We bought our 75 gallon fish tank and stand here as well as some fish. The staff was very helpful in helping us pick out fish.

I have been buying my fish supplies there.but the customer service of a few cashiers not the greatest. The first time I got one if them I thought maybe she's having a bad day but nope. She was like that few more times after. And goodness for bid if you have to return something. The attitude's they give. I do like the girl that cares for the fish she was great. But think it's best I go elsewhere. I spend a lot and can do without the attitude

Cheryl is an awesome manager who was really compassionate when we came in looking for items to comfort our dog after emergency surgery. She didn't pressure us, but showed is what we needed and was mindful this surgery broke the bank with us. Won't find another lady like her.

We’re always extremely happy with their services. Kaitlyn does the best haircuts and Katie and Jennifer give them the best baths as well. They’re all super kind and friendly. We’re so blessed to have such a professional team we can trust to take care of our fluffy babies. Thank you!!!!

Good luck getting someone to help you. The Salesperson spent 10 mins talking to someone who obviously wasn't buying anything. Never said a word to me. I was standing right beside her, looking right her. In the fish dept. In front of an aquarium. Utterly ignored for 10 mins. I left and drove another 15 mins and spent money elsewhere. Not the first time not being helped here. It will be the last. I have had much better service at Suncoast Pets. It's just a longer drive for me. A drive I will take from now on.

Please what ever you do DON'T take your animal to the groomers at this place I came in with my Dog to get groomed and there was a dark haired lady tending to a small chaiuaha she yelled at this little dog scared me I asked who was grooming my dog and thank God it was not her I made sure to ask then a giant chick was very defensive about my question on who was grooming PLEASE PLEASE don't take your animals to the groomers here they are awful and management should be better at finding help NEVER will be back you shouldn't either !!!! AWFUL women

Got our dog a haircut today. They did a great job 👍 recommend this shop. And I saw that you can buy, if you're in the market, a Santa costume for your pet lizard 😀. No, seriously, I done seed it for me self.

Went into the store to see what we could find for stocking stuffers for two dogs and a cat. Walked out with two treats and toys for each. Nicely laid out store and stocked for all pets!

STAY AWAY . MADE APPOINTMENT WITH STAFF ABOUT A WEEK AGO. WHEN I CAME IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT. TIARA WAS SUPPOSED TO GROOM. MY BRIARD. I COULD SEE SHE WAS OVERWHELMED BY A BIG DOG. SHE WAS AFARID TO CHECK HIM AND MADE MY DOG EXTREMELY NERVOUS SHE ACCUSED HIM OF TRYING TO BITE HER AND SAID HE SNARLED AT HER. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A HOME HERE AND WAS LOOKING FOR A GROOMER. MY DOG HAS NEVER SNARLED OR ATTEMPTED TO BITE ANYONE. SHE WAS NOT A GROOMER BUT WAS THE PERSON WHO WAS GOING TO BATH HIM. SO BOTTOM LINE. PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL . PET SMART IS HAVING STAFF BATH AND GROOM DOGS WHEN THEY ARE NOT EXPERIENCED AND THEN MAKE UP EXCUSES AND LIES. SO IF I WERE YOU I WOULD STEER CLEAR .

How can a store offer grooming services by “trained and experienced “ groomers, but tell me that they are incapable of grooming my 6 lb 13year old toothless female Maltese because her tongue hangs out? The groomer wrote “very sweet “ on her paper work! Does this training and experience not include working on toothless dogs? Associate in the grooming department was rude & blamed my dog. Store manager was dismissive, grooming manager said nothing, & no one I spoke with acknowledged my feelings or even looked at my poor dog I have contacted their corporate office.

horrible experience, anytime we’ve wanted to adopt a pet be it reptile fish or bird gotten responses anywhere from uninterested, to being told we need to bring back a sample of our water for them to test it PRIOR to being sold fish to finally, upon wanting to purchase a chameleon AND a fully stocked habitat being told downright “you seem irresponsible” and denied.Just a fyi, we already own many pets, they are fully well taken care of and we make almost daily trips to stores to purchase crickets and worms etc for the pets we own. The way this store is treating customers is wrong and I’ve never experienced anything like this from any other pet store in my life. We like to shop here and visit but unless something here changes I’m afraid we’ll start taking our business elsewhere.

Have generally had a positive experience in the past and needed to restock a 50 gallon tank, 15 years of fish experience. Emma in the fish section was highly rude and acted like she was not going to sell fish. Heavy sighs. Rude comments. Told me I was in her way multiple times. Snatched my fish out of the tanks, so if there is stress damage, I’m sure it was from her. I will be contacting corporate as this is unacceptable customer service from a sales rep. Shame on her for being so rude and ugly. The cashier at the register was very polite and helpful but after dealing with Emma, I don’t think I will be returning. Especially after reading other negative comments on the woman in the fish section.

We found a newborn abandon cat and came into this location looking for help as no animal shelters or humane societies would take it. Not only did the staff help (especially Jenna), but Jenna also assist us in hand feeding him, cleaning him off, and offered to help us find a foster or suitable rescuer.

Place is terrible. It’s Bad when you have to say that about a corporate petsmart. Everyone at this location does not like working there. Managers are also untrained and rude. When you purchase anything they have a negative energy. I’ve had bad experiences in the fish section, the register and the manager they all are on the same page that the customer is the problem. I asked for the manager she radios to the manager can you come here this guy is arguing about his receipt. Lol I’m asking a question… your too rude to answer.. Cynthia the manager also just as rude and I felt like I was looking for a fight not looking for solutions. Finally saved up enough reward points to use I had to exchange the item I used points on and if you use points from petsmart you can’t return or exchange the item because you lose the points. It’s worth the drive to 23rd they are actually respectful. They are a vet as well so they must require a better training experience and high standards. The store experience matches all the reviews. Buyer beware!

Ordered on line for delivery. The delivery service (door dash) is too stupid to find Margaritaville and 2500+ houses. He returned it to the store even after speaking with us. Then the Mike, told me to come get it myself or wait 4-6 days for a refund and that the tip I left door dash was not his concern. Mike is a waste of a manager and this PetSmart SUCKS to high heaven. So t go there. Use petsupermarket Instead. At least they care about you

Terrible customer from start to finish. Not one employee offered me a greeting or asked if I needed any help finding anything as I walked around. When I finally located a manager and decided to ask a few questions I was given short, blank and uninterested answers. Would hate to have to come here again and have a similar experience.

The folks here are always so very helpful and polite. Grooming is top notch and they dearly love my doggie.I have been taking my dog to them since they opened. But today I met a knew lady that turned down grooming my dog. Never seen her before sorry I want go back

The only complaint I have was with Mike. He was insanely rude to me from the start and refused to sell me anything. His position should be reconsidered. Everyone else was nice and apologized for the way Mike treated us. I will return once Mike’s position is replaced.

This is the worst visit. The woman works at the aquatic was super rude and lack of knowledge. She yielded at me a NO when I asked for extra water for my fish. I told her I love to get some beautiful koi to bring back home in Texas. She said they wont survive. None senses. I told her I had a portable air pump. She kept refusing to help me. WHAT DO YOU THINK How fish are transporting across country. They will stay on bags for 24hrs. My trip was less than 10hrs with a air pump. I hope the manager would have proper trainings on their staffs how to treat their customers.

First Lady I asked a question too about my fish tank wasn’t knowledgeable, no biggie, the next lady she referred me too was too busy petting the cats to even talk. I’ll drive the extra five minutes to PET SUPERMARKET next time 🏽
