I had a bad experience in the past with the guy who worked at the deli. I don’t know his name but he had curly hair, wore glasses, and was white. He was extremely rude and was talking trash about the guy who online ordered a sub(not knowing it was me)Last night I decided to go back in this Publix for a sub and Lexi and Ashley ended up helping me. You could tell they were extremely busy and stressed but they were super nice to me. I would have eft a bad review because of the other guy but Lexi and Ashley made up for it.

This is the worst Publix. They never have chicken tenders ready. It’s 1pm in the afternoon and they are out of cooked chicken. If you order online your order is never ready even if you go past the time that it indicated that it would be ready.

Really good place to get your grocery needs. The store is fully stocked and has some reasonable prices. They have value prices on the Publix brand items and the buy one get one free on many name brand products throughout the store on a weekly basis. I noticed the Greenwise brand is an organic brand trademark by Publix. If you're starting to eat more organic food , Greenwise carries most of the favorite foods found on the shelf as well in the frozen sections.

Hands Down!! The Best Publix Bakery in Broward county!! A HUGE thank you to Patricia in the bakery department👍🏽. We went in on Sunday (1/1/23) to order my special needs son's birthday cake that we needed by the following day. Patricia (very carefully) took our order in detail. When we picked up the cake that morning, the pull apart cupcake cake looked AMAZING!!💘🎁👍🏽🎂🎀...Thank you Patricia for helping to make my son's birthday celebration AMAZING & eventful!! I go there quite often. The staff and cashiers are very friendly and if u can't find something, the people that are stocking the shelves will take u right to it. Customer service is nice and and helpful also.The store is also very clean.

July 10,2023I made a seafood purchase from Publix Silver Lakes Pembroke Pines unfortunately it turned out to be bad the store took it back we asked for a store Manager to call us back that has not happened we have reached out to corporate and they’re district manager and are waiting we were told we have to wait 48 hours for someone to get back to us the point of this review is that 2 other times I was poisoned at this location by meat and seafood if my wife would have cooked this we would have all been ill again spent 6 hours throwing up and on the toilet the last 2 times there is no concern from this location and it’s evident. I have always valued my relationship with Publix over the years and I believe in their commitment to customer satisfaction. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it urgently in order to reaffirm the faith of your loyal customers myself included.Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter I look forward to your response.

Really disappointing visit. The new line setup for the deli requires people who want to buy quick serve deli foods to wait in the same line as those wanting sandwiches. One is quick and the other is not. Also heard the guy serving a customer say right in front of her, and me… “I’m not serving another person…I don’t care how long they’re waiting. Never in 20 years of shopping here have I had such atrocious customer service. Guess it’s time to switch to WalMart groceries.

The service here is good except for the deli. I was standing for 15 minutes waiting for the guy with tattoos to finish his conversation about how busy he was… telling his friends about his day, completely ignoring me, even though there was no one else except for me, the other guy that worked here was really busy cutting cheese and still had time to acknowledge me and tell me he will be right there. Yet the other guy didn’t even bother to say hello even though I waited politely for him to finish his conversation. I left to get my other items and came back only for him to continue his conversation with his two friends , laughing loud . Horrible customer service.

Some lady ran her cart into the back of my right heel,lm still having a hard time walking it really hurts. She gave several excuses, didn't have I.D., no purse etc. Publix did nothing, she supposedly left a name & number yet I'm still limping around.

The deli at this store is HORRIBLE! Every single time I place an order online, it is NEVER ready on time. Ever. Always at least 20 minutes late. And when they are busy, they start giving customers and each other an attitude. It’s bad. They don’t work like a team. I’m going to start ordering my subs from laguna isles where they are always ready on time and don’t treat customers like we are bothering them.

Stopped in after reading they had a change machine in the store to convert change into dollar bills. 10% charge but we had already tried several other times to do this at other locations only to find the machines were out of order. Didn't want to disappoint granddaughter again.

Don't ever bother ordering a sandwich for the deli online. They are the absolute worse! I ordered a sandwich came in half an hour later and the girl was busy doing something else. There was nobody, absolutely nobody, and my order was sitting there on the counter waiting to be made. Every time I order from this public's deli It is the same thing the last time!!!!

I’ve been shopping here for over 18 years now, it truly is “a pleasure to shop” here! ☺️it’s the Best location. Always Super clean, Great & friendly customer service, Everyone greets you with a smile & wants to make sure you find what you’re looking for. Only 1 thing needs improvement- Parking lot lights at night are not enough. It’s very dark & there’s too many big trees. I’ve had a couple of times where, I’ve had someone walk me out before. I’ve mentioned this to store management a couple of times & they agree. It must be a corporate decision. Hope this comments help. You guys Rock!
