Pharmacy service is horrible , dropped off prescription came back a few hours later and they had forgotten to fill the medicine for my daughter. The prescription was for 2 medication, sent the wife to pick it up and when she got home they only gave her one. Truly can’t understand their level of organization and customer server. Will continue giving my business to Publix.

I can’t speak on the pharmacy department, but I’ve always had a good experience on finding certain items. The atmosphere is welcoming, pleasant, clean and cozy. There are some warm and friendly employees I’ve encountered. And all that means a lot in these turbulent times. Thank you.

I want to take a moment to compliment Clarrissa who works at the cash register and was the first person to ever demonstrate respect for my time. When we had to take back a medication because it was liquidity instead of a cream she apologized for the inconvenience because she understood that we don't have extra time to drive around an hour to return a faulty medicine. it was nice to see a South Florida person acknowledge what people go through when these types of issues occur. Too often in the medical world doctors pharmacists Etc act like they're God's delivering service rather than people who have to uphold a basic standard of mutual respect as does everyone else. So I'm very thankful that people like Clarissa still exist in the world.

the pharmacy at this CVS is horrible, they are rude and unfriendly, in particular DANY. My medicine order was wrong and this person tells me grumpily that now he is going to have to throw away the wrong medicine (as if it were my fault) he goes to the trouble of printing out my doctor's order just to show me that he was not wrong, to then tell me that I was right. always with a nasty attitude. People like this should not work with the public!

Every month I get an excuse why my daughter's medicine is not ready. The staff is just too lazy to do Ipledge system. I always have to go back and forth till its ready. Lazy staff.....

I received a message today where they toll me that I have to pick up the treatment for my babie when I picked up they didn’t have all medication ready and they told me you have to come back tomorrow for the other one so… my babie have yo wait one day for his medication because they can do good their job????? They play with the health ???? And the ladie on the drive thru told me the last Saturday that my medicine will be ready for pick up on Monday and today when I pick up they told me I am sorry you don’t have refill ??? So what they are doing? Why they didn’t contact my doctor if they know that I need this medication and I don’t have more in my house and is urgent???? The principal pharmacist never gave me the face and the guys had disgusting actitud

The store is fine, the photo department is awful. I ordered a canvas was supposed to be ready in 1 hour, and 6 hours later it wasn't ready. When I got there, the associate said that their lab has been down for a couple of weeks and they can't fulfill the order. When I asked why the website is still taking orders that they can't fufill, I got a very blank,"I don't know"

I have been doing business with this CVS for over 20 years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Mr. Lee, one of the pharmacist there, is very knowledgeable and professional. It's always nice to see a friendly face!

This CVS told warned me about there pet policy without looking at the service dogs tags. Employee quickly jumped to conclude that My service animal a dog was a pet. And said there are no pets allowed. It’s one of those moments when you just walk away instead of explaining to a person who seems happy to jump to conclusions. This employee will cost the company a lawsuit in the future.

I went there for a covid 19 vaccine, I was turned down. primarily I made an appointment, but could not make it that day; I cancelled. When I tried to reschedule, the website kept telling me to check back later. Because their website says "schedule an appointment or walk in", I decided to walk in. I was sent to an area to wait. then, the same person came back & told me that " we do not take walk in today". I said thank you, & left. If the vaccine is so important, why they refused to give it to me? If you have a contract with the government to provide vaccines, you should do exactly what you advertise on your website. Very disappointing!

I like this store. Have been using the pharmacy for years.Friendly helpful staffI had a problem with photo today.It is set up so it should....... Connect your phone by USB cable, you select your photos and magically they print.Doesn't work that way.First day I got so frustrated with the system I left.Next day I went back to try again and was told i need the app on my phone and no I can't use their WiFi to download app.Go home, download app in less than a minute, use app to select and order prints.... The third trip...to pick up prints....no prints, no record prints were ordered.Ready to leave and nice attendant offers to hook up phone and make prints. Very nice offer but I don't have time to let her hook up phone, select prints, print. I have to pick someone up somewhere else.Thoroughly disgusted over this. I am not a dunce. The system is not user friendly. The poor attendant probably thought I was going over the edge. I hope I didn't traumatize her.I can order online and have them mailed. Thoroughly disgusted. Three trips there for nothing plus the aggravation of trying to make it work!

This staff are nice but they are a mess. Since I had to switch from Walgreens to CVS it’s been a hassle for me. They constantly make mistakes or there too busy to pay attention to detail. Twice I’ve asked for a specific medication refill and when I get home I get a different medication that I don’t need or something I did not request. Then the next day I’ll get a text that my prescription is ready to be picked up. Why wasn’t I given everything when I was there? Or told that I still had a medication pending? Sometimes the pharmacy will tell me that a particular medication that was prescribed isn’t covered by my insurance and requires a prior authorization. The pharmacy will delay my medication send me on a wild goose chase and when I don’t want to deal with the hassle I’ll ask them how much is it? They’ll tell me it’s $20 bucks. “ are you serious?” All that for $20 bucks? Give the option first and let the customer decide if it worth buying or not. Don’t put your customer through that stress especially if they really need their meds. Now I’m out of town I went to take my medication and realize I was given a medication I didn’t request.I specifically walked into the pharmacy and handed in the actual written prescription. Now I have no medication. And I don’t know what to do? This has never happened to me before.I’m so tired of this. I haven’t been a customer of theirs that long and they’ve made so many mistakes in a short period of time.

Why don't you open your pharmacy 24 hours? The closest 24 hour pharmacy is in Miami Lakes. There is no 24-hour CVS pharmacy anywhere along the I-75 highway. Nothing west of it either. You guys close at 9pm. Please let us get prescriptions if we get out of the ER in the middle of the night.

Not helpful on phone. Not enough people to help in pharmacy. Line has not changed inside store for at least 10 minutes. There does not appear to be any supervision. No managers around.
