Pretty solid, pet store, convenient location, but they don’t always have everything you need. Also, the crickets aren’t as good as Petsmart.

Been shopping here for fish, corals, pet food and supplies for a long time. I have seen ownership change 3 times. This is probably the best one yet. Not the cheapest but if you need something they probably have it.

Originally gave this store a 5 star review. I was happy to find a small independent pet store and didn't mind if items cost me a little more if I could buy them locally. Saturday, I purchased a few Kong brand toys for our French Bulldog's birthday. I know that sound you just heard was my father rolling over in his grave. Our dog had the toy for maybe 10 seconds, and we noticed that a seam was not stitched properly. Returned to the store this morning with receipt in hand and spoke with whom I'm guessing was the owner. I explained the problem and that I wanted to exchange the defective item. She told me it looked like the toy had been played with. I agreed with her that it was only a few seconds that our dog had it when we noticed the problem and put it up. Because of this, the only thing that she could do was to give me a discount on a replacement. I told her that wasn't satisfactory for a toy that was supposed to be a little higher in quality. I told her I would never be back to her store. She offered me the defective toy back, but I told her to keep it. Why do I want a defective item so my dog can choke on the stuffing. If you choose to shop here, be very cautious .

My favorite mom and pop pet store in the Panama City area, have been coming here for over a decade now. Great staff who take care of their animals & fish well and are also very knowledgeable/helpful to their customers. Highly recommend!!!

Make sure you come here before you go to the chain stores, they have the most helpful, knowledgeable staff hands down! These guys know their fish! Always a pleasure to visit them and never have an issue with a purchase. 10/10 every time!

We love going in to see Joey the bird! it is a very chill environment! They always have beautiful coral and fish for our saltwater tank! We get our water and our fish food from there every other week! The workers are very knowledgeable with all the animals I’ve asked about so far! I recommend this place to anyone with pets!

I've been going to Suncoast for over twenty years . The staff is always friendly. I love corals and tropical fish. I just wish their selection was better. If you like reptiles this might be a decent place. For Dogs and cats it's great . Not a bad pet store.

I have gotten two tarantulas, two snakes, several fish, a bearded dragon, and Guinea pigs from them. Love love love the selection is great and the employees are nice and very knowledgeable definitely my new regular pet store would 10000% recommend!

A nice place to stop in when we visit the beach. I wish I still had a guppy tank. Their selection is always lovely! The staff are friendly and helpful. Customer service makes a huge difference in a smaller local business. Support them!
