I think Gatsby is only available at Walmart at this time. It is a low-calorie alternative to regular chocolate that tastes terrific.My classmates used to comment that they had only seen me eat Twix for 2.5 years straight. That wasn’t an exaggeration…I feel like the sea salt extra dark Gatsby is a satisfactory alternative to me, considering I started calorie counting.I’m glad Walmart offers Gatsby. We love it.

People complain this Walmart is overcrowded and it’s hard to find parking at certain times of the day. You hear complaints the lines can be long, even at the self service registers, if you go during peak times.In spite of this, we have to remember some of the main reasons we visit Walmart. I know Walmart has some of the cheapest items available anywhere and a huge inventory. When other places are out of stock, I can always count on this Walmart location to have the same item in stock and at one of the lowest prices. I think most Walmarts in South Florida will be crowded during certain times of the day and parking will be a less than pleasant experience. This Walmart location is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful for the most part. I am attaching pictures of some items I found to be extremely inexpensive during my last visit and well worth the trip.

Noticed a spill on the floor, an elderly man almost tripped on it. I alerted a staff walking by about the spill, the staff responded sorry not my department. I asked him if he wanted to alert someone, he responded again sorry not my department and walked away.

Once me and my sister got the cops called on us because they said we where too young to go in by ourselves we where 13 and 10 at the time and the manager called the cops stating that kids where by themselves in walmart, cops showed up thinking there was a 3 year old by himself, the cops got angry at the employers and told us everything was ok and we can go, during this mess a lady got the stuff we needed for us and when we tried to pay her she denied the money, hope the manager was changed and this never happens again

Coach Deborah provided subpar customer service to us. We purchased a car battery online and it was defective. We brought in to the store to do an exchange, under warranty and were told it could not be done. They told me to call the 800 number. The 800 number told me to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me to go and get it exchanged in store. The vicious circle leaves the customer out of a replacement battery I am entitled to under warranty and out another $150 to get a working battery because your store seems to value its rules more than its customers.

Horrible horrible experience. I brought two cases of mini apple juice bottles to the self checkout and it rang up a different price. I have taken a picture of the sign before coming to checkout which showed a clear sign that said 2.98 with multiple cases under it. The price rang 11.49. I called over the person who worked the self checkout lanes and showed her the picture. She didn’t know what to do so I asked for a manager when the person who came with her who had no indication of being a manger or higher up person they both started bombarding me with how it’s not their doing I said I don’t really care whose fault it is the point is that’s what it says and if it’s a mistake you should change it. The First Lady takes the case out of my wagon and rips it open trying to prove a point. I said what if i wanted that case she wasn’t going to go replace it. It was truly an ugly pathetic situation which could have been avoided with a simple im sorry it’s a mistake but no I literally had to tell them all you needed to do was say I’m sorry it’s a mistake. When I told them to take it off I don’t want it they kept arguing with me. I said it’s off my order I don’t want it let me finish paying leave me alone they were still harrassing me how it’s not their doing. THE ITEM WAS NO LONGER IN MY POSSESSION!!!

I’ve been shopping at this Walmart for more than a decade. Started doing Walmart plus online ordering and delivery due to LONGER wait time at the counter. Tried the online order, it got messed up. We received some orders that we never ordered, probably from a different customer and then noticed that we have lots of missing orders. Called the online Phone number and they couldn’t process it properly. Stated that they are unable to do a refund or replacement delivery. Stated that 1 picture is the evidence that it was delivered. I told the agent that it was delivered. However, it’s missing lots of things that I ordered and got some other things that I didn’t even order. Agent stated upon review that they won’t be able to give me a refund or replacement. Advised to call my Bank. Yes that was the advice from a Supervisor. Also waited more than 1 hour to speak to a human. Tried the local Walmart customer service, option 4, and no one’s answering. No customer service, no manager to answer phone calls. Long line at customer service, not a lot of people to help but more self-service. This is why we decided the delivery service which you will pay an annual fee. Bad experience with the delivery, driver just left our order on the floor and more than $100 worth of order missing. Customer service people are not educated. This shouldn’t be a 4 star Walmart. You can see the people who leaves review are highly unlikely real people. Who does take pics of the store areas, probably their own team. Don't even try the pick up area, that is another story. This should not have even a 1 star ⭐️ review. ONLY ZERO, PERIODCheck the picture, here are the things I did not order. However I ordered more things that I did not receive that costs more than this. (2 20lb sack of rice, chicken breast, sausage, hotdog, juice, dog food, kid’s school snacks, etc.) Also check out the rusted can of the milk.

What ever you need you will find it at an affordable price I shop in this store for years and never disappoints and the best part they are open 24 hours 7 days of the week always the place is clean and all the employees are willing to help. I spend hours on the tools department and the fishing area they have plenty of option at very good prices. Walmart is always my first option to shop in my area

I used to love this walmart till today spent an hour waiting for Managers to decide if the pricing on the shelves was correct the managers had less sense than the cashier which tried to validate the price.

Here is my view of this Walmart.1- Out of all Walmarts I've visited, this one is the least crowded, and has employees who are actually willing to help and don't act like I'm a burden.2- It is clean, unlike many others.3- There is always available parking.4- The music is low enough that I'm able to think.Things I wished they improved.1- Add shade or trees to the parking lot. It is massive, but it is so scorching hot because off all the pavement, and I incinerate going in and going out. I live in FL, if you are a fellow floridian, you know what I mean.2- Better organization. I'd love to spend a good 2 weeks organizing the store so it made more sense. you'd think the gnocchi are in the pasta isle... nope!, you'd think the peanut butter is with all the jams and jelly, nope. you'd think the goldfish would be in the isle with the rest of the kids snacks, nope!. and so on, with almost every category in the store. Most of the time if I spend more than 3 min looking for a product, then I know i'll either have to ask someone, or just not buy it.3- Bring back the products they no longer brought due to "pandemic shortages"

I am being shopping on this location for years the best part is they are open 24 hours of the day 364 days of the year they have plenty of parking and affordable prices. In general the place is well maintained and clean

Terrible customer service. Cashier and employees are very rude and not willing to assist customers. When I want to talk to the store manager. He is never around. The sign they have in front of the entrance my team is willing to help you is a joke. Corporate won’t help. Manager won’t return phone calls. Going to this store always aggravates me. I have to go to the Walmart 30 minutes away to get better service. I doubt anything will be done. Walmart at least this Walmart doesn’t care about there customers and there satisfaction.

This store targets people of color, I've been going to this store for five years, and it's only getting worse. I have witnessed on several occasions people of color being harassed while leaving the store. Accusations of theft. People should feel comfortable enough to shop without being stereotyped as a thief. Do better Walmart. I see all kinds of people from various walks of life stealing out of your store, might I add that they are rarely people of color. I will gladly come and assist with quality control so that you can get it together. .

This particular branch (Pines Boulevard) is wonderful; the workers, all of them are always on good mood and ready to to help you. The place is well cleaned and organized. I’ve never been wait or do a line to pay. They always have all the products that I need it. Congratulations!!!

I used self check out and accidentally left behind an item. Called 10x the next day to talk to someone...no answer. Went into the store to talk to customer service and I was told when you leave something behind at self check out it is your problem. Basically the 10s of 1000s of dollars Walmart makes a day and they couldn't honor me the $5 item EVEN tho they saw the purchase on my receipt and could have checked the cameras to see I did not walk out with the item. Sad excuse for customer service.

I accidentally picked this location for curbside and that was the worse thing I could have done. Over an hour waiting on groceries, you cannot cancel the order, ppl are literally having a block party waiting out their cars looking waiting and hoping their order comes out. Atleast 20 cars waiting for curbside at once. Why notify us that our order is ready and it’s not ?

I wanted to process a return between 3-4pm um that line was long and next to the bathroom..theres only two cashiers up and open so I was not going to wait for an hour and people were calling for managers I chose to get my items I needed and left without making my return..not a good day for this location

I've never been here to shop and I've had a good time, but today was a bad day. The old woman at the self checkout side. She didn't seem to be in a good mood. The first time I needed her because I bought a beer, the second time I called her Because there are things that cannot be scanned. Came over a second time and seemed reluctant. Even my kid asked me why she didn't look happy. The oranges she gave me are sold by the piece, but they are sold by the bag. This is not a question of 1.2 dollars more. I think you should ask the customer. The previous people were very friendly. Can solve these small problems very well.

This store always has the best prices and usually what I need! The only thing lacking is customer service. Every time I visit the store and ask about an item the typical response is “I don’t know what that is” or if I do get a reply, it’s like I was a bother just by asking. Other than that I love this Walmart!
