I have a Maltepoo almost 4 mo old that I recently took to the salon. This was my puppy’s 1st haircut and Montana made this a wonderful experience for my little Dylan. 1st class and beautiful haircut and nails. I definitely will be returning. Donna was so nice all around Great experience!! 💕 😊

This was my parti Yorkies first time, she’s 5 months old. Donna took time with me about what kind of cut I had picked out and made Blossom look like a movie star. Glamorous! I left very happy and will be back next month!

I love the gentle care Donna shows our old rescue babies! They are never anxious and always look so good when we pick them up! Great prices and gentle, knowledgeable handling. We live all the way on the beach but gladly drive to the downtown to use Donna’s services! Highly recommend!

This place is the Best place for your Pets to get the Best of the Best, when you want them cleaned or groomed with TLC! I can't say enough Wonderful things about Downtown Pet Salon. Just make sure your pet is current on their Bordatella shot(s). They can spread Kennel Cough if they aren't current on their vaccination.

My friend and I took his highly mated and tangled Goldendoodle to Downtown Pet Salon. The owner Donna, gave ladybug a beautiful bath and a cut that was about an inch long, whereas most salon owners would have just shaved her because of the tangles, Donna did a beautiful, beautiful job. I highly recommend her.

Donna has been taking care of our Cavalier King Charles spaniels for over 15 years. She does an excellent job and you can tell she loves the dogs, all of them! Fabulous!

I love the place! Quiant, reasonable.and the staff are amazing. I used them to board my dog for an emergency trip. They were absolutely fantastic. They also offer grooming and you can purchase your pet's high quality food there too. Very reasonable right downtown!

2nd time here, and my dog was trembling. I should have listened to her. Looked like they hacked at her with scissors, and not well at all. No one can tell what breed she is now, and they make comments about the cut. They never called when my pup was ready, so I finally went over and they said she'd been ready for hours, so that was a wasted morning. They said they called, but there was no call from them on my phone. When I opened the door to leave, my dog pulled me out and ran to poop. So they didn't let her out to go to the bathroom. Will never go back.

I love this place. The only downfall is how long you have to wait to get an appointment, but it's worth it. I couldn't believe how good the prices are. My dog came home looking and feeling so good. I cannot recommend enough. If you have doubts, doubt no more.

My 17 yr old dog won't let groomers groom him anymore...I have to give him anxiety meds. A groomer from a local groomer suggested to take him to Downtown Pet Salon...its less dog congested and more quiet. It worked... Donna took personal care in grooming him and he did well... Stsying with this pet groomer.

Kind, caring, wonderful people. Donna and Debbie are the only two people that my dogs have ever allowed to trim their toe nails..We have been going for 5 years and I don't see that ever changing.

Very unhappy with the haircut my Yorkie got from this place. Haircut is very choppy . Long hair on one leg short hair on the other leg. Showed them a picture of what I wanted and they left the hair longer , in the picture it was very short.
