Really amazing customer service, I purchased a carry on trailer at this location however i wasnt able to get a plate do to a paperwork issue that required getting replacement papers from the maker. When I called to inform them of the problem the manager Brianna was incredibly helpful and got it taken care of, she made a stressful situation go real smoothly and hassle free for me, nothing but good things to say about this store and location, they also have a great selection go check em out.

Ordered delivery, received confirmation of order then nothing. Followed up with store at 4 looking for my items and told we don’t have a delivery guy today! No apology. No call. No customer service!

I don’t usually do reviews but I drive an hour every time I need feed for my poultry. I even call ahead to make sure the feed was there before I go so I don’t waste time. I called on the weekend and they told me to call on monday because thats when their truck arrives. So I call today around 3 PM and was told that they have a ton of feed so I am anticipating for it to be there when I arrive at 5. Turns out there’s not and I have to buy an alternative brand of feed. I also was picking up an online order that was placed around 5 and even brought them the item to the counter because I knew they wouldn’t have it ready yet. The old man with glasses told me that I would have to wait for them to get it ready even after I told him that I brought the item to him so that he can process the online pickup order but apparently he didnt want to. So I was going to cancel the order and just buy it but the only helpful employee Kevin heard my phone call to cancel the order and he processed it in literally 2 seconds and I was able to walk out. Lack of communication between employees and situational awareness. Hopefully they improve

Great place to get feed for your animals at a great value. When you walk into tractor supply it has a small town country store vibe. Always addressed by smiling employees.

2 me shift manger yells at me saying the dog washed is closed at 6pm but there is no hours posted on the door for pet wash. He was extremely rude and trying to place his stress on me like it was his fault

Why have I not shopped here before?!? This place will definitely be in my top 5 places I like to spend my money. Large variety of items and a friendly, helpful staff.

2/24/24 11:30am , Terrible customer service, will never walk in here again to spend a dime. Needed help finding an item and i asked for help and I was refered to the computer to look it up myself. Horrible experience. I'll make sure to tell all my neighbors and friends about it.

Went in and met John who is a wealth of knowledge during their soft opening. I can without a doubt say that it was an absolute pleasure to shop at the store and we can't wait to go back.

This is a super store anything for animals, I was amazed at how much they had. Baby animals. Never saw a place like that for pet supplies. Looks like a basspro

Very glad Tractor supply came around to west pines , we been need a solid American store like TS for a long time in this area ....solid staff , great products ...they have my full support...on a note I have to say no other store can compare prices with TD...animal lovers like me should be happy TS is finally here !!!

Very easy store to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Great selection for pet items. Not kidding when I say Petco had a particular item for double the price than at this store! Love this store!

Love this place and love the staff. Always helpful and always willing to go out of their way to get what you need even when not in stock. If you are in area or just wanted to go I suggest you do.

Went there to buy some feeds and this cashier named Marcelo, who doesn't know or lacking training kept telling me that my card is declined and I know its wrong because I have money in my checking. I went to the ATM, and there you go I have money in the bank. I called the store and the lady maybe another lacking of training, no hi no hello, kept putting me on hold. Omg

The worst Tractor Supply in South FL. I have had orders canceled, short orders (count your feed bags) and several times told that they can load my orders for me.

This place is great. It’s like a small Homedepot / Pet Supermarket / Outdoor world in one. Has a wide variety of items, a little bit of everything. It is so nice to have this store out in west pines.

There phone service Terri le called 3 time . Person that picked up would just say hold and instead of hold would disconnect. Finally on 3rd try was actually put on hold for almost more than 30 minutes
