One of the best pet stores I’ve been into in a long time. All the employees were spectacular, really seemed knowledgeable about fish. And seemed super friendly, I will probably always do my fish shopping here from now on. Tanks look clean which is a plus in my book. You can definitely tell these people care about the animals that come into their shop unlike a lot of retail chains nowadays unfortunately. I honestly hope Beverly’s puts them out of business. This is how a pet store should be ran. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We came to Beverly’s in search of a pet for our 5-year-old daughter. I must say Tay’s customer service was THE BEST I have yet to receive! She was so helpful and kind the entire time! I genuinely felt like she enjoyed helping us figure out which pet would be best as she had a smile on her face most of the time! We ended up getting a beautiful beta fish, a tank, food, and some drops for the water. She made this such a great experience for us as we were pretty lost and undecided lol. To top it all off she even took her time to write down the instructions on how to change the beta’s water for me! I would definitely come back to Beverly’s for any of my pet needs thanks to Tay! You guy have found an amazing employee that goes above and beyond! Thanks again Tay!

Exceptional service by MattI recently visited Beverly’s to purchase a salt water fish tank for my son. We were fortunate enough to meet Matt, who provided the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about EVERYTHING regarding the salt water process but he also went above and beyond.Even weeks after our purchase, Matt continues to communicate with us almost daily, offering tips and advice to ensure our fish tank thrives. His dedication and passion for his job are truly admirable, and I am grateful for all his help. As long as he’s there I will always be a customer. I drive over 30 minutes and pass like 3 pet stores to come here!! If you're looking for expert advice go see Matt. This service doesn’t exist anymore so it’s definitely refreshing and makes me want to spend my money here!

Everything they have is twice as expensive as any other pet store. I will never go there again. Bought a few expensive fish. They refused to give credit or refund for one that died in less than 24 hours. Even if the others did great. They are crooks! Notice that a while ago over price and bad customer service. So done with them.

This is the best place in Pembroke Pines and Hollywood to buy pets. They have the best customer services and available pets. I love this pet shop. I have been buying pets in this place for a long time and never change there for a year. The seller is the best. And all people are available to help. I recommend this place to buy pets and food. The variety of dog food is high. My veterinary doctor recommended a kind of dog food and is not available on others stores. But in Beverly always is available. I shop in this store for all my fishes and dog food. Is the best place to me.

I want to give 5 star to Eric the guy in the back with the fishes. Very charismatic, knowledgeable with great customer service. He sold me 60gallon fish tank and all accessories that a salt aquarium needs. After spending in this store more than 2000$ in only one transaction we came back to exchange a protein skimmer because the one we got didn’t fit inside it was too big the guy in charge: white guy brunette hair with beard he was making us feel uncomfortable because he was not happy about the exchange. Definitely I’m coming back to buy from Eric in the future but today I felt the other guy don’t care about keeping customers coming back again, very unprofessional. Please Don’t make faces to the customers don’t whisper in front customers we spend a lot of money in the store.

Nice place to visit to see and purchase fresh and salt water fish for your fish tank! Fish tanks of all sizes available for purchase. Knowledgeable associates available to help with your fish, puppy, reptile, rabbits, etc. purchase. For those with a salt fish tank, there is saltwater available for purchase. The pet center is very organized and clean and a great place to take the family for an outing!

We adopted the sweetest Guinea pig from here. She was healthy, friendly & absolutely perfect. We’ve adopted from other places and they are usually very timid and scared. That was definitely not the case with Gracie. Additionally the staff was friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back to Beverly’s in the future.

Wow! This is an incredible store with a huge selection. Very interesting animals, herps, and birds! They have a vast collection of tanks and supplies for everything. Prices seemed decent, and the staff were a great help and answered all of my questions. So far I am very happy with my friend's recommendation to stop here!

Beverly's Pet Center is easily the best pet store in the ft. Lauderdale area. It has a huge selection of products for all pet related needs, including fish and reptiles. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. They have tons of recourses for scaping terrariums and aquariums, which you don't find often. Great experience every time.

Beverlys up to now has been a pretty good store with a wide selection. But i recently bought a bolivian ram who looked healthy but wasnt, it had camallanus worms an extremely contagious parasite that is very hard to kill. Honestly idk if my fish tank will recover from this parasite. I am very dissapointed since I always held beverlys with high regard because they quaratine there fish and have always been healthy when i buy them, I guess they are starting to slack off a bit.

My daughter took me here to look at the puppies. I fell in love with one and brought her home. Not sure of the young ladies name but she has green hair. I loved the fact she knew all the puppies and their personalities. Thank you I love my baby girl.

Josh was amazing. This was his first day back after knee surgery and he went above and beyond to help me with the piping for my 180 gallon fish tank. The store was closing and I said I could come back tomorrow but he finished and showed me all of needed to do. He definitely needs a raise.

Absolutely fantastic place to shop for all your pet needs. I have been going to this store for well over a decade now. From fresh to marine animals, reptiles, birds to amphibians to dogs and cats. This place has you covered.Manager Alicia was extremely patient with me, has given me all the information that I was asking for and made me fully confident in my purchase.Now this pup has a forever home in our house and we are very grateful for her.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely huge variety of animals. Not just pets that you would normally find in places like pet supermarket. They have things like exotic parrots, panther chameleons, and lion fish. The staff there are extremely educated and professional while at the same time very friendly to both the animals and the customers. The pricing is pretty good and highly recommend to come to this place.

My 13 yr old son has been wanting a tortoise forever. We finally decided to purchase one since he’s responsible enough and we have property for the tortoise to grow happy. We did some research but still had zero idea what to do. A friend told us about Beverly’s. I called and spoke to a representative named Natalia. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and took her time to answer all of our questions over the phone. We went today and Sergio helped us purchase a baby tortoise and the basic supplies. Sergio is one of the nicest guys I’ve met! He took his time even though they were very busy. He was knowledgeable, educated and patient. We are very happy with our purchase!I highly recommend Beverly’s Pet Center. You won’t be disappointed.

Do NOT buy Marine fish here....costly and no warranty at all. Bought Copper Band Angel at 7pm Friday night and Saturday 8am noticed it died overnight..my 150 Gal tank is 5 years old and has about 25 other fishes...Reef Fishes....no issues at all. I spent 280.00 on fish food and other aquarium items and Cooper Band was 69.00 Spoke to management said sorry nothing we can do period...... I will never shop here again...

I like this place because it sale all type of pets that no other pet stores do I wen to like 4 pet stores looking for me a baby turtle or just a regular turtle and I went to PetSmart and all they had is a Russian tortoise so we went to the 2 PetSmart Russian tortoise so then it was a 2 girl saying Beverly's pet store sell baby little turtle we went it was the best pet store
