It is always pleasant, and good practice of proper manners, to be welcomed by personnel behind the counter as one enters the store. Received great customer service and attention to details of my needs and concerns, especially from the staff member in the fish and aquarium department. First time visiting this location, although it is further distance from my neighborhood store, I look forward shopping here from now on.

I have to say that the experience with Petco about a year ago was NOT good to the point I would drive 20 mins to buy my dogs prescribed food to the Vet when I can literally walk to Petco, HOWEVER in the past year their customer service has improved tremendously! Their staff is not only knowledgeable but helpful and kind to your needs. Please keep up the good work and reward the team members you have NOW 👏🏼👏🏼

I ordered a pet carrier as a gift for someone. When I came to pick it up they gave me an item that had no packaging. It was an embarrassment to give a gift like that. Employee told me it is what it is. And needing the item I had to accept it that way. Horrible customer service and just all around a bad look. How do you give an item to someone in not it's packaging.Edit : Your automated response doesn't help anyone.

I do not usually feel the need to leave not so happy reviews, unless ultimately necessary. However, I am very frustrated as I took my GoldenDoodle to be groomed on Thursday July 27th, at 8:30 am. I understood that my puppy was going to need to be shaved all the way down. No worries there. However, when I went to pick him up, and we finally made it home, I noticed that both of my puppy’s ears were bleeding. I was very frustrated as my almost 1 year old pup was uncomfortable. I understand that things happen, however, I was never informed when I initially picked him up. Which, of course would cause great frustration upon a dog owner. We called and they asked for me to bring him back, I did. The Vet Techs were very helpful with the situation, and assisted me the best they could. Yes, they did refund me, however, in no way shape or form is it about the money. It’s about my pups well being. For that fact, any dogs well being.It is now Sunday July 30th, and my pup is still in great discomfort, which now I will have to take him to see another specialist to see actually how serious the cuts are, as he is still bleeding and the blood patches are much larger than just “tiny knicks”.

Larry was the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with honestly. I am a very patient and kind person and I will never understand why some Managers have the entitlement to be rude to you just because you have a question or God for bid a situation.I called back because I was on the verge of tears and hate confrontation, but the situation seemed unfair on my end. He hung up on me without even saying goodbye.I’ve been shopping here for a long and have met many of the other employees and managers. What a great first impression Larry.

Petco "the place where dogs can't bedogs" In Petco dogs can't bark. I putmy dog in training classes so that shecould learn how to not bark at peopleWhen she barked the first time, shegot banned from Petco TrainingClasses. (I registered my dog forclasses where they supposedly teachher not to bark) and they canceled mebecause my dog was barking. My dognever barked aggressively, she justfeels nervous to meet people the firsttime. "She is just a real dog". Now,one year later I took her to trim thenails and she was scared to go insideand started barking walkingbackwards and they couldn't do theservice. Now my question is : Are theysupposed to know how to treat dogs?So, why dogs can't be dogs? I meandogs bark!! I am very disappointed andunsatisfied with Petco and therefore Idon't recommend any Petco services ifyou have a terrier.

I was trying to get my dog a boratello shot so we could board him while on vacation,the kept putting us on hold saying the vet is busy,that would call me back after 3 hours of not getting a call back,we went to the hospital where the vet was supposed to be,by the way a sign said walk ups excepted,come to find out the vet was not even there,ill never go to them.

I have a one year old Jack Russell and since last year I’ve been taking him to Petco vet to get his shots and check ups, everything was good.. few months later he started having stomach problems and I took him few times to get checked up and they told me he was fine that he just have a delicate stomach because he stills a puppy.. around a month ago he was vomiting and I took him again to petco and I told them that I think something was wrong.. they “did exams and test” and charged me almost $300 to tell everything was normal. A week ago my dog almost die vomiting blood, I had to take him to emergency care. and they told me he’s been having a bacterial infection and parasites since months. I’m very disappointed because I trusted petco with my dog’s life and they just wanted me to charge me a lot of money without caring about my dog, and without telling me what was going on. putting in risk my dog’s life, I’m pretty sure he probably didn’t even get all those tests that they told me he got and were all “negative” and if he did.. they never told me the truth then. I will never take him again over there. and I hope this thing that happened to me.. don’t happen to someone else.

I used to call a mobile groomer to the house who would charge me $115 for ONE mini poodle . Now I take both of my mini poodles to PETCO for around the same price. They have an open space and you can see how they handle the dogs thru the glasses. My groomer was Mariana, she did exactly what I asked her to do and the cut in my Miso is super cute and even! His legs, face and body are perfection, super happy with the outcome.

Veterinarian services is excellent. I went with my doggie Max because I was needed a health certificate to travel purpose. First, they calling me to confirm the appointment then when I arrive the front desk lady was super attentive and know me by name. Second the Dr gave me all the instruction and medication. I feel so confident about the care of my doggie. I recommend them 100%

One of my favorite pet stores. They sell pets like snakes, chameleons, ferrets, fishes, etc and also supplies for all these animals and of course everything you need for dogs and cats. A Lot of food brands to choose from. The store also provides services such as grooming, pet insurance, etc. Customer service is very good.

The groomers at this Petco location are totally unprofessional, unfriendly and extremely rude. I had taken my Yorkie there for grooming last year. Last week I scheduled an appointment for grooming services. I planned my day around this appointment and when I got there the unfriendly lady at the grooming area open our file and said to me your dog is not allowed to receive grooming here. When I asked why, her reply was that the last time he was there he did not behaved and pooped while he was getting groomed. I couldn’t believe it. So my response was, why did you give us an appointment last week? All she had to say was that I should have been total that he wasn’t allowed in their place. How unprofessional. And the fact that they can not handle a little Yorkie is ridiculous. I will never again step into a Petco store.

We got our new puppy in training classes with Wilson at the Pines location, and its was a great experience, we leaned so much with all his knowledge and training tips. Super happy with the experience, will definitely continue visiting for more tips :)

I drove a long distance to this store because it shows online that have certain product in stock, when I arrived to the store they don't have the product for 30 capsules only had the same product for 80 capsules at double price. I am very disappointed with this store, my doggy is not good and this store do fake advertisement offering in stocks something that they don't have.

My pup went in on Saturday for a bath- A BATH! Her first time, she came out COMPLETELY MATTED! Prior to coming into the grooming center, I needed to show proof of vaccinations. They did a quick analysis to make sure she was healthy, checked her ears, etc. They told me she is perfect. 4 days later I am in the ER because she has developed pneumonia, kennel cough, and an infection. This is the ONLY place she was surrounded by other dogs. HORRIBLE!! $2000 vet bill, needs to be washed again to take out all of the matting spots, and worst of all a very sick dog! STAY AWAY!

Store was great and Al/Alwyn really went above and beyond in helping me. I had a an issue with a return that was on me, and he spent 20 minutes helping me and even got on the phone with someone higher up to get the full amount when the system didn’t intially give it. Definitely the best face of customer service a business can have.

Merchandise is not more correctly on shelf. I overpaid on one item got charge 14.99 Instead of 6.99.When i went the next day They told me no refunds no returns due to Corona virus.
