Greeted at front door by cashier! Lots of choices & sales for my new cat supplies! Just rescued a cat, and it's getting expensive! (Worth it, of course) but saving some $ on food & supplies really helped! And they got me registered in their perks program!

100.00 to have my dog look homeless n worse than when he went in!!!!!!!! Ears were not cleaned as asked and his hair was horrible. Paid for face cleaning n cut n nothing. Very upset and he will never use this grooming service again. Lacey needs training. I should have done it myself. And he came home with a girl bow. He is a boy! Worst shave cut EVER!

This store was clean and well stocked. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My wife and I went there as we had just adopted a kitten and were informed they gave coupon books. We showed the adoption paperwork and filed out a quick form and received a coupon book with around $500 worth of savings! My family are very grateful new kitty owners.

We purchased 2 hamsters 2 Sundays ago…we were told by the person assisting us (who was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable based on what he was trained to say I’m guessing) that we were getting 2 boy hamsters, as this was a male only facility, each store is gender specific to prevent breeding, which was definitely understood. Well, the following Sunday after purchasing, one of our boy hamsters had SEVEN babies…after much research, we/mom hamster have been able to keep baby hamsters healthy and all are doing well, one week old today. As much of a shock as it was to go from 2 to 9 hamsters, we were figuring it out…well tonight…the OTHER boy hamster had babies!!!! So now we literally have 2 moms with tons of hamster babies. One was a whoops, mistakes happen, I get it. But BOTH…not okay PETSMART. Something is wrong over there and putting pet parents in a pretty difficult predicament.

About 2 weeks ago we decided to get a 75 gal fish tank 🐠🐟🐳🐋🐡 we finally got around to getting it all set up 😃 so we decided to take a trip to petsmart to get a few fish to get started wound up not getting any fish but getting a tank heater most pretty fish can't just go in a room temp tank so now we will go back this weekend and maybe get some fish but the staff was great and the store was clean 😀

The one in the 23rd street shopping plaza, I'm going to give you all a 1, because of what happened,so I walked in, there were already 3 people in the back of the store, one lady was cleaning out a snake cage and a guy was holding it and there was another lady on the ladder, i don't do snakes, so i waited for the lady on the ladder to get down, she stormed right pass me goes to the register and when I came towards the front, she dropped her head, I politely left the store, and I can promise you that I won't be back. The down the road from my job, the lady had an attitude because I pressed the help button,🧐 but I need help, and don't you work here.

I got some good stuff and almost everything I needed accept a harness for my puppy there are only harnesses for big dogs but my puppy is only 4lbs , and I wish the had a bigger selection on shampoos and conditioner I was looking for a whitening shampoo for puppies couldn't find one they had 1 whitening shampoo but only for big dogs and I am not sure if it is safe to use on a puppy

I had a collar I purchased less then a month ago stain my dogs neck green,I simply asked if they could do anything & she said it was my fault because I didn’t take it off her when it turned green…. That’s a lie… she was very rude & horrible attitude.

They have a very good selection of things. From things for my parrot to many dog dental treats. The prices are somewhat expensive on some items. I bought an xl bed that was 90$ for 47$ through online vendors. The key here is the ease of going in, with or without your pet at your leisure. If it's an item that can wait, you decide but there are some items you don't need to worry so much about. So on prices, it just depends on the item. The price is the reason for the fewer stars, however. I'd give 3.5 if I could. It's not a 4 and not a 3 so I will have to move forward with a 3 rating and this explanation.
