When we walked in we were greeted. Looking around I saw a lady huddled behind the desk with her hood on, and face in her phone. As I looked around I saw tags that said on eBay it’s this price, and here’s our price. I really hate when places do this. Most people when they price based on eBay or any online platform aren’t looking at actual recently sold prices, they are looking at listed prices. I was interested in a nicknack. I didn’t realize that the lid wasn’t properly fitted to the bottom. When I went to check the price the top fell and broke. My other half called out and said you broke it you’ve bought it. I called back saying I know. We laughed it off. After not finding anything else I headed to check out. I let the lady know I’d dropped it, I did still want it. After I said that the only thing she asked was if I still wanted it wrapped. Not wanting to inconvenience her I said no. Between the pricing and lack luster service we won’t be back. It’s a shame because we like to shop at places that support animals.

I understand the purpose here. I stop I. All the time but rarely purchase. Prices can be pretty high for used items. I think if things were price more reasonable more people would come. But thank you for what you do.

This store is absolutely awesome! They have better products in here than most of the other stores in town and these products are donated! And if you have anything of value that you're not using please donate it. There's thousands of animals out there counting on it.

Decent prices on most things, some things are over priced, especially baby stuff. Smells horrible inside and not the cleanest store but still worth going.Edit: they redid the store a little, still smells absolutely horribly. Prices seem like they went up and I totally understand they have to make money but for what this place is it should be less. Also they stopped selling baby stuff and got rid of alot. It's become a store I dont think I'll go to but once in a blue moon and I've stopped recommending it.

The best of what a thrift store should be. Huge, well organized, large selection, cheap prices and awesome finds! If you see something you want, better put it in your basket - cause things go fast.

The store was in a strip mall and some employees had their own office. It was very organized but mainly expensive furniture. Everything was way overpriced. It was not designed for a bargain. I feel sorry for the animals because most of the money goes to renting a store in a strip mall and paying salaries.

For a store that relies on community donations, I suggest that the manager not be rude, judgmental and hateful to people going through a hard time without knowing what's going on. I will never darken their door again and I will dissuade people from going there

The store and ladies on the floor were great, but the old crone on the register made us leave our items and walk out. Walmart return items with clearance tags, and she told us that was the price we go by. If I wanted to pay a Walmart price, why would I go to a thrift shop? She told us she was there to make money for the Humane Society, but how do you do that by driving people away?

Won't go back prices have skyrocketed since moving to new location. This was also the first public business without restroom facilities. I might have shopped more if I didn't have to go to Piggly Wiggly to use restroom

The people here are so nice!! They have a store kitty who is super friendly and soft. The selection is beautiful and good quality. I would highly recommend stopping in! I’ll be back for sure.

Nice thrift store for a good cause. Prices seemed a bit high. I bought two coffee mugs for $2 each only because they matched some I already had.

One by Evings Lighting is the best buys and Wonderful. People TO BE AROUND.. A NEW ONE JUST OPENED, have not made yet on 15 St old furniture so big.

Easy in, easy out, parking at the door. Easy to find! All volunteer staff, all proceeds go to the humane society. Nice selection of clothing and more. Friendly people volunteering their time for a good cause.

My Son and Grandpup are taking the Obedience Course with Brenda Leader. She is the Dog Whisperer in my book. And she has a high level of patience with the pup's parents... I truly recommend this course.

Large store with clothes for adults and kids. They also have furniture and books. Good selection with different days of discounts. Worth the drive.

As of June 2020, this store is not open. It is moving to the Panama City plaza by the Piggly Wiggly. They do not have an opening date yet.

Everyone is nice and polite there but one older lady who works the register I believe her name is Rene very rude and disrespectful. I use to donate Items and money to this place but not anymore while she is employed there.

I went to the store on Harrison Ave. And was looking for a bird cage that an employee had commented on a post on Facebook that they had one for $10 . I get there and get told it's in the back of the store and nobody could help me look at it till Friday. Then her suggestion is to put the squirrel in a box..... What's wrong with making a sale????
