I purchased a beautiful Maltipoo from Happy Tails. I was kept inform of her growth and Progress up until she was delivered. She was healthy and in great condition upon arrival and got a clean bill of health from my vet 3 days later. Cierra was my consultant and she was awesome. She has kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and has checked on the puppy several times since her arrival home. I know there are some bad reviews on here but I had an excellent experience and had outstanding customer service from Cierra. My puppy was happy, healthy and clean upon her arrival to me. I would recommend Cierra and Happy Tails to all my friends!

We dropped our Cavapoo Rocky for a bath and cut while we are here on vacation. The staff is friendly and professional. Rocky came back to us looking great and considering that this was his first time to a groomer, he was not traumatized. I definitely recommend Happy Tails.

NOPE... NO WAY... NEVER AGAIN.1st time customer, new to the area. Groomer was awful in so many ways. Happy Tails grooms and boards pets, and they have lots of happy customers.We brought our dog and our cat to get groomed. Groomer had difficult time with the cat, so they were unable to groom her (instead of having our cat wait in the boarding-style cages, they put our cat in the 6x8x18 carrying case for TWO HOURS). Needless to say, cat was not happy in the confined area for so long, causing the cat to have diarrhea- (and the groomer returned to us covered in diarrhea). Not sure how a groomer does not notice this, shaking my head on this one.Next up was our dog. Groomer RIPPED the skin off our dogs face, causing bleeding and and open wound for several days (pictures attached). Our previous groomer (near our old house before we moved) NEVER had problems with grooming our pets, but this Groomer obviously RUSHED through the service with little or no regard for the health or safety of our dog.UPON RETURNING HOME, we noticed the egregious problems (cat covered in diarrhea and wound around dog's right eye) and immediately tried contact the groomer to discuss our issues. Ironically though, the groomer would not answer the phone or return voice messages (all of which were left during business hours).We finally spoke to the groomer 3 days after the "grooming appointment", and the groomer did not accept any responsibility for their actions and gross negligence.No apologies, only excuses; hence, my post.Lots of good Google reviews for this business, but this review will be a ONE STAR. Never again, I would NEVER EVER USE THIS GROOMER AGAIN (even if they provided their service for free).

We live in Nashville and can’t find a good groomer there to save our lives, let alone one we can get into. Lucked into an appointment here while on vacation and my girl has never looked better. They were fast, thorough, got an embarrassing amount of mats out of her hair and were so friendly and professional. I’ll use them every time I come to Florida if I can. 10/10

Just recently moved here and brought my dog to them for grooming. They did a fantastic job and are so nice and friendly. Plus my dog isn't shaking when i pick her up like other places I have brought her. Today was the second time and i will keep using them. They are wonderful. We have just relocated to PCB from Seattle and were having a hard time finding a groomer for our Bichon/Terrier/Poodle mix.We are so grateful we found Happy Tails!! Beau got a very handsome grooming, a cute bandana & was happy & excited to be there. He absolutely had a happy tail for this place 😃They did such a great job with him!! This will be our new spot, for sure! ❤️ The staff is excellent & super nice.

I love taking my dogs to Happy Tails! They have the best experience. Everyone is so friendly especially the girl at the front! She is always smiling and friendly, and she never forgets my dogs names, they love when they get to see her. I will not go anywhere else, when I pick them up they all look so cuteeeee and smell so clean.

Very clean. Caring and professional staff. Boarded my dog here and he has never been boarded. They took up extra time with him and did a great job. When I picked him up, he was just as happy to see the owner than he was me after being gone for days, lol. That showed me the love they showed my dog. I highly recommend this place for animal boarding.

Gator had a great time and it allowed his mom and dad to even have a better time. Boarded him over night in October 2015. We were so excited to find a nice and friendly staff. Usually, you board your pet on a vacation and you are nervous because the people working in the boarding facility act like they hate being there. We were happy to meet such nice people. The price was so good that we went ahead an had Gator groomed. He looked fantastic with his fresh haircut. Thank you guys for doing such a great job. Travelers from Houston and we were very happy to find you guys.

Put it this way, I drive over an hour just to go to Happy Tails. A quaint facility that is filled to,the brim with true animal lovers. Talented groomers. Clean facility. Excellent prices. My 9lb " little sister" is always at ease, which for her is rare. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Wish there was an option for 12+ stars.

I transferred to Florida with my job and I asked my co worker about a good dog groomer and she informed me about Happy Tails. I called for an appointment. The day I arrived the staff was very helpful and friendly! The facility was very clean and organized. Brixtie was well taken care of and I was very pleased with their services. I would highly recommend Happy Tails because Brixtie's was wagging her tail and that lets me know she was Happy too.🐶

My dog looked better than ever. She's 13 and I have traveled a lot. Happy Tails is the only place she's ever been groomed at that she wasn't afraid to go in. Even more, she wasn't a nervous wreck when I picked her up. She looked beautiful. The cut was perfect, and she had two new bows, and a cute little hanky around her neck that matched. She usually runs and hides when we get home, like she's been abused, but she was bouncing around and wagging her tail. I am so pleased with their work, and their attitude towards the animals! I highly recommend this place.

I LOVE taking my dog to Wagging Tails; everyone is so nice and I always feel welcome.The establishment is always clean and the decor is lovely. It is apparent that the employees love animals. It is a bit pricey, but for peace of mind it is worth it.

Moving here from Texas, we were worried about finding a groomer for our fur babies. We took a chance with Happy Tails and glad we did. They were fast and the dogs we cut just like we wanted. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a grooming service.

I've been using Happy Tails since 2009. I called today to ask a special favor. When I called, I expected the young girl to at least listen to my issue before dismissing me and telling me "NO" they could not work me in to the schedule. This week I called and made an appointment for Monday for my two dogs and my moms dog. Well, my moms dog has been here for over a week because she has lost her home with the hurricane and she is very ill. My mom is eighty years old and has been pretty sick these days. My mom is on oxygen 24/7 and has been diagnosed with Lymphoma just yesterday. Her Dr is sending her to GA in the am because she can't get the treatment she needs here. All she wants is to take her dog with her to GA. Her dog "Ginger" is in need of a cut and her nails trimmed. My mom LOVES her dog!!!!! My problem...All I did was call this am to request them to please move one dog "GINGER" appointment to today. I was going to bathe her if they would just trim around her eyes and nails. The young girl was dismissive on the phone and before I could explain anything, she was not having it. I made her listen to what I had to say due to the circumstances. She explained they are down six people and only have six working. I asked to speak to the owner, she let me speak to thee Russian lady that usually runs the place. Not sure if she is the owner but thought she would at least listen to my story and possibly fit her in. She also dismissed me and could care less about my mom and her illness, She also dismissed me explaining only having six employees. I know in my job, I go above and beyond at all times and show compassion for every guest whether I can help them with request or not. I would think that this business would have some sort of loyalty and class especially since I have been a customer since 09. This review is not because they would not fit my moms dog in. It's because they dismissed me with no compassion or understanding. They have tons of business since remodeling. I've noticed the past couple of times my dogs have not been groomed as they use to, and they have cuts on them all over. Either they have new people that don't care, or they are blowing through not caring about the dogs. You can remodel and make a place of business look classy, but you can't take the trashy out of the staff. Good luck to anyone still using this place. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, AND WILL LET ANYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!
