Highly recommend this pet groomer! Ive brought my puppy for nail trimmings and they always handle her with care. She is never scared to visit and its well worth the price. Everyone is very helpful and careful with the animals.

VIP pet salon is great! I had been bringing my old dog for over 5 years and now i’m bringing my new puppy as well! They really take their time and make my puppy look great. They are super accommodating. I called and asked to bring my dog back for en extra ear trim as i felt her ears were too long. They took her in right away without a problem and fixed it right away! Highly recommend!

Love this place! Had been taking my dog here for almost a year now and never disappointed. My Amber is a mini Goldendoodle and I always love the way they groom her. They are very friendly and patient. Their salon always looks very clean and pretty. They even have a rewards and discount program!

I really like how they take care of my dogs' grooming - golden doodle and golden retriever. I've been taking them for a couple of years and I like how they look afterwards. I've never had an issue with their services, the staff is very nice and friendly, and are always ready to answer my questions. As far as prices , they are not inexpensive, but maybe average price for the area or a little above average prices.

They are so awesome with Kai.Kai has been going there for his bath and hir cut for about 4 years, and he comes out looking adorable and smelling delicious. Martha is amazing with her doggie hair cuts, she takes care not only of Kali like it her own but every other dog that comes thru the door. Everyone at VIP Pet Salon will care of your dog like their own, receiving them with a smile!

I brought my little dog for a total hair cut because she had too many knots. I explained that to them. They told me it was going to be $70 and it was going to take 3-4 hours. Most likely 4 hours. I agreed. I left and 15 m later they left me a message saying it was going to be $80 because she had too many knots. Not a problem. They finished the job 2:45 minutes later. They asked me to come right away ( I was pretty far away) they told me that if I did not arrive in 15 minutes they were going to charge me $15 for every 30 minutes. I was pretty upset. They have told me 4 hours! And just because they finished earlier not only they increased the price but they wanted to unfairly overcharge for the pick up. Honestly, they are scammers, I will not go back.

First time there and it had the makings of a disaster. They had an issue with another dog and my 3 corgis took a very long time. That being said as long as the looked good when they were done I was fine with it. They looked amazing and worth the wait. We will be back!

This establishment is outrageously overpriced, and my experience was far from satisfactory. While waiting, I witnessed one of the groomers treating a dog rather unkindly, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit.I brought my dog in with a simple request: a bath, because the weather was too cold to wash her outside. To my shock, they charged me a whopping $60 for just a bath. Back in my days in California, for the same price, I'd get a full grooming package that included a wash, nail trim, and a thorough cleaning. This place is a blatant rip-off, no doubt about it.And let's not even delve into the fact that they seemed to lack compassion towards the dogs. The communication was another issue, as it was challenging due to language barriers. It's evident that English wasn't their strong suit.

I took my dog for her first service with them this week. Due to an upcoming trip, I had to get her an appointment on a day I had to work. I was unsure how long it would take since it was the first time, so I explained my situation about needing to work. They did their best to have her ready before I had to go in. Unfortunately, I needed to go in earlier than expected and could only pick up my dog during my break. Once I got her I apologized.I say all that to share how kind and understanding they were. They were pleasant and never gave me a nasty attitude concerning my situation. My dog also looked beautiful. She was so clean, smelled good, and looked happy. I will definitely be back!

Super friendly and professional. Went today for the first time with my two grand fur babies and they took great care of them. They were super nervous and the staff managed to keep them calm, and clipped their nails. I was impressed with the way they handled them. I definitely recommend this groomer. Never again!They don't know how to price their services. I took my sheepadoodle today for the second time, I did what one of the groomers told me two weeks ago” before you bring him for other services make sure you speak to the owner” and I did, she already had a picture of him so asked for the grooming package, she said between $130-$140, I get there 30 minutes after and she says it’s going to be $180- $190, that’s quite a change of price, I said I couldn’t do it and we agreed to $150, after 3 hours she called and said that they couldn’t do his legs, the options were, option #1 cut it super short or option #2 what she wanted, just do a maintenance. And I asked how much for the maintenance $130 I said ok.Ended up paying $125So is not that your price didn’t meet my expectations, it’s the lack of knowledgeAnd the way you handled the situation.

I took my mini poodle here for his first time. They did such an amazing job!! My poodle had some knots and needed to be shaved down but they did it perfect! They still kept it shaped up and his face as well! They are so friendly and welcoming. Never going back to petsmart! This is my new favorite dog grooming salon!

We took our new wiggly puppy who had a broken leg there as soon as the cast came off. I have a really hard time trusting people with our pets, but they were very kind and came recommended by our vet and next door neighbor. She came out looking beautiful! They really do a great job.One morning puppy had a terrible accident in her cage. I was late for work and couldn't leave her in that condition all day. They rescued me by taking her in right away in dealing with that nasty mess! I really like them!!♥️

I was extremely pleased with the service here! I took my two dogs, and they’ve never smelled so good, or looked cuter. I have a chow chow mix, and everywhere else I’ve been, couldn’t brush her enough for me not to get her back still shedding. I’ve been hopping around to different groomers trying to find the best fit. Here, she came back silky smooth, and trimmed even though I didn’t pay for a haircut. Safe to say I need not hop around anymore.Everyone was also super kind and professional. Very happy.
