You can never really be sure what goes on behind the doors of a groomer, but you do know that when your pup doesn't hesitate to walk in, wags their tail at the staff, and doesn't fight them taking her over to the groomer and away from you, it can't be bad! Top that with the fact that our pup always comes out looking sparkling clean, and brushed and fluffed and gussied up and you have a perfect groomer.These guys seem to really like the dogs; they are always nice and courteous to you and your furry friends. They do an excellent job with my little poodle and they have cookies and clothes and treats and anything else you may need! We've been coming here for 2 and a half years with zero complaints since my dog was a 12wk puppy. If you want to pamper your pup look no further than woof gang.

I’ve been bringing my golden doodle pup here since I’ve gotten him so 6 months.. i had an outstanding groomer. Apparently she was off and they had a male groomer take her place.. i dropped my pup for an on time appointment and when i came to pick him up he still wasn’t ready after 4hrs of being at the groomer. I had to wait about an hour extra after coming in and them telling me they’re back up. So i sat in my car.. for some weird reason they brought my pup all the way to my car and i found it weird that he was rushed out to me and they just kept apologizing for the delay so i did a thorough check of my pup to find out they CUT almost HALF of his left ear.. i took him back inside and showed them and i told them i wanted not only my $25 tip back but i also want to know the policy for a bad cut.. the owner or manager came out and stated that the only thing they can do is try to fix it or credit me another grooming session free of charge. I had a wait a whole month for my dogs ears to grow from a squirrel look back to a pup and when i tried to rescheduled another grooming session the following month they DO NOT WANT TO HONOR the free grooming session stating that the policy doesn’t say such a thing.. UNBELIEVABLE. I wouldn’t have given this review if i felt like the situation was fixable but they continue to not want to mend it so here we are. I doubt I’ll be doing anymore business with them.

Came in for a nail trimming and they did such a good job! I can tell they really made an effort to align the nails nicely and cut as short as possible without hurting my dog. My dog even came out smelling a little better 😆 great options in the store, clean, and people who care about what they’re doing!

I have been taking my dog here for about a year now once a month and had a different groomer than my normal person cut my dog. I did not catch her name, but she had dark black/brown hair and when I went to pick up my dog he kept scratching at his face, and I looked at it, and I noticed a cut under his eye. He definitely did not have that as I am very close with my dog and I interact with him all day every day. I asked to bring the groomer out so I can speak to her, and she gave me attitude she even got into my face, yelling at me, telling me that my dog gave her a hard time blow drying his face when I wasn’t even asking about how everything went. I was asking about a cut, she completely dismissed it and kept getting into my face telling me where do I see blood when I’m pointing directly at little specks of blood. It was unprofessional I was completely taken aback. I asked to speak to the owner and they told me that it was just irritation when I could see little specks of blood. They did not offer a refund. All they did was try to convince me that I didn’t see what I actually was seeing as if I am stupid. I have referred so many friends dogs here, and after telling them my dogs situation they also will not be returning to this place. It is a shame what has came of this place.**update after owner response**My dog did not have that “skin irritation “ as you claim he has… and the groomer not only was loud and rude with me she repeatedly got very close to my face as she was doing it in front of one of the owners. The fact that you are basically calling me a liar proves you guys as a “company” are disgusting and are only trying to make your reputation look good. Your response is as disgusting as your company. I would never go out of my way to make a false bad review especially when I was a FREQUENT customer at this location.

I have had the experience with many groomers not getting her ears correct. Being a Papillon her ears are supposed to remain full and intact. Chloe’s not being as full as many others it takes even longer to grow back. I would always come back to pick her up after explaining DO NOT TOUCH her ears and they have chopped them off and made her look like a Rat Terrier or something. However, WOOF GANG I applaud 👏🏾 you. She looks great and came out happy. This means I know she was taken care of and felt safe.

This place is magical! We have not tried the grooming aspect yet but it has a million treats for you fur babies and especially soooo many things for your dog's birthday! We got my dog birthday treats and some everyday treats, and he loves them all. I'm really happy I found this place.

Another woof gang in sarasota is being investigated for animal abuse and cruelty. I would be careful about bringing my dog here. Just look at all their bad reviews at this location.Edit:Can you read? off-topic? If you can read all YOUR previous reviews a lot of them mention similar things. I wouldn’t bring my dog here if it was the last place on earth! Shame on you.

Absolutely love coming here! Victoria is an amazing groomer. She always has the best attitude and amazing skills! I come here from New York just to get my dog groomed a couple times a year. Victoria is amazing at doodle cuts which I find is extremely hard to find! Could not recommend enough. 5/5 stars.

This is sweet Grace’s third time getting a mini-groom and bath here. They are so sweet and treat the dogs kindly. Grace gets to wait with other fur babies instead of in a cage while she waits her turn. For the most part she is usually done in under 2-2.5 hours compared to the other place which took over 5 hours every single time. Give this local place a try. They also have an assortment of dog cookies/ biscuits for your pup and adorable outfits, collars etc..🐾♥️🐾

These ppl are horrible look what they did to my baby. All I asked them to do is trim his belly and around his face and they cut him all up and even left him patches. The last pic is how he looked when I took him in he was lil a lil shaggy dog and came out of that horrible place looking like he was sick my puppy is not feeling right he is missing his hair. My poor baby. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They don’t get any stars from me. If I could Sue them I would.

Took my dog here for the first time. They're always busy so be patient and that includes giving them a call to schedule an appointment. The first time I was left on hold, tried them another time and had no issues. I am very happy with the results, his groomer was phenomenal, understanding and patient. She really took the directions I gave and when I picked him up he was even more perfect. Consider bringing your baby/babies here and you won't regret it. I'll be back to explore the shop and everything they have since I didn't have time to do so.

First off this place is very cute inside. With so many options to spoil your pup! I took my pup Koda in for grooming today and the staff was amazing! Super friendly service and amazing grooming. When I came to pick up Koda she actually looked like enjoyed her time there haha when normally ready to hightail it home. I highly recommend them for dog grooming and just to stop in and let you dog pick out a treat! Koda decided today she wanted a duck head haha.

Mobile grooming in the area has been terrible so I decided to give Woof Gang a shot. My pup was super shaggy as he was away for training for almost two months. They did am amazing job!!! He looks amazing! Staff is super friendly! Looking forward to returning.

King (3yr old mini Bernedoodle) goes to Woof Gang for grooming. I switched him from Pet Smart because he would whimper and have incidents whenever I went to the parking lot of Pet Smart. I thought it was just fear of being left at the groomers. However, he has not done any of that since going to Woof Gang. He keeps his friendly, playful demeanor when going to the groomers now. They are always welcoming, professional and the grooming is done in a timely manner. Plus, he loves to take a treat or two home afterwards.

I have 3 dogs of different breeds and sizes, and I've been taking them since it opened, I love the place, I've seen everyone's work and I can assure you that it's a super reliable place, in addition to great prices and quality products, the employees they are super attentive and the owners are really very friendly, they are always serving me with joy and a smile, I never change pet shops again.

This is one of the worst dog grooming places… The owner is constantly trying to manipulate you into a different price. But that’s just one part then they do what ever they want with your dog. I asked him not to cut my dogs hair and he still does just to charge a person more.Trust me when I tell you that I am taking my millions talented wealthy dog elsewhere. These people are sad and very dillusional in reference to grooming people dog. I pay for what I want not what you think is best for my dog.I’m sure they will be out of business by year end. This place truly is a disappointment. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE… DONT DO It!! YOU WILL REGRET & MOST IMPORTANT YOUR DOG/PUPPY WILL be disgusted by this place.I am going to take my dog now to the vet to make sure everything is okUnfortunately I took him to the Vet and my puppy is bleeding through his paw nails. This is just horrible, I’m so upset @ saddened for my puppy because I thought he was having a good time being pampered instead he was being tortured.

I’m not one to write reviews. However I do think everyone should know how the owner runs this company because it is absolutely wrong. The owner is one of the most selfish people I have ever met. Does not care about he’s workers, just cares about the money. He will overwork he’s employees just to make more money. I saw the way he treated he’s workers and it’s just so rude. I don’t know how no employee lets him know how disrespectful he is. He will make he’s employees offer you spa upgrades which is so stupid cause it doesn’t even work. And whenever there’s a problem in the store he won’t even face it, he’ll force the front desk to talk for him and they don’t even want to do it. He’ll go in one day happy and the other just try and pick any defect on you. I am telling you, he only cares about the money!!!!! I’ve heard him tell the employees they don’t do anything and that he pays them to work when they are literally working. If you guys want to go to groom your dog here the workers are awesome. The owner is the only bad part of the company. How sad. He he two faces. Don’t let yourself think he is awesome!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a grooming company. First time customer, I called and asked for their services, what it is I need done for my baby. They explained to me they did it all ear cleaning, teeth brushing, as well as the bridge of your nose. But they will charge me an extra 15$ for the services. I explained that’s fine because I only want the best for her. When I went to pick her up I wanted to cry. It’s like they just cut off all her hair and called it a day. None of the my request were taken into account. The inside of her ears were the same maybe worst, so if my dog catches an infection I know it was here. I called back and asked as to why none of these things got taken care of ? They asked me to come back in & while I was there the guy at the desk was speaking Spanish as if I don’t understand what he was saying. That they didn’t charge me yet, hello I just paid $100. They failed to complete the service & it’s my fault. They took her back in, 15 mins, to brush, clean ears & nose. After I got her back I looked inside her ears and I’m shocked, they cut the hair & left it inside which might cause an infection. Still dirty, not well groomed. I will never spend my money here. If anything I should’ve bathe her myself. This place can not be trusted with your pet. Let this be an example. She was there for 3 hours and came out with an one hour service. Very disappointed. The place inside is beautiful however I do not trust the people that work there. Not animal friendly.
