Took my elderly dog in to utilize the DIY bath. Staff was super helpful, and friendly! They had fresh towels, shampoo & conditioner to use along with the dryer. So impressed! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re wanting to bathe your pet yourself!

We had baths in the self serve bath area. So nice. They have the soap already in the sprayer for you so you can wash, spray soap, then rinse. Thank goodness for a force dryer. And the Owner actually taught us how to use the force dryer (put it to the skin and it forces all the water out!) We got some great treats there too. Love this place.

Visiting from Michigan Nov 2021, our puppy got to swim in the ocean, dig on the beach, and had a bath by Mom & Dad at Earthwise. What a great find! We never used a "dog wash" before. The staff was so friendly and helpful! They explained all the steps and products. They have a ramp for the dog to get in/out without us lifting. The was a dryer, toenail clippers, conditioner, shampoo, ear cleaner... they even clean up after you! The products smell great too. He was soft /silky for a while! It was simple and fun. If I lived here I would beg for a membership program. Treats were delicious too! Your 1st visit is deeply discounted! Try it!

We love this place. The owner and staff take great care of our goldendoodle. They always listen to the request that I ask for when grooming. Last time, the owner surprised me by having our dog right behind the counter with him, instead of sitting in the crate in the back upon pick up. I appreciate how kind and how much they treat our dog like family. We will continue to come back here.

Always a good experience! I buy my dog's food and treats here. Both my dogs have also had their nails done without any problems. One gets nails clipped and the other gets the grinder. I am very happy with the shop owners and staff. Whether my dog needs to be fitted for a new harness or I have questions about a product, they always are so helpful. I highly recommend that you check them out if you haven't already.

Excellent owners and workers. When your cat doesn't eat prescription kidney food, this is one of the few places that carry the next best thing and even went so far to order one that just came out to try.

I cannot express how thankful I am for finding this store. The owners knowledge of their pet food and supplements have changed my pets lives. The owners are happy to answer questions and help find the perfect products for your pet. They suggested an allergy test for my dog and it was a game changer. I am no longer buying every kind of food looking for the one that might solve my dogs skin problems. The allergy test told me what she is allergic to and helped me weed out the foods she cannot eat. Run, don't walk, to Earthwise Pets and change your animals lives.

What a great shop! I just moved to the area and my I found this store for a specific brand of dog food that is all my dog will eat. I got so lucky that this shop was close by and can order my food. Very personable staff that was so helpful. Pets need food from this store, it’s healthy, raw and everything that’s needed to give your beloved pet the best.

They had everything my two dogs needed with a lot more cleaner products. Stella and chewy, Fromm, Bocce’s bakery (which is my dogs favorite). They are also military friendly, which is also another plus. Attentive and offer an awards program where u buy 12 bags of the same size and get the 13th one for free. This place will be my go to pet store in Panama City. It’s worth the drive regardless of passing multiple other pet stores, and the store rep is very attentive with customer service.

I’ve been shopping at Earthwise for a few years. Dr Ruff at Bay Animal hospital recommended them because I make my own dog food and was looking for nutritional assistance. They have an animal nutritionist in the store and have numerous pet foods if you choose that route instead. I’ve since moved but was in town for a short trip and ran out of my usual Honest Kitchen. Their prices are the same as if you were to buy directly from The Honest Kitchen website. Picked up a few Stella and Chewy dog treats as well- my babies gobbled them up! Great welcoming atmosphere with happy people! Go check them out and support a local business! Btw, they offer grooming (shampoo, ears, nails, dry) for an extremely reasonable price. I’ll always shop here when I’m in town!

Since the first day I walked into EarthWise, I haven't gone anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about your pets well being. They will help you and guide you without trying to up-sell or give you the "most expensive brand" if that's not what you're looking for. Yesterday was also the second time in a row that I've gotten my dog groomed there and between myself and my dog, we couldn't be happier with her spa day. I love coming to this store and having chats with the owners about any issues I've had with my dogs eating habits and her taste for different foods and they've been nothing but helpful! First visit to this store and I was very impressed! Called to see if they had my dog’s food and, when we arrived, it was waiting at the register. They helped me fit my very hard to fit Frenchie with a wonderful lightweight and secure new harness. Proactive about signing us up for the manufacturer’s frequent buyer program and made sure to tell me they do not sell my info. I am a new future repeat customer. Highly recommend !

I loved the store, it’s full of fun stuff and it’s so clean! They did a great job grooming my little wiggle worm puppy. I was so happy I forgot to tip! I’ll make it up next time!
