In this day and time, where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, it was so nice to walk into the store, be greeted and be made to feel like we were important as customers. Scott and Eudene went above and beyond to help us with our paint needs and the ladies at the checkout were extremely friendly!

This is an excellent hardware store. This hardware store has stepped it up to fill the void of the local's favorite Boyette and Casey Hardware since they closed due to hurricane Michael.

I purchased a mailbox kit from this location that did not work properly. Upon return to try to resolve the matter, the manager had such nonchalant attitude with some of the most uncaring advice about the issue I ever heard. I will not shop there again.

Multiple things in stock from flowers to socket sets they had it all. Even had a few house hold goods like cups. Pricey yes but in a pinch it'll work. Update 10/26/23 packed store full of people and so little staff. Had to ask a question and the guy who was helping me kept apologizing for how long I had to wait to get some help. Super helpful staff though and couldn't thank him enough for his help.

This Ace Hardware has a great display of disc golf discs. I have never played disc golf so I'm a newbie but the guy that helped me was awesome. He was super helpful, told me about each disc and helped me pick out a few. They also have used discs here for a lesser price. Great service and they are always friendly.

I'm torn on how many stars to add because, to be honest, the garden center leaves a little bit to be desired. The plants always kind of look like they're in rough shape. But they are never discounted to reflect that they are damaged. Like, I'm pretty good with plants but I'm not a miracle worker. So if I'm taking on a plan to that looks less than healthy and has a risk of dying, I want at least a few bucks to be knocked off of it. But with that said, they do have an assortment of different plants then I have seen at the big box stores, and I was able to get one of my dream plants there. And it was very healthy. Now I need more... More black colocasia, please! 🖤

Bro, we popped in super late to get some supplies to do a last minute tarp job on a roof repair and the staff was super nice and helpful. Seriously, I still had my tool belt on, it was that kind of rush job. Floridians will agree that the weather comes on quick.Yeah bro, we rushed in and they were all like, can we help you? And we were all like, yeah totally bro, we need tarps and 2 bys! They were all like, yeah dudes, this way!Then it was all Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure on the way to the merchandise. We snagged what we needed and it was so totally all Dude, Where's My Car? to the register. We paid and left.Yeah bro, so we blazed one up and tarped the nuts off that roof. Thanks!ACE IS THE PLACE THAT KNOWS DUDES LIKE YOU BRO!

Way to high on everything! I needed a box of drill bits but this place only sells 1 bit at a time. 17.99 for 1, 3/8s bit!!! I went to tractor supply right down the road and got a whole box of DeWalt bits for 24.99! I will never go back. Friendly Staff but the owner is robbing everyone and smiles while they do it. Do not loose your hard earned money here

Placed online order with delivery. Delivery never arrived on time, drove to store and was told the item did not arrive and would not arrive until the next day. Being notified about this delay would have been appropriate customer service instead of our crew waiting for the expected delivery! Now the item has arrived in store the following day and we have been notified that delivery cannot take place for another two days as they 'do not have anyone to make deliveries until the end of the week'. Not even an apology from the person that called! ACE Cooperate will not handle this complaint as every store is privately owned and it is up to the owner to make decisions when it comes to customer service!!! If a store cannot delivery on their services then they should not offer that service! As I finish typing this I am now receiving an email stating my delivery is 'On Track' for a delivery date stated as Yesterday!!! This is insane!
