I had a massive emergency in December 2023 and Animal Friends (and the owner, Chase) didn't even hesitate to open their doors for me and take my two goblins (Boston Terriers) after hours. Because of my situation, I had no one else to look after them. For almost four months my mother was in and our of critical care and because of Animal Friends I knew my babies were okay. They kept me updated with pictures and videos and let me know how they were doing but also let me visit whenever I was able/wanted.If you're looking for a place you can trust to care for your dogs like they're your own Animal Friends is it.Knowing that they are here in case I ever need them again is a huge relief.

Wow! I am so impressed with Chase and Amber on how they cared and paid attention to the details what an awesome haircut along with his grooming needs. Yes, finally found a place for my pet Milo, by the way, we boarded Milo last year and they gave great pet service they would send pictures of how Milo was doing. So yes, this is a great place to board Milo as well. Thanks again!

We just moved here and had to board our pups, and had a great experience! You also have the option of having them picked up and dropped off at your house, which was a huge plus for us. Included in the boarding fee was baths, nail trimming and ear cleaning. I also had pictures and videos sent to my phone by Traci everyday, she’s awesome. My girls came home happy and clean! We came from Missouri and were expecting higher prices here, but the prices were just as affordable and we were happy with them!

I am really glad I found this place! I brought both of my babies to get groomed here, and absolutely loved the results! I was a little nervous being as though I just moved here and my dogs were used to one Groomer, but it actually went pretty well. Everyone treated my babies, well, and they came out really cute 😊😊

Great services, reasonable pricing! My 16 year old long haired domestic ginger cat was having trouble cleaning himself & in desperate need of grooming his very matted coat. Chase advised & I reluctantly agreed on shaving Fuzzy's torso. Chase handled my cat carefully, mindful of his age & fear butafter a long yet productive session, Fuzzy now sports a lions cut & is so much more comfortable, he seems so relaxed now! Thanks Chase, I'm so glad I trusted you with my animal! Maybe next time Fuzzy will let you fine tune & finish the haircut!

Great experience working with Chase at Animal Friends for grooming. I booked an appointment for my little dog the day before because my schedule is sporadic and they were able to get him in the morning and offered to keep him to the afternoon and gave a great spring discount for teeth brushing and a drummel on the nails. They were really good with communicating when he was going to be done. When I got back to pick him up he was ready to go and the haircut looked great, no knicks, and his nails were trimmed well. He was a happy boy, for having the same groomer for 8 years then moving to another state this was a great first experience even though he was a little nervous . Would highly recommend Chase and his grooming team!

Our trainer introduced us to Animal Friends, and it’s been amazing ever since. We’ve used them for boarding, doggy day care and grooming.All have been amazing, and the staff is so awesome and attentive.The owner is accommodating and welcoming and is always available if you need him.Can’t say enough about this place!

My wife and I are new to the Panama City area and have a 6 month old Doodle who is very high energy but shy so we looked into Day Care to keep her engaged during the day as well as allow socialization. This was the first time ever doing a doggie daycare so we were nervous at first, but upon arrival, we met the owner Chase who had great communication and you can tell they truly care for the pets! We got updates from Traci via text with videos and pictures 6 times to show how Sunny was doing and acclimating to the other dogs throughout the day which made us very comfortable with the experience! We plan on taking her back next week and have a very calm and happy puppy tonight! Highly recommend.

We went on vacation and left some of our babies with them. Pandora, our German Shepard, was taken care of by Traci. She was absolutely wonderful with Pandora. I was not worried about her at all. Pandora who has to warm up to strangers, gave Traci a big sloppy good bye kiss!! Will definitely use them again!

AWESOME PLACE!! .... I have been recovering from an illness and my pups stayed with relatives. When I recovered and finally got them back, they were in dyer need of nail trims to start. The groomers were patient and caring and did an excellent job. I have scheduled a grooming appointment for my long hair baby and have even got him started on the maintenance plan for baths, nails, ears, and half off on grooming! I will be taking all my babies to Animal Friends from now on! Great place!! Great service! Great staff!! I give them 5+ stars!!

This place exceeded my expectations. Chase the owner really cares about animals and making their owners feel comfortable. He even has a van for pickups and drop offs for the owner’s convenience. Kira the groomer cut my cocker spaniel perfectly. I had a very bad experience with a groomer here in Panama City, so I was hesitant to get my dogs groomed but you can tell she takes pride in her work and listens to what the owners want. I will definitely be a long time customer of this place. For grooming and boarding of my animals. Thank you guys a million times over. So glad you chose to open a business in a place that offers nothing like your company does.

Friendly and excellent customer service. Was able to get us in on short notice and give my dog a much needed bath/de shedding treatment. I like that the facility has cameras everywhere so you can check in on your fur baby at anytime. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much!!!!!

Had just a bath with our friends at Animal Friends! Max is a very shy puppy and a total mamas boy so when he tried to jump BACK into the groomers arms at pickup I knew we found a winner! She was very sweet and got my puppy's nails filed wayyy down (which my toddler thanks her for!). It's been pouring all day long and he STILL doesn't smell like wet dog! 10/10, thank you for taking care of my fur baby!

We had an AWESOME experience. We needed our cat groomed ASAP, and Chase (the owner) made it happen! Chase and Alex were phenomenal in caring for my elderly cat. When giving him a bath they were gentle and kind to my fur baby. They were successful in their goal to keep my fur baby calm and comfortable during the bathing experience. In speaking with Chase and Alex they were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all the questions I had. Chase and his staff really LOVE what they do! I will be referring others here!!!!

We have a special goldendoodle that really has a bad case of separation anxiety. I was so nervous when we first came to drop him off for boarding, but Chase at Animal Friends was wonderful! I could check on our boy from the camera in his kennel 24/7 and I could tell he wasn’t stressed or pacing. He was calmly relaxing! We will absolutely use Animal friends again and would highly recommend.

I have been searching for a good and reliable groomer for awhile. One that will listen to request and take their time and not just want to shave them down each time. I lucked up and found Animals Friends and we had a wonderful experience today at our first visit. So much we have signed up for their Fur Friends package and will be going twice monthly with both our doodle and our yorkie! Our girl looks and feels amazing after her day at the spa!

Great service and made me feel welcome from the first phone call and through the whole process.I have a pit mix so I’ve found alot of places tend to be judgmental or don’t want to service due to his breed. I needed Delta groomed last minute today and Chase (the owner) made it to where he was able to help me! He did a great job with Delta and he looks and smells so good. I’ve used them previously for just a bath service, but I will continue to bring Delta to Animal Friends for grooming service! Well done y’all… thank you again Chase!! Delta is a happy boy!!

I’m very thankful for animal friends and being able to last minute board my two puppies I got to watch them their entire stay on a camera and check in on them however much I needed to the photo updates were also awesome because I knew someone was checking in on my babies and making sure they were well taken care of. Absolutely wonderful staff who know what they are doing & truly care about the animals they take care of. Kira is wonderful & even my cats like her. The owner, Chase, is super sweet & knows his stuff. Their pricing is great but their Fur Plan is stellar. I love that I can schedule appointments on the app & select who the groomer is & what services I want performed. They also have a small obstacles course & the owner is doing so much to update & make their facility #1. I highly recommend Animal Friends Pet Care to anyone looking for a groomer/boarding, even if you need it while vacationing in Bay County with your pets. They also have an on call vet (must make prior arrangements for them to be there during your grooming) to for basic services/vaccinations (prices are standard for a mobile services).

Chase has been grooming my fancy feline babies Milly and Mr. Boots for years. Animal Friends and their wonderful staff always handle my pets with so much love and care.
