are HAPPY and healthy than any free shelter is able to. We LOVE the Cat Cafe!!! -🐱meow

This Cafe is a beautifully put together kitty halfway house. It's so clean, well maintained, lots of toys and beds for the kitties, and the staff were so sweet and patient.The reason why I'm knocking a star down is because of the cat's stress levels. 14 cats all in the same communial area with no way to truly escape the more aggressive/dominant cats will inevitability cause the others to get increasingly more stressed. When we visited, there were two "bully" cats attacking and beating on a couple of other cats. While this is normal to a degree, there really needs to be a better means of separating the aggressors from the victims. Our hearts broke seeing how skittish and wary some of the cats were. At one point, when I sat down, one of the younger ones jumped up behind me and hid against my back - as soon as I moved, one of the kitties charged that cat and smacked her, claws and all.I wish this place all the best, I love what they stand for, what they're trying to do, and how they're still working out the logistics of everything. It's absolutely worth a visit to see these beautiful kitties and to support this business.

It was such a pleasant experience! Super relaxing and all the kitties are friendly. You can get pastries and coffee. They also have adorable cat-related accessories that you can buy! I will definitely be returning in the future.

What a great place to grab a coffee and snack, while doing good by cuddling up with plenty of rescue cats. Very clean facility with a great staff. Be careful, though: you may find yourself filling out adoption paperwork!

I went to Coastal Cat cafe for a Yoga event and it was a great time. Lots of great cats, very nice environment. Everyone should go and spend some time there to relax and unwind with some great cats.

OMG! The wisdom of the ages is embodied in these wonderful creatures!! I think all of these wise animals are steeped in stoicism and zen before they interact with the humans. My cup of coffee was great, but paled in comparison to the life lessons I came away with sitting quietly and contemplating these friendly, self possessed, philosophers. I can’t get enough of this sanctuary! And, yes, I got the T shirt!!

I am extremely impressed by the organization of this business and how the owner structures the time slots for one on one time with the baby kitties! The atmosphere here is 10/10; feels welcoming and homey… and is very clean! The staff is kind and I can’t wait to visit again!
