I used to come here all the time and they gave such good service. They made me and my dog feel so at home. I felt comfortable knowing my dog was in such good hands. Recently the business changed management and I've never met such a sick and disgusting man. I'm a woman of color and he felt I didn't deserve the decency of customer service or attention when I walked into the store. He sat there in his seat as he casually chatted with a "customer". The computer wasn't open, no notes or questions were discussed. He didn't even look at me before he kept chatting away. I asked if someone else could help as there were a few people in the back and he threw the phone down and walked over to me. I asked him about the "customer" he was supposed to be helping and he said they were okay. As he rudely tried to take my reservation, he didn't smile, he make eye contact, or even give me a total. When I asked for an invoice of services he shrugged his shoulders and said "We walk them, feed them and put them back in the crate" He asked me for my card and since I always paid with cashapp, I asked if they still took it. He closed down my reservation and refused me service saying he didn't want to work with me calling me rude and demanding. I can't believe he kicked me out of the store and left my dog stranded with no explanation, care or consideration. I would never trust a dog in their care, they made me feel like less than a human. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Im posting this everywhere with hopes they get shut down. Protect the animals ❤️

Le Bone Pet Spa is the Greatest !!!The do a good job at grooming my dog Tre’. We’ve been bringing Tre’ there for almost 3 years. We recommend Le Bone Pet Spa to all of Pembroke Pines. They may keep your dog for a day, but it’s well worth it.

I was recommended this pet salon by my bestfriend and I’m so glad I switched over . My dogs aren’t so great with new environments and being around other dogs . When I drop them off they don’t cry or bark . When I pick them up they are happy . I know they are well taken care of and treated just by their behavior. I thank the whole staff for their work and kindness .

Very disappointed, sketchy pricing and misleading employees recently — will not be bringing my dog back.Make sure you’re told how much your dog’s grooming service will be beforehand! Pricing was raised every month as my puppy got bigger (understandably), BUT when it hit $95, a young employee ensured me that would be the highest price for grooming, period. However, they hit me with a $130 bill for the same service just weeks later, saying he was a lot to handle and got bigger. They also didn’t choose to tell me about this huge price jump until they finished the service and then demanded I pay it.Note for the owners: Don’t allow employees to give out misleading information about pricing - because after years of taking my family dog there, I will no longer be using Le Bone.

Loved my experience here. We went on vacation and left our pup here. The space was very good. The price was unbeatable. They send me photos of my dog through Whatsapp while I was away, and they were also very responsive whenever I asked for an update. The place is also family owned and operated, and this gave me some comfort as well. I picked up my dog and he was very happy. He seemed well fed, and did not have any strange/traumatic behavior. I am overall so happy with my experience here. I give them my highest of recommendations, will come back again for sure!

I been taking Bordeaux to Le Bone for about 2 years and they always do a fabulous job. I have a standard poodle and it is close to impossible to find a groomer that knows what they are doing, and believe me these guys are professionals. As a bonus he smell like a king for weeks.

Le Bone Pet Spa is absolutely the best pet salon I have ever used! The place is welcoming, very clean, colorful and friendly. Owners Betty and Carlos have a genuine love for animals and they are super Professionals! Every time I take my little Betsy in for a spa day, they make me feel like a valued customer and even Betsy calms down when Carlos picks her up to take her inside. It is obvious their business is thriving, because they are the very best. I just love this place and I'm glad I found them so close to home. I highly recommend Le Bone Pet Spa!!!

We love this pet spa for our pup. She is shy and nervous but always comes home looking beautiful, the grooming team does a great job of making her feel comfortable. The groomers are very skilled and kind, you can tell they love what they do. I highly recommend Le Bone.

Le Bone Pet SPA is my favorite grooming service in Pembroke Pines because their prices are fair and their service is excellent. I take my two babies there and they're really good at following instructions as I am very particular about how I like their cuts. I definitely recommend their grooming services.

It’s always a good experience for me whenever I take Milo for a spa. People are very friendly and they treat my dog as a family. I go there even if I leave far. I like that it’s a first come first served basis. I work Mon-Fri 8-5 so it is difficult to make appointments. This is a convenient place for me and I have nothing bad to say. Thanks to you all!

This is the best boarding and grooming facility in our area. It is clean, excellent groomers and friendly atmosphere. Our French Bulldog “Téo” has been under their care for a couple of years now and our experience at Le Bone Pet Spa is always positive – the staff is a wonderful family very friendly and knowledgeable. I was living only 15 minutes away from them and loved everything about them. All of my 3 dogs have been groomed and boarded there. The spa is always impeccably clean, smells wonderful and have never had an issue. I now live nearly an hour and a half from them and I still make the drive every 6 weeks to bring my dogs there. I have tried a few places in my area but no one can compare to their services. Family owned and operated makes it all the more great! They have a customer for life with me and my furr babies!🐾 Just to add, after three years, I have moved back into the area and this is my go to salon always!

I’ve tried so many groomers and Le Bone has been the most consistent. The staff treats my pet like he’s one of their own. The “walk in only” works for me as a business owner whose schedule can get hectic. I LOVE Le Bone and staff!!!!

Today was my first time bringing my Yorkie to this groomers. Since they do not make appointments, I made sure to be the first in line as I was told it was first come first serve. The only negative I have is the LONG wait time. I was the first in line and my dog wasn't ready until 12:30 and this was because I mentioned I was going out of town and they did their best to have her ready as early as possible, but was told they could not promise she would be ready by noon. If it's first come first serve and my dog was the first in line, why was she there for 4 hours? I understand that they are understaffed due to COVID , but she's a small Yorkie and had no knots that could potentially extend grooming process.On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and professional . They took their time in asking me how I wanted my fur baby groomed. The price quoted was fair. They did and EXCELLENT job with the bath and haircut (5 stars for that). They cut her hair exactly as I requested. My baby smells amazing and she seemed calm and happy when I picked her up.

Have been taking my pup here for a while. Staff is always courteous and loving. Never have any issues with time, they post estimated wait times based on when you check in and they generally call me sooner. Would recommend, and have, to anyone.
