Such a quick and nice experience with Sharon. She helped us and supplied us with everything we needed to care for our new puppy, including all the information we could possibly want, financing, vet services and training classes. We walked in to look at goldens and we walked out with our little Butter! He was perfect, and he is actually very healthy and certified, they even provide lineage details. We are so happy!

I went in to this store to look for a potential new yorkie after my dog passed away top of this year. Ended up getting one because I fell In love with two days after taking this beautiful puppy home I had to take him to the vet and have had to take in on every week for the last month because PETLAND SOLD ME A SICK DOG WITH GIARDIA and who was ANEMIC!!!And their coverage they sell you on does not cover any of the testing to find out what is wrong with the dog. Just the treatment after. Which is not where the majority of my money has gone!!DO NOT SHOP HERE! They sold me an UNDERWEIGHT SICK PUPPY!!! Shame on you all! ESPECIALLY AFTER YOUR CRAZY PRICES! Take some responsibility!!! I deserve some Financial reimbursement for the SICK DOG YOU SOLD ME!!After a month of having this dog he passed away!!! You all sold me a puppy who was too young and sick! How dare you put me through this! I wish I could put less than a 1 star! TERRIBLE!!!!

She explained everything from beginning to end and I couldn’t be happier. This place is extremely clean and all the staff is very polite and friendly. All the dogs are very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this place, if you’re looking to get a puppy.

We brought home our pup over 6 months ago. He’s been great. We’re very happy. Would’ve been 5 star experience had it not been they accidentally didn’t apply the no interest on our Petland credit card. So for 6 months we paid interest with automatic payments. However, after about 2-3 of calling the store they got it resolved and got our money back and it’s not at zero interest. I appreciate they got it done. They could’ve just brushed us off and I appreciate that. I recommend them.

I went to Petland just to look at puppies, I have already bought 3 from this location. Today I saw this poodle, didn’t know much about this dog. I asked Alexandra, after talking to her for 5 mins, the knowledge and passion she has for dogs is truly amazing. I ended up buying my fourth dog from Petland in Pembroke Pines. Alexandra was the best and because of her I had my best experience at Petland. If I ever buy another dog Alexandra will be involved! Thank you Petland and Alexandra!

My husband and I fell in love with a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel we saw online at the Pembroke location. We arrived to our appointment everyone was very nice the establishment was very clean all the puppies looked happy. After meeting the puppy we knew we had to take her home. We met with Adrian who helped us with the adoption process. He took his time and was patient we never felt rushed or pressured. He went through all the important information with us and made sure he answered all of our questions. Adrian was very informative and thorough but most of all he made sure this was an exciting experience for us. Thanks so much Adrian and all the wonderful staff at Petland Pembroke Pines.UPDATE:We adopted Zelda on 9/1/23 she was 3 months old, my poor Zelda has had a tough time but I think she is finally healthy. We have a follow up with our vet in 1 month. After bringing Zelda home we found out she had kennel cough and worms. We have an 11 year old Shih tzu who obviously contracted the kennel cough from Zelda which was a nightmare because our Shih Tzu ended up in the ER. Zelda also had ear mites which was the craziest thing I have ever seen 🤢 She was under weight the poor puppy was so sick. It has taken 4 months to deworm her and get her nice and healthy. She is finally putting on some weight she is still small for her age. On the paperwork I received it says Zelda’s hernia was repaired it was not it’s still there but not as prominent. I am not sure if she spayed or not the paperwork states she is but I think I was told at the store she was not. I have to make time to call her initial veterinarian to get that information. I hope she is. Anyway that is all the bad in a positive light she is the cutest most loving spoiled puppy ever. We do not feed her the food that was recommended when we adopted her, we feed her Farmers Dog she loves it. My advice first and foremost have a private vet selected and set up an appointment for your new puppy ASAP take your puppy and make sure your vet deworms, deworms, deworms, have vet check to make sure all shots are up to date, start your puppy on flea, tick, ear mite medication asap !!! and most importantly if you have other pets quarantine your new puppy until your vet clears him/her of any transmittable diseases and bugs. We love our girl and would choose her all over again. ❤️

Alexandra is Excellent!!! She is caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and absolutely amazing. She kept me informed about the dogs that were available and all of the information about them. I bought a dog at this store because of her knowledge and assistance. Alexandra is an asset to your store. She should get a promotion and a raise in pay. She explained all of the information to buy the puppy and everything in all of the paperwork she fully explained. Alexandra was awesome. The store was clean, smelled so good and the puppies looked happy. We went into the store for a nail trim for our dog which we’ve gotten from petland before. She was super attentive and asked us questions about how our pup is doing. She even showed us some options of breeds they had available in the store. People these days never want to have a conversation anymore and she went above and beyond to get to know us! If you want great customer service go into Petland and ask for Alexandra!!!
