A cute little store with a huge selection of toys, pet food, and treats. The staff is really nice and helpful. I recommend signing up for a loyalty program if you live in the area. You will get a 15% coupon after your first purchase.

We were there yesterday right after getting our first family dog, and couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was so kind and attentive. Special shout out to V, who was AMAZING!!! She helped us pick the best harness, food, treats, and everything else we need! He’s so knowledgeable and kind to us and the dogs! Right before we left, our dog pooped on the floor, and when I grabbed the paper towel to clean it, he told me he got it.. we couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you V!!!

Visited Pet Supermarket today with high expectations, only to be let down. Not only was the customer service below par, with a distinct lack of attention and staff often absent from the register, but their prices are notably higher. Items I looked at were consistently $5-$10 more expensive than what I've seen at Petco and PetSmart. And to add to the frustration, their price matching policy is misleading. They refused to match a competitor's sale price, only agreeing to match the regular price. With better options available, I'll think twice before returning to this store. ⭐️★☆☆☆.

This location has an extremely pushy lady at the front when you check out that doesn’t work there asking for donations. She attempted to guilt me into donating after I told her “no thank you” which is my response anytime I’m asked for donations. The manager was the cashier, and I alerted her it is wrong to have someone trying to guilt you when you don’t want to donate. Felt like an episode of South Park. I’d recommend frequenting other locations unless you want someone to try to make you feel guilty for not donating.

Great staff, always very helpful and friendly when I come in. My only complaint is for the poor Sun and 2 Green Cheek Conures that have been sitting alone in their cages for almost a year. These birds are so intelligent, sociable and playful. They don't deserve to spend a year in a cage with barely any toys. I would totally buy a second one if they were more affordable. These new prices are insane.

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. One associate recommended me cat treats I can get using my points. My cats were pretty happy about it.They have a great selection on cat toys. I bought so many pizza cat toys from this location. They have catnip inside and my cats absolutely love them. I hope they never stop selling those.Certain food items are sometimes out of stock but that’s not their fault as a lot of places are having stocking issues. I typically order my cat’s food online but I come here in person to stock up on treats, soups, appetizers, or other flavors to keep them happy.

This store has one of the best customer services that its almost shocking. The live fish are in good to pristine condition. Their fish are healthy at their best. The workers are everywhere for your reach and completely educated on your pets needs. I recommend this store not just for me but to everyone. Other pet supermarket stores should learn from this store on customer service etiquette and care on their live pets. Thank you guys for helping me get my fish today.

Friendly workers, they have parrots, Guinea pigs, hamsters and sometimes rabbits ! Found my Guinea pig cage here as well some cute outfits for her. Clean and neat

I had FANTASTIC service from the associate on duty. Wish I got her name. Neat clean well stocked. They appeared to have a good variety.I have not done a price comparison yet, but hoping to make this my go to store. There is no longer a Petco near me.

Best pet store on terms of cleanliness, pet health, customer service. Go here every Sunday basically. Great experience......unless you get a certain manager, to which that particular day I'd give 2-3 stars. If you see a manager named Lisa just walk out.5/19/19 - Today 2 stars. Went in today and with five people in line, people were waiting about 2 minutes and we're asking for someone to check them out. Phone was ringing off the hook. As people we're yelling for assistance, the manager stuck her head out from behind an isle and yelled from across the store "we'll be right with you! Hold on!" Very nastily and rudely and they waited another 30 seconds until someone came,who I feel sorry for because they looked like they were not having a good day.When we were getting manager special cans, she huffed and puffed while slamming her finger on the touchscreen computer and roughly putting the cans back on the counter. This was during customer appreciation weekend. Some appreciation.

I have been Faithfully coming to Pet Supermarket in buying the same brand of dog food in the exact same size just to take advantage of the buy 10 get one free food. For one reason or another, I've constantly been told that I'm not eligible, and finally being three bags away from being able to redeem my free bag of pet food they stopped the promotion. I tried calling the corporate number as directed, and I'm put on hold for over an hour and a half and after speaking to the operator told that I have no choice but to continue waiting on the phone for someone to get back to me. This is atrocious for customer service and I am frankly thoroughly disappointed!

Steady patron. Overall great for fish and small pets. I had one issue returning dead fish which was resolved relatively quickly with minor frustration. Associate failed to notate my return. Management knew nothing when I came the next day. They couldn't locate the dead fish.....🤷🏽‍♂️. My time was wasted while management made attempts to reach associate by phone. Nothing major....just frustrating.

I went with the intentions to buy dog food and I left with so much more. I got a veterinarian to vaccinate my dog and they were so nice and gentle about it. The bill wasn't that expensive. She's now registered with the city. She also got a lot of vitamins and I was informed about a lot of good nutritious food for her. I also learned so much today about how to protect her about fleas and worms and the staff gave me so much attention. Best pet food store experience I have ever had. I hope everyone gets the same attention that I did. And once again I am truly impressed. Good luck have a good night.
