April does a great job! Both she and her husband have been very kind and accommodating each time I have used them! The mobile grooming service is very convenient. And our pup smells amazing for days after he is groomed!

I had no problem with the price, but for that price they should have skilled groomers. The dogs looked beautiful when they got done, but the groomer cut my larger dogs quick. We had to clean her paws and get her to stop bleeding upon getting home, and it got blood all over my new car. I regret leaving a tip now. They only get 2 stars because the hair cuts looked decent and they smelled good, which is expected from any groomer really.

I used them for long time, April is a wonderful groomer, but, you can't get past her husband's rudeness on phone! It is horrid! It's a shame to be that way to customers! And to your response, I tried to call you. I set up several appointments with your husband and waited all day twice, he never showed up or called. Last time I spoke to him, I wanted to bring Buffy to your shop. I asked at the end of call would I get you for groomer, He got agitated and said YES, YES, YES! One yes would have been sufficient. I didn't deal with your husband in beginning because he always sat in truck. From reviews it seems I am not the only one he's been rude to!

Fantastic job on my 2 longhaired dachshunds. They smell and look wonderful. Thank you all so much! It's good to be able to see their cute little paws again.The best part is that they were so much calmer with you guys then they were when taking them somewhere.Now if I could just get the vet to come to my house...Thank you again. We really appreciate the hard work you do to keep our pets looking good!See you soon .By the way, what shampoo do you use? Smells so good!!!

Very unreliable mobile groomer. Set up an appointment weeks in advance and they do not show up or call. This has happened to me numerous times. They scheduled you for a day but no time so you hang around your house all day and wait for them to MAYBE show up. I have called on the day of appointment and he says we are not going to make it maybe next Friday, then they don’t show up the next Friday. These are appointments made weeks in advance. The scheduler is rude and obnoxious on the phone. I have no idea how this mobile groomer is still in business. The actual groomer does a great job if they show up.

I was very happy with my recent appointment with The Mobile Groomer. I have an elderly dog who becomes too stressed when going to a salon and I was referred to April. She was kind and gentle with my old girl which is all I could ask for. Pricing was as expected for mobile services.

DO NOT rely on them to show up. April is very good if she shows up, but unless you talk to her to get an appointment, you're out of luck. Her husband is extremely rude and apparently, unable to schedule an appointment. I have called and supposedly had an appointment for the last 3 Fridays, but have had 3 consecutive no-shows. When I call and try to get an explanation, I just get BS and rude comments from him.

Did a good grooming when you could get him to show up.would have an appointment so wait all day for them to call or show up. I had booked the appt 5 weeks before. No show. I called and he promised would get my 2 dogs next friday. So then i waited on them to show up till 3:00 pm I called him and he said was not going to make it to me at all . Was not courteous enough to even call me.

My Yorkie Harper was groomed for the first time today by this business. They did an outstanding job. My dog was happy when she got home. She knows she is pretty. Harper will definitely be going back.

I tried to remove my earlier review of 5 stars, but I guess there is no way to do it, so I'll just have to leave 1 star. I've never had a problem (except I do agree with other reviewers about Mr.Beach having very poor phone and scheduling skills).They have always done a great job, so I call today and make an appointment. They schedule me a date, then they call me right back and tell me they won't come. Not a very nice way to treat a customer they've had for a long time. I'm kind of disappointed, but I can find someone else, so no love lost.Edited to reply to owner response:You say you no longer service my area due to the storm, but you came to my house (which is in Panama City) in November 2018, one month AFTER the storm...your excuse is BS, you just don't want to, and that's ok. I'm just sorry that I ever hired you numerous times in the past, because I don't like supporting dishonest companies. It's a blessing in disguise, because looking back, you never showed up when promised and had no regard for your clients' time, making them wait around all day for you to show up...or not.

I called once to get some pricing and the man that answered was very rude! I call back to make an appointment because a client told me he was rude but the girls dealing with the dogs were great! They told me they could not give me a time so I asked if I could at least get a morning or afternoon time frame and the lady yelled in the background “ Well this ain’t gonna work”. I said fine I’ll see you Friday.... They did not even show up or call! Honestly I’m glad!!

I love this place! I’ve taken my baby girls all over town and this is by far my favorite! It’s clean, doesn’t smell, and my pups are happy!!! They do a fantastic job!! My golden doodle girls always look and smell adorbs!!

April always does a great job on my two fur babies! I don’t know what shampoo they use, but it leaves my dogs smelling great for a couple of weeks or longer!

This is a separate listing for the CORRECT GROOMER. I called this number seeking an express mobile grooming service, but was directed by the unprofessional employee to the regular location. Sorry but you’ve dropped the ball and there’s no amount of trickery or responding that will make you look better.
