Amazing experience! I just picked up my girls and I’m over the moon. We had an awful experience at another groomer and was looking for someone new. I took in photos and they groomed my girls exactly like I had hoped. No smell when you walk in and I love how you can see the grooming going on right up front. This lets you see exactly how things are going. I am so happy. I booked my next appt as soon as I walked in and saw how awesome they both looked.

I took my Persian kitten to get some hair trimmed today. The owners were SO nice and did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond! I will definitely be taking him back for all of his grooming needs!

Our first time there and we are so pleased at how our girls look.being fairly new to the area we have already gone to 3 other groomers only to have our 5 girls pretty much butchered..Having 5 it can get pretty expensive, so finding Urban Pet Grooming was a Godsend..they are caring and actually listened to what we needed for our babies..Thank all of yall for making our girls Beautiful again

We moved to Panama recently and decided to try this place. This is the BEST he has ever looked. His hair is perfectly brush and he was groomed thoroughly. They didn’t miss one spot. I never realized he wasn’t being groomed well until I took him here. He has so much fur and I noticed previous groomers would miss a few spots or not blow dry him all the way, urban did not! I paid more than I typically do but the results shows and is a 100 percent worth out. It also eases my mind all the dogs are groomed publicly when you walk in. We will be back again & will recommend :)

They are very friendly and polite! They definitely take time with your pet. Prices are more reasonable than most places. I would caution that if you want a particular cut on your pet, show pictures. I failed to do that with my Aussie and he did NOT get an Aussie cut, he got basically shaved all over. I take him back for bath and brush, but go elsewhere for grooming /trimming due to this experience. I may consider going in with pictures and give it another chance 😊

Terrific customer service and terrific grooming! We got our Bichon scheduled, and as requested we received a call for an earlier appointment. We were asked in detail about our desires for the grooming service, and all was perfect, and he looks great!

Great place for your dog! We have a golden doodle and they do such a good job on her. It’s not easy to find a place that can cut a doodle right. Only groomer that our girl has left happy from as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Clean facility, caring employees, and fair price. We took our two fur babies, and they came out so clean, smelling so good. One is skiddish, so we were worried, but she did great! They had their nails trimmed and pads cleaned. Highly recommended.A year later and they still never disappoint! A+

Jene is amazing! After literally being turned away by a different dog groomer (who said my dog was too matted for them to work on), Urban Pet Grooming took on my doggy with the best customer service. They combed out his matts allowing him to keep that wheattie look. I know poodle mixes are not the easiest to deal with- if you have one, go to Jene you will not be disappointed!

I have to give this place 5 stars! I had the privilege of working with them for a short time and in that time I witnessed just how attentive the groomers are and how they treat every furbaby as if they were their own. They are very professional in everything that they do and I think they are absolutely amazing😊

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with these groomers. This is my second time using them and they are ONE MILLION times better than Petsmart at grooming my bernedoodle. I almost didn't want to write this review because I don't want them to get too busy lol but they deserve it!

We found Urban Pet Grooming when we moved in October 2022 close by. I trust very few groomers with my long-haired chihuahua, but this groomer has always surpassed expectations. Noel always leaves looking & smelling great, and the rates are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our experience here! My cat looks great and didn’t seem too traumatized. The staff did a really good job of caring for him and seemed to go to extra lengths to make sure he was happy and comfortable. He came home so soft and shinny. We could smell him (good) from the other room for a day or two. I would trust them with all my pets.

We have been using Urban Pet Grooming to have our Miniature Schnauzer groomed for 6 or 7 months and we LOVE it!! Our MS is very happy there and they do an outstanding job grooming him!! This is our 3rd or 4th groomer in the past 10 years and by far the very best one we have used!! We would recommend them to everyone who needs a groomer!!

1. Bait and switch on how long it would take. We don't like bring lied to and then shamed for complaining. Wasted hours and hours being jerked around on two different appointments. 2. Requested no perfumes and got MASSIVE perfume on my dog. Just plain disappointing.

Took my two yorkies here for the first time. Got an appointment booked for the next week when I called! You don’t find that kind of speed in pet grooming. Loved the puppy cuts on my babies and the price wasn’t outrageous but very fair. Clean shop and friendly staff. My babies never looked better. Will be back again and again!

I love Urban Pets! They groom your baby right in front of you and have lots of windows and such! No taking your dog in the back where you can’t see what they are doing. I bring buddy in for nail trims and his paw pads and they are always so friendly and kind!!
