I recently purchased my beloved fur baby from this fantastic establishment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly, attentive, and informative.Poly is an absolute delight, and I am so grateful to have found him here. The staff's passion and dedication to their animals was evident, and it made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.If you're looking to add a new member to your family, I highly recommend visiting this place. Only 30 minutes too late. We wanted the puppy in the first picture named Thornton.We were missing one thing of information and left to go get that and a collar and leash. (They don’t sell collars or leashes for big dogs) we come back. Leash and collar in hand with the information needed. They sold Thornton in that 30 minutes we left. We got Alvin (puppy in the second picture) instead. Thornton was born on my birthday 12/24. He’s my boyfriends favorite breed. He was supposed to help with my PTSD and other mental health problems I have. He would have shared my birthday with me and would have been a great anniversary gift for me and my partner. (12/24/22 is our anniversary) I love Alvin so much. But my heart broke when I saw someone else get Thornton right in front of me. Because we were 30 minutes late trying to get information that we could adopt him with. If you want a forever pet. Go somewhere else where the workers don’t get fired if they say “sorry, someone is already getting this puppy and will be back very soon.” At least they didn’t remove me from the building when I was having a panic attack I guess.

5/5 stars for this wonderful place. I loved all the puppies here, as a dog lover, the environment was great and truly one of a kind. I was able to obtain myself a very kind and adorable puppy golden retriever. I was allowed to play with him, get to know how he was a little bit, and may I say I got attached really quickly. The form of payment definitely fit my current circumstances, and I absolutely enjoyed it. At the end the dog got a quick shower and cleaning. Overall great experience, the wait wasn’t too quick and the employees explanations were definitely up to par with my expectations. I definitely recommend coming here to find your everlasting puppy partner. Thank you!!!

Dec 2023 my husband and I drove from Miami to Pembroke Pines to see a teddy bear. Unfortunately when we got there she was being pulled because she had an eye infection. So we looked at the other puppies and I fell in love with this girl. Well I was told she is a mini poodle. And well after all the paperwork was complete I was on my way. I took her to the vet they required for her warranty where they didn’t do much. I signed her up for Bandfield and they gave her, her vaccines and did a DNA test. Well here we are with DNA papers in hand and they say she is 51%cocker spaniel, 40%mini poodle wait there’s more, she is also 4%Bishon Frise and 5% golden retriever. AND she has Skeletal Dysplasia 2. So I called the store and they sent me to the warranty company where they then asked for a million papers and a letter that she isn’t fit to sell from my vet. Well this dysplasia is going to affect her with short legs. Nothing more, God willing. So I called the store today to find out more information on how they are going to resolve selling me a “mutt(mixed breed)” for $2700. and they took a message and said they would have another department call me.Listen the workers were all amazing and sweet and she was heathy and well taken care of , but I don’t feel it’s on to sell me “a fake mini poodle” it’s not ok.So now I wait for a resolution. I will update when this gets resolved. But please watch what you buy from this chain. Forever love puppies doesn’t sell you what they say it is. Be careful..3/14/24 Update: still going back and forth with the warranty company. They are giving me the run around. Store takes no responsibility nor have they at the management company called me back to even express any remorse or anything… really not feeling they care about anything much but ripping people off and making money.(Same puppy/ before and after first groom visit.)3/21/24 update they offered a $300 credit, which is ridiculous because this would mean I am expected to pay $2400 for a mixed breed.

I just adopted a beautiful husky from this location in Pembroke Pines. Forever love puppies had the best puppies and the best guest satisfaction. The puppies are so cute and taken care of so well I fell in love with the place within the first site.

Today we came in to look at a Golden doodle for my daughter to have her first puppy. Diana was great she greeted us helped us locate the puppy that we came in specifically to get and one we met him we knew he was the one. Forever love puppies is such a great place to come for first dog owners everyone is so knowledgeable and the place is inviting.

Let me start off by saying my family had 0 intentions of getting a puppy. We really just wanted a little puppy therapy but everything changed once we realized we were in puppy heaven.The staff were all amazing and you could tell how much they loved the puppies. Dilans ended up being the one who helped us meet a few puppies. We never felt rushed and at the very last minute found our forever pup.We are excited for this new chapter in our families life. If you are looking for a new pup this is the place 🏼🐶

We have owned our Cockalier pup now for almost three years and we did purchase him at Forever Love Puppies at their Pembroke Pines location. He was the last puppy left from the litter and was a bit older....just about 15 weeks old. Still, he was in great shape, well fed and in perfect health. He is the love of our life and we're so glad we found him. I loved the website and the overall store was neat, clean, sanitary and they also very attentive about the cleanliness of where the puppies were kept. The salespeople were kind and informative. They showed us multiple puppies and offered us a chance to play with them and hold them. We kept coming back to this little Cockalier boy. We knew he was the one. Our pup was up to date on all vet care, vaccines and worming for his age. We were given a bag of the food that he was eating, a new collar and leash for him and they trimmed his nails and brushed him down for us before we took him home. All his paperwork and microchip information was 100% accurate and in order. My daughter is also a Veterinarian and came with us when we visited Forever Love so we could be sure the puppies we were seeing were in good health and being cared for properly. She did a little "exam" on the pup we wanted and she assured us that this dog was in good health. Afterward, she also did a full DNA and genetic health panel on him and he was indeed a breed standard Cockalier. He had ZERO problematic genetic health markers...no genetic heart issues, no exercise induced collapse markers and no sign of any skull base deformities that are common in this breed. He is genetically sound. Our dog has been the picture of health and happiness since we got him and he turns three this coming May. Not one single issue and we highly recommend Forver Love Puppies to someone that is looking for a breed specific dog or even a popular mixed breed like we chose, a Cavalier King Charles and English Cocker Spaniel mix. Thank you, Forever Love......it's nice to know that there are conscientious and caring places out there to get the puppy of your dreams! Just take a look at this gorgeous boy in the photos below. He is a showstopper!

They had so many wonder and cute puppies!! I love that the prices are clearly stated on the window so you don’t play with the puppies then find out they’re ridiculously expensive. They are very transparent on prices. Thank you to Roy who was very informative and let us play with as many puppies as we wanted. Happy to say we got our baby girl!!! They even cut her nails, fluffed her up and put a cute bow on her before we left. Love her !!

I went in this store with my daughter to buy a puppy. My daughter picked a puppy she liked, they brought the puppy out from behind the glass into the enclosure and the puppy bit her and actually lost a tooth. The puppy did not look well cared for at all and it had no training whatsoever. My daughter is 16 so she was not mishandling the puppy in any way. I would recommend going elsewhere when looking for a puppy.

Came in with my daughter's to check out the store. The team works together with great customer service and very knowledgeable about the various breeds. Provide detailed info on the specific dog of interest, both medically and parent history. We ended up coming back a second time with my mom who fell in love with an unexpected puppy. She took her home. Very satisfied and would recommend them to family and friends.

The five star reviews is because they say they’ll give you an extra bag of food if you leave a five star review while you’re there. Don’t waste your time or money this place has the worst customer service. They forgot to give us our paperwork for the puppy we purchased and was trying to tell us we had to wait at least 15 days for them to email it to us, I had to stay on the phone for hours to get that resolved. The newest thing they did is text my personal number to potential clients saying it was their business number as I was getting multiple calls one day from an unknown number that told me that they received my number as the business number to contact. It’s been two weeks since it’s happened and I have asked for a supervisor two weeks ago to speak to me and have still received no response so now I have contacted BBB and other government agencies to let them know how this business is barely a business.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GETTING A DOG FROM HERE. For starters, my Fiancé and I purchased a 12 week old puppy. The puppy was extremely sick which we were unaware of, we took her to the vet and she had parasites that were contagious to humans and other animals. Five different antibiotics. After having the dog for a few days, we returned the pup to the store. When I went on site I REFUSED to leave with the dog and wanted my contract with EasyPay cancelled because I’m not paying $2300 for a sick dog. A dog that I no longer have. After an hour or more going back and forth with them at the store, the puppy was returned and they offered for me to get another dog plus a $300 credit. No thank you. Here we are two weeks later and my contract is still not voided and it’s been a HASSLE to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about. Unfortunately, I’ll have to go back into the store to make another scene to get what I need completed. Ridiculous. Never again.
