Terrible customer service. We are in the market for a new puppy and when we walked in we were told we couldn’t touch them which was valid since they supposedly were 8 weeks but missing a vaccine. She knew absolutely nothing about any of the puppies and then when I asked what kind of frenchie it was she got so irritated then proceeded to answer with an attitude that it’s a French bulldog I don’t know. We loved one of the puppies but the service was so terrible I wouldn’t buy a dog from them ever. Sad to see store owners being represented by someone like this.

Me and my sister visited this establishment hopeful for a new pup, but what we were met with was absolutely disgusting. Multiple of these poor young puppies being left in cages with their own feces just inches away while they slept. The workers on shift payed no attention to the needs of these animals and many of the pets looked depressed and in an unsuitable environment. I highly discourage anybody from providing this disgusting establishment with buisness and I am very displeased that Pembroke gardens would allow a buisness such as this one to continue to operate.

Horrible customer service! Went in the store with my daughters, was surprising my oldest with a dog but had not told her. She asked to see a dog and the 2 young girls working there said, they couldn’t bring the dog out if it was not being purchased! How are you suppose to purchase an animal without bonding?!?! After we left, I had toldThem how disappointed I was regarding their customer service and their response was, the dogs are young under 3 months so they can’t be exposed to people. So why are you selling them?!!! Never again will I walk into this store… it showed they only care about the sell and nothing else… you should be ashamed…

I rescued a dog that was purchased from here last year. I have her papers with pictures and receipt of sale. I encourage you all before you purchase a puppy from here ask them for the breeder information of the dog you are interested in and google them immediately. Most of the puppies here are from puppy mills and are unhealthy and have many hereditary illnesses and deformities that you may not know about until after their "warranty" expires. This is the first thing that popped up about the breeder our dog came from then sold by this establishment: "Missouri breeder who once unsuccessfully sued the Humane Society for referring to her as a puppy mill owner, was once again found keeping dogs in poor conditions during at least three recent state inspections." Please research reputable breeders and get your puppy from them. Places like this should not be allowed to sell puppies, that's the only way to end puppy mills and backyard breeding.

Very elegant puppy boutique! just as the name says. You not only get a healthy and beautiful puppy of your choice but they also give you a bag full with all the goodies your puppy will need for the first months. I not only got my puppy there but also I go there to buy her clothes, toys and so much more. Recommend 100%. Also the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Go and visit them you won’t be disappointed! :D

The moment I walked in the wide open double doors all I could smell is urine! The condition these dogs were living in was disgusting and when I brought concerns about 1 particular puppy shivering nonstop and looking ill I was told that's just the way it is. I BEG EVERYONE TO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I was just in there, trying to purchase some thing and I stood at the cash register for a good 20 minutes I looked around. I stared at the lady who kept talking to a lady in the store. No one else greeted me. No one else said anything to me I had multiple questions that I could not ask because, there was no one there to ask no one even acknowledged me so I put the stuff back and I walked out and not even then did anyone acknowledge me fix your customer service

These poor puppies are suffering. They are left in disgusting conditions you can smell the odor of urine the minute you walk in the door. The audacity that this business has putting sick puppies in small plastic boxes and on sale.

They locked the doors 10 minutes before actual closing time, and the clerk intentionally avoided eye contact as she walked to the door and turned off the TV. There were still other people inside the store shopping.

We were casually window shopping for puppies until I saw a beautiful merle puppy I couldn't resist! Maylin and the manager Ivette were so kind, helpful and informative with us! Elegant Puppies is a great atmosphere! They'll give you everything you and your puppy need! I 100% recommend coming here for your new puppy and puppy needs!

This place needs to shut down. It's basically a dolled up puppy mill. They keep dogs in extremely small cages with little to no toys at all. You don't know where these dogs even come from or if they are even legally bred / or the breed they say they are. Or if they have potential health conditions. You can tell the dogs are not treated right either, some of them even look sick. I feel so so bad for these poor babies being kept like their dolls or something. Its cruel.Do your self a favor and do your research, find a local breeder who you can trust is doing things ethically and truly loves and cares about dogs. This place is unethical and disgusting and capitalizing off the mistreating of animals. Do not support this place. Support breeders doing things the right way.

This place is beautiful and has variety of cute puppies, I loved it as a I walked into the door it honestly felt very fancy but the reason I am giving one star review is because of costumer service. There was a hispanic lady with black and very long hair sitting down in the front of the store with other two guys. They were all wearing the store uniform so I assumed they all work there. It was unbelievable that they were all sitting down and the puppies were full of pee, the white blankets were yellow already yellow of so much pee,giving the store a bad reputation. I approached to the lady with black and long her and she was very unprofessional, at that time she was on a FaceTime call and was being very loud. As I asked her a question she told me to wait and kept on with her conversation. The reason I asked her is because the other ladies at the store were busy with other costumers. Please to the owner of the store you need to properly train your people. The key to a successful business is to have a good and PROFESSIONAL staff.

Elegant puppy was the best place I ever went to for the first time I saw the puppy dogs in their glass cage and I truly wish that if buying a puppy was not so expensive that I would've got two puppy dogs already because I never had a puppy dogs in all my life.

If zero, stars was an option, I would’ve put it. This place is horrendous. They lock small puppies in a little box and they all look so sick. Never in my life have I been to a pet shop that was attempting to sell so many sick puppies. This disgust me. I think instead of this place investing in the looks of their shop, they should invest in the health of the pets there! If you’re looking for a quality pet shop, I recommend going elsewhere!

Over 3,000 for a little Chihuahua. Dogs need good homes. They should not be overpriced like that. Who knows where they're getting these dogs from? Could be a puppy mill. High end places like this should not exist. A dog is a gift from God, not an ax to your bank account

Female associate claimed dog was pure yorkie when it was very clearly mixed. Dogs are overpriced as well, was quoted 4K for a poodle mix. If it was a reputable company and breeder/store then it would be understandable but it is not. Dog clothes and accessories are low quality yet overpriced as well.

I walked into this store thinking they sold dog supplies. On the left I was surprised by puppies in cages, all with their sad looks they seemed to ask me to get them all out of there. I hope that someday there will be a law that prohibits having them like this. My soul broke. Being in these “fancy cages for HOURS “. They should sell for photos and leave these poor innocents with their families in bigger places. But there are also people who just want to do business; what matters least to them is the well-being of the mother or the puppies. How sad!!

Had the chance to see this beautiful puppy boutique in person. Absolutely breathtaking, my 7 year old daughter said "the puppies are so cute she wanted to cry" The service was very good and products nothing like I have ever seen. The most adorable. MUST SEE.
