We were referred to Cains by Pet Smart to groom our senior dog Sadie. They do a great job of grooming both of our pups. We used them for boarding recently when our regular boarding facility was full and couldn’t take our dogs. They were reliable and took good care of our dogs. When I emailed to check on them they responded right away and sent pictures of my pups. I recommend Cains for grooming and boarding.

Tobi got an amazing cut at Cains! We’ve struggled finding a groove that gives a good groom and doesn’t hurt his ears in the process. Cains did a great job and we will definitely be going back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Place Ever!! Some of the sweetest staff ever! Had to leave town unexpectedly but never had to kennel our dog before. Cain's to the rescue. I was able to submit all shot records and paperwork beforehand, so drop off was a breeze. They are also groomers, so abate was given before pick up. To top it all off, very reasonable prices. We will definitely use their services again. Also, you could tell our dog was very well taken care of and had a great time!!

I definitely feel safe about bringing my dog here, but the price was pretty steep. $120 for an expedited wash/ sanitary groom (face, feet, genitals) on a 45lb hypoallergenic. He looked very cute with the trim they did do and the wash seemed thorough, but they left a mat of hair on his chest we were hoping they would have taken care of.

I felt as if service was rushed and not the love of an animal but more of just trying to rush and finish. Whomever was at the front desk was nice however other staff members were distant. My Yorkie doesn't have a very clean smell to only be 9 weeks. Maybe its my fault as I felt they were in a rush because they had a lot of dogs present... I arrived at 12:30 and she was ready at 1(pretty fast for hand drying)!

Indie always comes back so soft! She has a show dog look to her each and every time. The price is worth it for all the Golden hair that follows when we clean her ourselves! Everyone is friendly and it smells wonderful when you walk in.Our favorite part is the cute bandanna they give her each time she visits.

I could not ask for a better job than the groomer at Cain's Dog House does. I have a 3 year old Schnoodle who wears a short cut in the summer and we let her grow out in the winter time. She has beautiful poodle curls on her legs which we embrace in the cold. Jolette is who does my Ellie's grooming. Also her tail has always been a mess. This time she cut it short and it's just darlin'. THEY ARE SOCIAL DISTANCING. You just pull into the parking lot. And they come to you. Competitive price, super friendly and professional staff. Cain's Dog House is DEFINITELY a 5 start rating.

Wonderful experience with Cain's Dog House! The person I talked to initially by phone to find out information was well informed and polite. When I arrived for my pet's appointment the facility was very clean and everyone was kind. Excellent customer service. My pet was groomed exactly as requested and even had a cute little bandana on when I picked her up. Pricing is very reasonable for the area. I would highly recommend this facility for grooming. Will return for our diva's next trim!

Mollie adored her time at Cain's. The ladies back in the boarding facility are awesome and took great care of her. She ate, played, got back scratches, and just had a great time. I am so thankful and appreciative. I now feel at peace when I have to travel. Thanks Cain's!!

We were just visiting the area and needed a place for our buddy, because of the rain and stormy weather. He was getting cabin fever after two days and nights in the camper. The rains were to continue for two more days, that's when we called Cain's Dog House and they so graciously boarded him for us. We were happy and our big boy was also. Thank you to the staff! Today was our first time using this grooming service, and we were excited to get our little man trimmed up after reading the reviews! Too bad this place is the absolute WORST!! Our 10:30 am appointment for EARS, TAIL, & TOES (not even a bath) took over 5 hours today!! Not a call to inform us they were behind or anything. We saw our dog locked in a crate, still waiting to be groomed at 2:30 pm when we came to check on him. The woman at the front desk did not even apologize to us; she attempted to say that bigger dogs take more time, so they were behind. Our 15lb dog did not deserve to sit in a crate all day because this place does not know how to manage a schedule. Do NOT waste your time on this place, because it’s obvious that they do not care about yours.Picked him up after all that, SO GLAD they also got the cut wrong! We explicitly asked for his top coat & stomach not to be touched and his tummy is bare WITH CUTS ON IT.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I board both my dogs here frequently and the staff has always been so kind and helpful and treated my dogs like their own. One of my dogs had never boarded before and was nervous going there the first few times but now he jumps out of the car and races to get in there, he’s so excited! My other dog is older (13 years) and they take such good care of her and making her comfortable. We are so glad we found Cains!

They do a good job. The style of cut your dog gets depends on which person does it, but your dog will be clean, smell good, & have a hair cut.

We boarded our dogs here a second time. They have a room big enough for Luke (black Lab) and Bandit (Beagle) to stay together. They handled medicinal needs, took them out to play regularly, and took great care of them for us. We use them regularly for grooming. We always get clean looking and feeling dogs and they smell great. The best part is the entire staff is super friendly and very loving towards our dogs. Cain's is our only dog care facility.

We had our pup stay here for a week while we were traveling internationally and we were so happy with our experience! This was our pup's first time being boarded so I was a nervous wreck but they answered every question I had and even wrote down all of my small requests. We were unable to call since we were international, so they were nice enough to email us updates and even send pictures and videos. They even gave him a bath before we picked him up! We definitely recommend them if you need to board your fur baby!

I've been using Cain's for about 6 or 7 years for boarding and they've been absolutely fantastic. I couldn't possibly pick a better place for my sweet little boy, Jack. They take such good care of him and they even send me text message pictures and updates so I don't have to worry about how he's doing while we are out of town. The whole staff is amazing and so polite, courteous and extremely professional. Awesome job guys. I'll certainly send everyone I know your way!

Just returned from our weekend getaway. While in Pensacola, We got a last minute opportunity to get to tour the Naval base from our relative in the military. Called around a few places, either didn’t get an answer or wasn’t able to take our Honey. Cain’s swooped in to the rescue! Our Honey came home with so much excitement from day care and smelled LOVELY from her bath. With such a high energy pup, we get nervous leaving her but had no problems with this place/staff. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Moving here from a different area I was really worried about finding a great groomer for my dog, he was really well taken care of at our last groomers. This group of people absolutely love animals and are so kind and wonderful with our dog. It’s really wonderful to that they offer boarding, day care and all kinds of fun services for pets!

Our dog Boca has been to several boarding, daycare, groomers. Hands down, Cain’s is Amazing! They have a large staff and every one is so great to work with. We travel a lot and having the piece of mind that our fur baby is not only taken care of but gets the “Zoomies” when she notices Cain’s as we turn into the parking lot is a true “everything is okay” feeling. I could go on but your fur babies are in great hands with Cain’s Dog House.

It is rare to find people so competent and caring in the world of animal care. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They pay attention to detail, love your pets and watch over them diligently. They work hard to understand your pet's needs inside and out. They are very dependable and do what they say they are going to do . They listen to and follow instructions. They are extremely trustworthy. They care very much about animals and love them. They are very intelligent and focus on applying that intelligence to the care of the animals. Over the years, I have boarded quite a few animals (dog, cats, rabbits) with them while I went on vacation. My animals were always happy, healthy and well cared for when I came back. There has never been even the tiniest problem. Cain's Dog House deserves every star.

A horrible experience, will not go back. We had an 11am appointment and were quoted 2 hours to wash and trim small 8lb. dog. Was supposed to be from 11am to 1pm. Called at 12 to checkup on dog since it was his first time being left alone with strangers in a strange place, to make sure he was doing ok, and asked if he would still be ready by 1, and we were told that it would be 4pm before he would be ready and that he hadn't even been bathed yet. Don't trust this establishment with being on time, especially if you're on a schedule. We are really upset that his first time at the groomer turned out so horrible, being locked in the cage for over an hour in the back without being washed, and we are pretty sure they took a walk-in ahead of the appointment we had for our dog, another dissappointment.

Had a horrible experience at Cain's Dog House today, April 17, 2014. Made an appointment yesterday for my 2 dogs and was told they had openings for them when I made the appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 9:15 with my dogs. I got concerned when they did not call for me to pick up my dogs after 5 hours so I called and asked if they were ready to be picked up. I was told no, would be 3:30 or 4pm. I arrived at the business at 3:45 and my dogs were still not ready. I was then told it would be 5 or 5:30 before they would be ready. My dogs are 10 and 11 years old and have been groomed many times during their lives but I've NEVER been asked to leave my dogs at a groomers for 6.5 - 8.5 hours in order for them to have their turn to be groomed. THis is RIDICULOUS! No groomer has ever needed 6.5 hours to groom my dogs who are less than 12 pounds each. The dogs had been groomed less than 3 months earlier so they were not in bad grooming condition. I was told that one of my dogs had a seizure. He has never had a seizure before so I have great concerns why he had one at their establishment. He was limping when I brought him home. I have no idea what went on there during the 6.5 hours my dogs were waiting to be groomed but it's UNACCEPTABLE to expect a customer to leave their animal 6.5 hours for grooming. Previous experiences with groomers I have left the dogs no more than 3.5 hours. BEWARE of this place. I would NOT TRUST them with my little ones. BTW they also charged me 58.00 for the grooming that was not completed!

They care about your pet asked me if I knew about a lump on my dog. Luckily I had already had it looked at by Safe Harbor just down the road. My dog never gives me an issue when I take her and she has anxiety at times. This is a great place and less expensive than where I was taking her before.

Jessica and her staff are nothing short of amazing. They always treat all of my dogs as their own and take extra precautions with my skiddish dalmatian. I have 4 large dogs and they are always accommodating and go above and beyond to meet my needs. I have been a loyal customer for 6 plus years and will continue to use them and recommend them for all of my grooming and boarding needs.

Cain's is awesome! Super friendly staff, and always treat my dog like he is their own. Had a situation last time where they lost my dog's flea collar, but the staff handled the situation super well.
