I agree; these folks are very nice and helpful, and there are enough staff to take care of everyone who comes in. I had a problem with a replacement door handle and they didn't quibble, just gave me a new one to replace the problem one. They always have everything I need, or can figure out a good substitute.

This Ace is really the helpful hardware store! I love going there. The staff gets you when you walk in and asks what are you needing. They are always helpful and nice. So, ladies, when your husband sends you to the hardware store to get a part, go to Ace. They know and they will help you to get the right part. They have a great variety and most likely have what you need. It's a fun place to shop.

Really like this company. The down side is it is very costly. I have been a member of the rewards for a couple of years and still haven't been able to use them it on any purchases. But it is very convenient for those emergency hardware needs.

I don't know how they do it but in this tiny little building they always seem to have everything you need for home repairs. I also purchased my big green egg from them and have been extremely satisfied with it and will be buying a smaller one for my camper soon.

If your looking to improve your grilling and bbq game then you came to the right place! They have all the popular rubs, wing dust and bbq sauce. The variety is pretty impressive for a smaller hardware store. They also carry premium charcoal, like B&B charcoal. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dont forget to download the app for rewards and coupons. This local hardware shop even offers a military and veteran discount to thank you for your service.

There is no where else I would ever go than here! I recently had to make a quick stop there for something I needed but had all three of my kids in tow. While one of the employees was being amazingly helpful my middle child was getting restless so the sweet lady behind the counter came out and played with her. This may seem like something small, but after running three other errands and dealing with some very grouchy children, this was EVERYTHING to me. Not only did I get all the help I needed, but they were kind to my children when they could've just been annoyed. I've never made a trip there that they weren't kind and helpful, but this trip they all really went above and beyond. I don't know who runs this store... but you are doing it right! Thank you!

Friendly staff but the aisles are super small. I don't think anyone wheelchair bound could go here. I don't remember their aisles being labeled either. I requested help pretty quick when I walked in.

1st time at this location. Found what I needed in a combo of online order and in store.Parking was difficult for me. Hard to get out of the parking lot safely. Wheelchair accessibility not readily available.

Well the store doesn’t compare in size to some of the well-known big box retailers, they keep a solid selection of items on hand. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always try Ace first for my needs.

Was a long time patron of this store as Paradise hdwr and disturbed to see it close. BUT, what a great facility it is now. I'm forever amazed at the incredible selection this relatively small building offers! Being a professional handyman in the area I can be in and out here in minutes, almost always with what I need. Saves an hour round trip to one or both of the big box stores. Time is money no matter what.
