I am a repeat customer and I have gotten 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and a Rescue Cocker Spaniel. I am extremely happy with all 3 of them! Yes 2 were sick when I got them. I was not worried as that is very common in puppies that are around a bunch of other dogs and aren’t fully vaccinated. But they paid for everything to make my babies healthy again. Now they are 2,1, and 6 months and they are just the best. Easy to train healthy and smart. I will always go back to puppies and rescues in the future.

My wife fell in love with a puppy at this store. She came home after seeing him and I knew that she had to have him! The next morning she went to the store and purchased him. The owners were very helpful with the sales process and explaining all of the questions she had. They have a great return policy if needed and are willing to be responsible for any genetic defects. This goes to show their great ethics and care for the customers! Thank you Puppies and Rescues for our new toy poodle!

I got my dog almost 2 years ago, Cooper is a multipoo, he now weights around 10 pounds, never been sick, he is adorable and I adore himI was so afraid to buy a sick dog I almost gave up, places I stop by were simple too costly or did not like the sales pitch of the people in the stores.I went to this place 3 times before buying Cooper, spent hours playing with him and finally one evening went for the last time to bring him homeI am very happy I choose this place to buy my Cooper and he is really just another member of the family nowThank you

The experience at puppy rescue was so awesome! We came in looking for a specific dog And color. We found our MIA💕. Maltipoo. She was the first one I saw and the one we left with. The place was clean and the process was so smooth. Now our Milo ( Maltese Silky Terrier) has a sister. We are so happy.

After following their Instagram page for a year, and seeing all the adorable puppies and rescues… our family adopted our baby Moose! We love him and are so thankful for him! Btw.. I will follow them closely, never know when another baby will come home to us!

I love Puppies & Rescues. I have purchased two puppies from this store, and both have turned out very healthy & happy pups!. I find that this business offers a very nice variety of breeds & clean bill of health. The staff is also very nice, and knowledgeable. Both times, have been great experiences. Onsite Staff answered my questions and made suggestions as well, based on my lifestyle and what I was looking. I will continue to purchase from this store. I am a very happy customer.1/6/23 update. I purchased a new puppy from this business. Again, I couldn't be happier. Healthy puppies with great temperaments and superb customer service.

All around wonderful experience with Puppies and Rescues. From my initial inquiry via Instagram which turned into a friendly chat about our current fur babies, to coming into the store and adopting our sweet mini bernedoodle, Owen. The staff was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Brittany was who helped us that day and answered all of our questions. We were sent home with our pup and TONS of information to set us up for success with our new addition. And oh my goodness, I don’t know what they bathed him with before they gave him to us, but he smelled heavenly! Thank you puppies and rescues for such a personal and professional experience.

All I can say , I am the luckiest lady that I got my precious Cavapoo - Laila from “puppies and rescues store” . After being scammed over the internet, with my broken heart I went to the store late evening . They have a large selection of different breeds . The staff is absolutely amazing and caring . They follow up with you after the adoption , to make sure you are happy with your pup. My Laila made a big entrance into my life and makes me happy and everyone around us. Will definitely comeback to you guys when I am ready to bring home a new friend for my Laila.

My fiancé and I had such a great experience adopting our wonderful cavapoo puppy. The girls were so helpful and answered all the questions we had. They take good care of the dogs and they give you gloves at the door and you have to sanitize gloves in between each dog. Facility is clean. We got a healthy and happy puppy. we are so glad that he’s part of our family. They also give a courtesy vet visit check for the puppy to see if everything is okay. They are honest people. Our puppy was a rescue and he’s loved so much. Thank you puppies and rescues!!!

So grateful that we found our 3 bundles of joy here. Prices are very affordable compared to other places and they have a variety of puppies to choose from. We have 3 of them from here and we can’t explain the happiness we have with them everyday. Our first was Lola the long hair chihuahua, our 2nd was Sky who is a Pekingese, and our 3rd who is the newest member of our family is Rambo our beautiful Goldi who is 5 months. We are even thinking about a 4th.

We adopted two puppies from them. I cannot praise them enough. The store is extremely clean and the puppies well cared for. The two we adopted are awesome, healthy and the included follow veterinarian service was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience. Our mini goldendoodle is healthy and loved. The ladies there were great. They even give you a courtesy vet visit to assure you they sold you a healthy dog. Prices are fair. All dogs seemed loved and taken care of.

This place, in comparison to the animal shelters and other stores we have been too, Gave us a great experience. As soon as we walked in the door, someone was at our side to assist with the puppies- they were very knowledge compared to other places that just throw you a dog to hold and expect you to make this serious decision on your own. It was very apparent that the staff took the time to know their puppies which makes it an easier process in deciding on taking your fur baby home. After leaving this store empty handed, we returned within the hour because of the staff and also we could not get our minds off of our girl! Leidy is enjoying her new home and we enjoy her so much!!

Wife and kids were heartbroken after selfish actions by owner. We went and saw a dog (see photos) and went home to think about it over the weekend. We called on Monday wanting to put a deposit down for the dog letting them know we wanted to take it home. Spoke with Carmen and she was told by management that we couldnt put the dog on hold because they wanted to have the vet take another look at her. Said to call back Saturday. Called back Saturday and was told dog still had a cough and was sneezing and to call back after Tuesday. Had hurricane Ian so called back Thursday after noticing website had dog on hold. Assumed it was for me and my family so called to ask about dog and was told that the owner of the store decided to give the dog away to a family friend instead. Why make a dog available then tell people that want the dog they have to wait for it to clear medical check, just to give it away after letting a family get their hopes up? Horrible way to do business and seems as if they lied about the reason for not being able to take the dog home for their own selfish reasons. Bad business!Owners response is false. We called wanting to put a deposit and were told that we could not because they needed to have the vet take a look at her due to coughing and sneezing. We were even ready to take her home rather than put a deposit but were told we could not for the same reason. This would have also been our second purchase at Puppies and Rescues so why approve us for one dog and not a second? So we were not able to put a deposit as your response mentions because you did not allow us to when we requested to do so. We were not refused the dog like your response mentions. We were told we would have to wait due to medical reasons, so you either lied about the medical reason or lied as to why we couldn't take her. Like I said… it was all for selfish reasons and a bad way to do business.

By far the BEST place in all of South Florida. They care about every single puppy that comes through their doors. Puppies are healthy & cared for. My sister and several friends have adopted their babies from here and I can't say enough about this place. It's a clean, loving environment. I can't wait to be ready for another furbaby of my own. I had a horrific experience with another local place and kick myself everyday for not coming here.

This place is not a bad place , my mom got the puppy she wanted for years now before getting the puppy the guy in the front didn’t wanna sell the puppy, because the day before my sister came and my mom to see that puppy and my sister accidentally dropped one puppy because it was to hyper and it fell and my sister apologized many times but the guy was being very rude and the next day we came to buy the puppy but the girl went to talk to him because he didn’t want to sell us to puppy, mind you we are very good people we care about our animals I have cats and dogs and they are very healthy and happy and well care taken of but finally alll that matters is that she is in a good place now and gonna get very spoiled. My dog came with kennel cough but she will go to the vet tomorrow to check that little cough. Just please treat your customers with respect. We love our new dog thanks

I’m not sure why would they would have anything less than a 5 star! Since the second I walked in they were very patient, hygienic and informative. It took me over an hr to choose my puppy, they were all adorable puppies, wish I could’ve adopted them all lol. The process is totally legit, my puppy already came with her microchip I simply had to register it. They have pure breed and mixed breed puppies, all puppies have their shots, depending on the puppy’s age you might have to get a shot or two, they encourage you to make a Vet’s appointment within 48hrs which is covered by them, and they provide a list of offices you can go to. They provide you with all legal paperwork work needed from their behalf, and they recommend to get insurance with a insurance company of your preference (I did get insurance with NationWide for my puppy, they offer different plans which are all affordable and worth it) I highly recommend Puppies and Rescues you’ll definitely find your dream puppy here! Don’t really understand what people are saying about cockroaches, they obviously have never been to this store. This place is by far the cleanest. It smells great when you walk in, the puppies are all happy/clean and playing around. Between my family and I we’ve gotten 12 dogs from here over the years, always a great experience, everyone is always helpful. Couldn’t be happier.

Visiting this place is truly so sad. I came in and saw what seemed to be over 40 dogs for sale in that store. I noticed 2 dogs in a cage that had a blue glaze over their eyes with another dog that was double their size and tugging on their ears. This store was selling 2 special needs cockers spaniels and neither of the 2 attendants in the store knew what they had. I let the employee know the dog was being pulled on and crying unable to see and defend herself to her disability and size, they said oh yea they love to play I insisted there was an issue and maybe should be separated as it was yelping and they ignored to blow dry puppies they were bathing.This store is honestly sad to visit seeing all these mixed breed dogs mostly priced over 1,000 dollars. These poor horribly bred dogs have vision problems, visible flakey skin, balding. Another puppy was over 4 months old and extremely overweight due to possible sickness or lack of exercise since he has been stuck in those tiny cages for so long. When I asked to see information about the parents there was no known information they were able to disclose.This store used to be called “puppy palace” in Hollywood and had a very bad reputation for selling sick dogs and they moved stores to Taft are changed there name to “puppies &rescues” and call the 7 week old labradoodles they’re selling rescue animals. If you’re going to pay this much money for a dog do not support such a cruel establishment I would deal with a reputable breeder to ensure my new family members safety. Hopefully this place closes down.
