I was very pleased with the assistance I was given at the Panama City, 23rd Street store. They were very upbeat and helpful. The associate who helped me adjust a harness for my dog was a sweetheart! I went back to make sure it was right, and another store associate helped me. Both times, I received the same excellent customer service! It was my first visit, and I was very impressed! Highly recommend!! The store was organized and clean as well.

The staff at the Panama City store exemplifies what customer service is all about. They are friendly, knowledgeable, know the product very well, but what made me feel really good, is knowing when somebody is speaking to you that you can feel their smiles shine through their words. They take the time to hear and listen to you and you feel important to them. I love this store, never experienced this type of service in any pet supply store I’ve shopped. I have to give a huge shout-out to Nat at Pet Supplies Plus - Panama City, FLI took my 5-month-old to get his nails trimmed (that's another lovely story) and as we were leaving the store, into the parking lot and almost to my car. He decided to eject himself out of his harness. He took off running and luckily the car passing by was paying attention and stopped. He ran back into the pet store (THANK GOD) and started to run back out but Nat was able to grab him in time. She had another employee watch the door as we fought to get his harness back on one hyper 5-month-old puppy. She sat with us for a few until we could get him somewhat calm again. Then she carried him to the car for me to make sure he was safe. Nat is so awesome and a respected employee. I love how she adores Dante and is always helpful when I have questions. Raising a puppy is not for the weak and she goes above and beyond every time. Nat, you are truly a blessing!!Thank You!! ❤️🐾

Julia is so great & gentle with my lhasa apso & shihtzu that I feel so comfortable leaving them with her. They had such a horrible grooming experience elsewhere that one of my dogs actually became fear reactive to grooming and had to be taken to the vet from being so severely stressed that he became sick. My dogs are still of course anxious everytime from the trauma but she does an amazing job at being patient & supportive with them. My dogs seem significantly happier and calm after a groom with her. She also gives them THE BEST haircuts!!! I highly recommend her and I can't thank her enough! We love Julia!

I help do the vaccine clinics here. Love the store! Everything is nice and clean. They have a really large selection of pet supplies. They have more frozen foods than most of the other stores we use. If you have a picky eater, check those out. Grooming and self service dog washing available too!

This pet store is loaded with multiple varieties of food, toys, litter, cages, beds--all kinds of products for every type of pet. Small animals are also sold, and cats from shelters or rescues are available for adoption. Pet Supplies Plus has great coupons that are delivered in the mail, as well as a loyalty program. The staff is pet friendly and nice to people too. There is a full service grooming department. Prices are reasonable and can be outstanding when combined with coupons.

We took our sweet dachshund for a grooming appointment with Chloe. This haircut was the best ever!! Chloe did exactly as we asked - and we ask a lot!! Lol. We even got a small sample of The Skin Works balm for her nose and pads. We will definitely be back every 6 weeks.

Worse experience in the all time I'm be in the store first I be a customer in that store from the day one today I when to the grooming salon to do the paw paq on my two dog and one of the two girls was there treat me real nice and respectful one work whith one of my dog fantastic the other one by the way she not a groomer she is a cashier when she no supposed to do anything whith the dog starts calling my dog crazy and disrespect and from my opinion Ithey need to work real groomer and top of that charge $500for behavior when the dig don't do nothing and then I cane back and asking g and she talks to me in the real bad attitude I can keep saying a lot a thing happened in that visit

I took my fur baby Layla to get groomed for the first time here, after a bad experience somewhere else. So we were a bit nervous but I had heard good things about this place. Anyway when I tell you Julia F. groomed my baby to perfection. I am so in love with her work and I'm so thankful for her listening to what I wanted done. . She was so caring and loving with my baby. Look at the smile on Layla's face she was happy with it also, which makes me so happy I found this place. I will definitely be going back all the time for my fur baby's needs and I'll always ask for Julia. Good selection, but the same day delivery is a lie. They rely on other companies to deliver and so you may not get your order unless you pick it up yourself.

Went in to get cat food and the sale sign said $22. Got up to the register and rang up a different price, so I asked about and she spoke to me like I was a child telling me I had to read the sign. I went back and looked at the sign which said the right cat food that I was purchasing, but the sale had ended on 11/26. It’s 12/12 today. Definitely not coming back here.

I love the kitties. They can never bring in too many cats. It breaks my heart that I can't adopt them all. They have a good selection of everything a cat owner needs. I don't shop for dogs so I'm not 100% positive on that end, but it does seem they have a lot of dog products as well. They have plenty of fish products and some bird stuff too. If you're looking for an animal buddy or something to give to your animal buddy, this is the place to be. With rewards programs and discounts, this can really make a pet owner's life easier. The employees here are always super helpful and friendly. I have yet to have had an unpleasant experience here.

I have been using these wonderful groomers for quite sometime, with my Harvey. He is a very loved, spoiled, former rescue, who is getting up in age. Julia F. takes very good care of him and he loves to go to the salon! Thanks to all the friendly staff from the front to the wonderful grooming department. This is a very nice pet store. I feel the prices reflect how nice the store is. Having said that, the store is well stocked, has many amenities such as what appears to be gourmet pet pastries, high end refrigerated food, like one side of a grocery store aisle. There is a pet salon and a do it your self pet wash area with several wash stations. The store itself is very clean and doesn't smell like urine like many pet stores do.About cost, if money was not an concern, this would be our go to store to shop at; the variety, amenities, and atmosphere make this a very pleasant place to shop. Our experience was the dog food we purchased was nearly $11 more than what we pay at a very small local store closer to where we live.I can tell you the do it yourself dog wash has a $20 monthly subscription plan, there is a $10 per dog add on plan as well. The wash stations look to be top notch. Again if money were no object we would have all 6 of our dogs enrolled, that would be a cost of $840 per year.If you need one thing this is a great stop. If you can afford it this is a wonderful pet store, one of the best I have seen. Even better, you don't have to deal with the large chain stores that have the screaming kids, smell bad, and have 25 people who want to pet your dog.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about their area. They are helpful and do not rush you. They even try to remember the things that have show interest in during other visits. They have a smaller selection on shelves than Petsmart, but are willing to order anything you need that Petsmart has. Small store atmosphere, big store selections.

I was really really impressed by the cheerfulness and helpfulness of the employees, and not just one, but all that I spoke to. I was only looking for one thing, so can't really comment on very much about the store, but I got help to quickly find the item I needed, and checked out. Will definitely be coming back for other pet supplies.
