It’s the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to.This location has staff member with a severe lack of honesty and the ability to be straightforward with customers. Not only will they come up with excuses at their whim they also have to be snarky while doing so. The wait times are atrocious and the service is practically nonexistent. I strongly recommend switching to any other pharmacy.

My sister needed a prescription picked up. I was late getting to the drive through, but going into the store, it was very quick and there was no line at the pharmacy. Thanks for making our in store visit stress free.

This pharmacy really needs to get it together. If you are behind on filling prescriptions, at least be nice at the counter or act like you care.Staffing issues or workflow are not the customer's problem.Either increase staffing, or get nice people in there to work. The girls attitudes are always poor.

If management doesn't see the reviews of this pharmacy then something is very wrong with this place. The worse customer service that you can get, but worse is the lack interest to do even the most minimal of tasks. they are inefficient in all aspects. The feeling you get from this place is the "I don't care" attitude.

I want to be clear, the woman at the register is not to blame for the chaos. She is doing her very best and has yet to snap at a customer despite being beyond slammed the night before Valentine’s Day. But management should be ashamed. To leave her on her own like this is criminal. This is a drugstore, ppl come here for last minute holiday gifts… photo cards, etc. and the worst part is that she has called for help repeatedly and the pharmacy techs that left walked up and told her, “hey… so the shift lead is counting money and said you’re on your own.” That is gross negligence when the line is literally 17 people deep and growing. They need to prioritize customers and their staff better.

DO YOU A FAVOR, GO TO ANOTHER STORE! Come to Walgreens with an appointment for vaccines, not Covid. Other 4 that I picked when taking the appointment.I approach the counter and I am asked which vaccines I’m here for. Don’t you have a record of the appointments taken at your office?I tell her. The TD vaccine is not on stock. Why the heck do you have it as an option at this specific store?I filled the form and, oh what I surprise, it didn’t go through, although it says it did on the website. So I have to fill the paperwork.I feel like I given. on the 90s! But at least in the 90s I wouldn’t expect any tracking of information back then.I arrive at 5.45pm. It’s 6.30pm and I’m being told the MMR can not be used because it’s was not frozen or something like that, it’s a love virus, and it wasn’t ready to be given. I have to go to another location!!! And oh yes, I’m still waiting for vaccines. 7pm, I’m now leaving.

The staff that work the counter up front are great. The pharmacy is a toss up. Sometimes the pharmacy gives great service. Other times service is slow despite it not being busy and the Techs are dismissive to customers. As you can tell from my review, I just had a bad experience.

Nobody in the pharmacy seems to answer/ pick up the phones! Every time I call about a status of a prescription or a question, I'm always on hold and for long periods to the point I give up. Very disappointing.

Do you need to apply or renew your passport and need a photo for the application? Do not go to this location. The girl working there was clueless in providing any professional service to customers. She had half broken SD card what is supposed to fit into a camera to take your photo. Without trying to resolve the issue she gave up and told me I can't help you. I told her you sell new SD cards just use one on those which was right where the passport photo screen was, and she said no I can't. I said ask your manager, nobody came over and the issue was not only the SD card half broken the computer they had was not working and on top of that she did not know how to work the computer and get in and out of the software menu. There's no personality no smile and you have to force her for a reply it's like pulling teeth. I recommend you go to another place because you will have the same experience. Depressed workers and manager nowhere to be found. One of the workers had a camera talking photos of her display she just fix why? She said the manager wants to see. What the hell is the manager doing on not working why not see the display in person. Store has lots of issues.

By far one of the worst Walgreens ever! The line is always long and the cashiers move like they're sleep walking. And if you have a return it's an even bigger nightmare. Please get someone to manage this store better.

Waited for 1.5 hours in the drive thru pharmacy. To be told that they don’t have the dose of antibiotic my son needed. When I asked if he could get whatever size they had in stock the pharmacist mentioned that the doctor did not include how many days he needs to take it for. A bunch of sorry excuses from a very poor performing team. This pharmacy is truly the worst staffed pharmacy I have ever seen. The ratings this store gets on Google are warranted. I only come here because it’s the closest pharmacy to home. But guaranteed I will be switching to another pharmacy to spare myself of this atrocious customer service. Stay away!!Edit update: to make this worse I confirmed with Publix pharmacy that the prescription had all the information needed to be filled. They promptly filled the following day. This just confirms that they clearly lied to me while I had a very sick child at home in need of antibiotics. UNDERSTAND THAT A NEIGHBORHOOD PHARMACY WITH OUT THE TRUST OF LOCALS IS WORTHLESS. CLOSE SHOP IF THIS IS TGE CARE YOU PROVIDE TO PATIENTS. And to the young man at the window take off the air pods and at least pretend to give a damn.

They do not honor appointment times. Be prepared to wait 45 mins to 1 hr to receive your vaccines that are scheduled ahead of time. Walmart has a better and faster service. Waste of time. I would give zero stars. This is the 2nd time with same issue.

Walgreens Doesn't allow honest reviews on their website. They will not allow a review that is not all positive. Otherwise they send you a reply email saying moderated review. That they will not publish what exactly happened at there store. See attached shows rejected and the review that was written that was rejected.

I would like to share such a wonderful experience I had at this Walgreens location. Booking my online reservation for my vaccine was fast, simple, and easy online for this location. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by an employee who was checking in those who were there for their vaccine shot. The lady was very informative, professional, and helpful signing me in before I went to the back to the pharmacy.After checking in at the front of the store, I was directed to head back to the pharmacy. There were clear directions, guidance, and social distancing of chairs and so forth. It was very clean, appealing, and welcoming. The manager in the back was very helpful, attentive, and fast in checking me in for my vaccine shot. I only waited a short while till my turn to get called into the back room to receive my vaccine shot. The lady was very nice and provided me all the steps in how it will work and gave me my vaccine shot. She educated and advised me to wait 15min after for any reactions, and then I would be free to go. The whole time I was there, the employees were all professional, friendly, and welcoming. As I exited the store the employees wished me luck and safe health before I left. My personal experience was great at this Walgreens locations. I recommend those who are looking to get vaccinated to get their shot here at this pharmacy. I hope this review helps.

The Walgreens Pharmacy at 18410 Pines Boulevard is terrible.People are very rude, horrible customer service, nobody answer the phone.I went to have the PCR test, and after waiting more than 1.5 hours , they told me that I have to pay for that. I told that is impossible. I have health Insurance. Well, the two employees that I was dealing with were knew and didn't know what to do. Finally some body else figure it out , but nobody apology to me for the inconvenience.If I could I will give this Walgreens __5*****

I’m writing this as I’m currently sitting in Walgreens waiting for my booster. It has been 30 minutes and it doesn’t look like anyone will be attending to me anytime soon. I have watched the line empty out and fill back up all while waiting for someone to get me for the booster. Staff seems to extremely unhappy and uninterested in doing their job. No wonder they had to change their slogan from the corner of happy and healthy. If you can avoid coming here I highly HIGHLY recommend it.

Worst pharmacy ever. Never answer the phone, after waiting several minutes they on purpose hang up the phone, it was no accident, happened multiple times. I stopped by and they said a prescription couldn’t be ready until the next day, I asked to transfer it to a different branch and the lady said I had to request it at the other pharmacy, I tried to do it but couldn’t because they hadn’t put the prescription in the system in the first time. Terrible service, they lie, procrastinate, avoid it at all costs!

Customerservice is nonexistent. The pharmacist is beyond rude and unhelpful. The refill on the app is a living joke. This Pharmacy needs a training from Chick-fil-A. Management staff is nonexistent. If you can try to avoid this pharmacy and Walgreens you will save yourself a headache. The drive-through it’s so slow. There are clueless. There’s really nothing good about this place. They say your prescription is ready and when you get there you have to wait another 30 minutes.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever seen, not only do they not greet you with a smile no one seems to know what is going on. Example you renew your prescription through your Walgreens app then they send you a message they are waiting on your doctor then they are waiting on your insurance card mine you all of this is not needed because they have the information already but I go ahead and drop it off and then uploaded to their app and then you get another message that they must order the prescription because they are out. Then you you get another message your prescription is ready so now you go to pick it up and they tell you it’s not ready. All this with an attitude because I must be bothering them... This is not my first time with these issue at this location. This is just sad that management allows this type of service but I’m sure they don’t have a clue because it’s been going on for so long.

Believe the poor reviews! I actually forgot why I stopped coming here, (was getting prescription delivered via mail for the past year and mistakenly had it refilled here instead of continuing through mail). In line 30 minutes and they only helped 2 vehicles so far. In addition, employees that work the window rarely ask if you have any questions about medication like other pharmacies . Would give 0 stars if there was an option. Guess they don’t really care about improving customer service because you can read bad reviews from over a year ago and nothing changes.

So thirty minutes later and two old folks placed in front of me with appointments starting after mine, I decided to leave without my flu shot because I had to get my kid. Probably told them that when I checked in…. What’s the point of appointments if you don’t honor them? What a waste of time, I should’ve checked the abysmal reviews before I wasted my time… Go somewhere else if you need timely service, this place sucks.

Absolutely the worse Walgreens you can deal with. If there could be zero stars, that's exactly what they would get. Customer service is non-existent, professionalism non-existent. The whole staff deserves to be fired. If this Walgreens closes, it won't be missed. Garbage service. Hope it shuts down. Or fire the staff. Unacceptable. If this was a restaurant, they would have gone out of business long ago. They know people need their meds, so they abuse their power. Hope they shut down. Or all fired.

(Not about pharmacy) the employees here at this Walgreens never fail to be extremely rude. The 2 women who always seem to be there are extremely unwelcoming which is disappointing because this is the nearest Walgreens to my house. Really not that hard to just have nice employees. Walgreens where is HR?? I have had several horrible experiences I won’t share on here to protect the privacy of the employees even though they don’t deserve it.

This is probably the slowest pharmacy I've been to in my life. I was on hold twice for about 35 minutes and both times just disconnected. Came into the pharmacy finally for a prescription that should have been ready and was asked to wait 20 minutes which went to 45 minutes.

Avoid this pharmacy. I went to pick up a prescription on Wednesday that they told me will be ready on Tuesday. When I went to pick it up, the tech said, "Sorry. Our computers have been down since Sunday and all the information has to be reloaded." So if the computers have been down since Sunday, why when I turned in my script on Monday, were the meds promised on Tuesday? This pharmacy has gone down.
