They did a fantastic job with my black labradoodle! She looks more poodle 🐩 so basically this is the cut she came home with. Painted toe nails. Washed. Teeth cleaned! I’m so pleased!!!

This was my first time going to this groomer and Ed at the front desk was friendly and concise. I have a 9lb black toy poodle I needed groomed. I mentioned, when I dropped him off, that he was an aggressive/nervous dog because of past groomers and I offered to stay behind to help hold him and groom because I know he can be difficult. I dropped him off at 11 and he was ready for 4:30. I thought it was strange he was there for so long but I didn't pay any mind to it. When I called around 2-3 O'clock to check in and see whats going on, Ed mentioned he was gonna charge an extra 20 bringing the overall price up to 80 dollars for the cut and that he still wasn't ready yet. I wish they would've let me help instead of upcharging but what can ya do. Then when I got him they shaved him down to get all the matts out and did a great job on the overall cut. Looked like a completely different dog. Few days pass and notice his ear started crusting up and getting some sort of build up and I didn't think it was related until I took him to the vet today where they mentioned he got some sort of infection from the nicks. When I picked him up from the groomers no nicks were mentioned or any issues other than my dog was tough to cut. Another issue I wish they could've told me earlier to resolve sooner. Overall I like the cut and they did do a good job outside of the fact they upcharged, kept him so long, and nicked and didn't say anything.

It's extremely comforting that she was already familiar with my puppies, how I like them trimmed and has a great relationship with the pups. That's extremely important. Additionally, each time I've called they were able to accommodate me within a reasonable time, and always extremely personable. I 100% reccomend their services and that does not come easily, my puppies are my babies....

April, Rae, Daymian, Earl and the rest of the gang at this salon do an AMAZING job! We always take our fur children here and not one complaint. They are so knowledgeable about all different breeds…must come from the GENERATIONS of grooming that runs in the family! I recommend this salon over all others because I know they will teach us tips and tricks on our dogs, but also will take care of them like they are their own.

Finally, I found a professional groomer who handstrips dogs. April did a fantastic job stripping my Welsh terrier. Her knowledge and expertise are evident in her grooming. She is kind enough to share maintenance needed for this type of coat. I look forward to this growing partnership with my dog's grooming needs. Thanks!

The groomers are great, it’s the man that sits behind the desk that I have had problems with, look out when you pay over the phone, this man picks a price out of the sky and charges your card, you won’t know until your statement comes in that he overcharged your bank and he does not care. He is the rudest man I’ve ever dealt with. To bad the ladies have to work with such a arrogant man.

I took my rambunctious 5 month old Yorkie for his first trim. They did an excellent job with him and did everything I asked. It took some time but I could er be more pleased! He came home as rambunctious as ever and a little thirsty but looking fantastic. I would highly recommend them. I have used their mobile service before for a previous Yorkie and was always pleased. I will not go anywhere else.

I absolutely LOVE this place. We had to go out of town and needed a clean responsible place to leave our puppy.April, Rae and their staff treated our puppy like royalty. I didn't have to worry about a thing while we were away.When we returned, our Angel had had a fresh bath and was so happy. I am so glad we found this place. They also offer mobile grooming. Who could ask for ANYTHING more.

I rarely take our poodle, Charlie, to be groomed, and I tend to do it myself. Our poodle had some horrible experiences at the big box salon as a puppy, so he's pretty anxious when time for professional grooming. However, when I do take him, I do not trust anyone else to do it, except Le Bone Temps. They are passionate about their work, and are super with Charlie. He always comes home looking superb!

My crew love going to Le Bone Temps for grooming. April and her staff go above and beyond caring for our fur babies. I rescued a puppy and called for help, they immediately took him in. Bathed, removed heavily matted undercoat and had him ready to come home to his forever home with brothers and sister to play with. I reccomend you give them a try. I know I don't plan on going back to big box groomers.

I have an 8lb Maltese thats my wingman and a 30lb mut thats my red headed step child, finding a place to cater to them has been rough. The love they get at this shop is from each and everyone, never have my babies come home happier than from them. This will forever be my go to for my furbabies. I bring my izzy here to get groomed often. She always looks so cute when returned to me. Sometimed they even put bows in her hair! In addition to this, I also like the owners. They have always been incredibly kind and fantastic communicators. I trust them more than I'd trust PetSmart or any other grooming salon.

Theses folks go out of their way to care for your fur babies, large and small. They know the standards for each breed. They also treat you like family. We've used several different groomers and finally found Le Bone Temps. We won't go anywhere else. Period.

I just called for prices. The man who answered was unprofessional and didn't even know quite what a Rough Collie is or how long it's hair is. As a professional groomer, one should be familiar with all breeds. I won't be doing business here.

We gave them a try because our other groomer is a longer drive. My dog took to them which surprised me. Although he was little nervous (as usual) they were patience with him. They did a wonerful job. ! Compared to last place they showed alot more concern for him . The place is very clean and oraganized. Even the cages have clean mats in them and it didn't stink in there. Not lke other place we took him. I was very impresed with their services ! Thank you . I Totally Recommend this place

I took my dog there for the 1st time today. Very pleaded with the results . The nail trimming was excellent! If you want big box go for it. If you want personal service this is the place. Excellent so far.

For $160 they didn't even try to de matt..just took her down to a level one..she is a labordoodle ..she came out looking like a greyhound. Totally not happy with the service or the groom.
