I have had a wonderful experience every time I've taken my dog to Angel's for grooming. I, and more importantly, my dog really love all of the staff. They treat my boy like he's their own. Photos were taken immediately after his last grooming.

They are just the best! I boarded my 2 senior dogs for the 1st time. They allowed them to roam freely and go outside whenever they wanted. My mind was put at ease knowing someone would be staying with the fogs overnight.Thank you for treating my babies as your own!

I’ve taken my dogs to many groomers throughout their lives, and none of them compare to the detailed work they do here! Not only are they met with care and reassurance from the groomers, they are also provided with the proper care while not being groomed. Other places lock the dogs up in small cages all day, but here they can roam around and play. They also offer daycare. My two pomeranian chihuahuas get separation anxiety so they were kept together. I got them baths, nail dremmel, anal gland expressions, and cuts. Upon pickup, they looked happy and cute and smelled SO GOOD. The fragrance lasted really long too! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a groomer.

We love Kloe!! She is the best groomer in Panama City Beach and. We are so glad we found her. She expertly cuts our long haired mini dachshund exactly the way we ask her to.

This was the first time I took my Miniature Schnauzer to Angel's Grooming and only his second professional grooming. I was very pleased with my experience and his grooming. His cut wasn't perfect but because of his immaturity and the horrible condition of his long, matted coat I was very happy with how his grooming turned out.

Could not have done a better job on our doodle! Have been there 4x and always satisfied. This however was the best doodle groom ever! ❤Edit for last visit on 3/02/21 My dog has razor burns on his belly. Under his arms there is no hair as it was trimmed too close. Front left paw toenail looks jacked up. Our appt was at 12....called me at 4:20 to say he was just going on the table and it would be close to 5 before he was ready. Came at 5 and tried to call....went in at 5:15 because they don't answer phones ....they said they were working on face and it would be 10-15 min. We saw them through window and it was more of a gossip fest instead of concentrating on my dog.I did give a good review last time because they deserved it. This time they get a bad review because they deserve it. Our dog has been distraught for the last 2 days and I'm not sure why. We had an appt at 12 should be able to pick my dog up before 6pm.

I do not usually leave reviews, but when it comes to the wellness of my pets and others I think it’s worth it. We had an appointment set up and dropped them off. There was no realization they were new, no questions in what we would like done to our two dogs, nothing. 3 hours later I get a confusing call from them asking if we’d like to reschedule. I ask status of our dogs, she doesn’t know who they are and only one had supposedly started a bath and would take at least another hour to dry. We decide to forgo all other grooming treatment and pick up the dogs as we still cannot be given a time they will be ready. The owner and helper are furious at us when we show up and basically throw our dogs leashes and dogs out at us. Nothing had been done to them in 3 hours. It is awful that they just have dogs sitting in crates until they can find the time to get to them. I highly doubt they were planning to give them water let alone potty breaks. If they are “professionals” they should know how long it takes to groom dogs and should not be overbooking. Completely unprofessional and unsafe for dogs. Please do not give this place your business.

Heather and Kat are awesome!! my pup needed a bath and nail trim, but was very hesitant and shy once we got in the place. they understood his predicament and took care of him and helped him relax some. we'll definitely be back!!

My puppers look AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and responsive to all the questions I had. They Asked all the right questions in regards to how I wanted my three dogs groomed, one of the most thorough groomers I’ve ever been to. I can’t tell you how please I am we found them. The shop is so cute and very clean, such a nice little place! I’m definitely going to be using them again and I highly recommend!

Absolutely the best place I have ever taken my dog! We travel all over the United States and have been deployed in PCB a little over a year. “ Traveling and vacationing with your animals even for a few weeks; if you groom on a regular schedule can be a bit nerve wracking. “.Finding and trusting the right one for your love one is not easy. This is the absolute best I have seen!I refused to even have my dog groomed when I went home just so I would have Winston groomed here!Staff is very caring and passionate about the animals. Clean and welcoming from Echo when you walk in the door. Hands down the absolute best place to treat your love baby’s to a nice day Spa or nail clipping. You will not be disappointed.

Greatest place I have left my bull terrier. 100% recommended if you are on vacaciones or Even if you live in the area. Kat is the Best, when we picked up Eva she was spotting clean and very happy. Best place in Panama City Beach!!!

My 8 month old golden doodle had a scheduled appointment on February 24th at 10 am. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door saying " SEVERE MEDICAL EMERGENCY -APOLOGIES !"We understood and were praying all was well. We called the next day to rebook but there was no answer and the machine was full, so I dropped by around 10 am to find them open and our dog was rescheduled for 2:30 that day.When we dropped off our dog we were told by the groomer that our dog would be ready at 4:30 for pickup. She assured me that the dogs are not crated and given water as they apparently have a play area in the the back. When I returned at 4:30 a different employee came out and said they were behind schedule; that they had not even started my dog yet and I could rebook for another day if I wished. I asked to speak to the groomer. Instead the owner came out, apologizing that the groomer was in court and delayed. I questioned why I wasn't called and she responded that they were very behind and the groomer should have told me it takes 4 hours to groom a mini doodle (27 lbs). Now, I am not a professional and yet even I can do a full bath and groom in 2 hours. However, I am from out of town and do not have the supplies needed. The owner proceeded to tell me she could do it, if I don't mind waiting. I wasn't willing to leave him for yet another 4 hours; that I would be leaving with my dog and not returning! When we got home with our dog, he didn't stop drinking for 2 hours as he was so dehydrated!I would NEVER go to this groomer again....pet owners beware!

Im very happy with this groomer! My 2 dogs are smooth coats and need nail trims. When I come to pick them up they are relaxed and happy. I also noted that a week later their coats are still soft from the shampoo they use.

We were very pleased! Was our 3 mini Schnauzer's 1st time at Angel's and they were so friendly and professional and greeted our babies with kindness. They seemed relaxed and did not return anxious or stressed as they would sometimes be at their previous groomer - who NEVER was friendly or interactive with our girls or any of the other animals that we could see - even after going there for several years. The shop was also clean and we look forward to returning.

Took my Yorkie in who suffers from separation anxiety for a mini groom and was very pleased. They listened to exactly what I wanted done and he looked beautiful. He was catered to and put at ease. My heart danced with joy knowing my special fur baby was taken well care of.From the moment walking in we were greeted warmly with a beautiful smile, glowing candle on table, tranquil clean surroundings ..just what u would expect at a top notch spa. Almost made me wish I was a canine. Thumbs up to all the ladies there.

I take all 4 of my babies to the salon and love all the ladies. They take great care and especially with my troublesome Frenchie. I have had some trouble finding someone that would do his nails and Kat has been very gracious with him. The salon is always clean and very professional. Would highly recommend this salon.

I stopped in to get some information and possibly schedule an appointment for my dog.. I spoke to the lady - very nice - scheduled the appointment approx a week and 1/2 outAppointment came 930a - I was there at 925aRainingDoor was locked - I rang the door bell nothing - went back to the car called - left a message no return call - went back up to the door knocked - rang the bell multiple times .. waited 20 min called again- another message nothing returnedI had taken off work and had several other appointments which my dog accompanied me to that day. This was several weeks agoI have yet to receive a return call much less with an explanation or apology for their inconsideration and lack of professionalism.Lest I say I will NEVER recommend this place. Such poor business practice.

I probably should not be writing this review just yet! I just came from this grooming facility a short while ago. I had a 10am Appointment for my toy poodle. We were there on time... discussed the cut for him and was assured they would take very good care of him. FOUR hours later I still had not had a phone call! I've never even left my dog at home for 4 four hours let alone in a kennel for that long! When I went in the door she told me she was just going to call me. Seems her co-worker had become ill and gone home. Silly me to think she should have called immediately to reschedule or something...Anything! When did the co-worker become ill? Doesn't matter, It might have been at the moment I left him there because he had not been bathed or had anything done to him at all...so he was there FOUR HOURS with no service at all! BTW When I first got there and she said she was about to call me...she also said he was drying off....NOT..I just told her to bring him out...Bone dry and still needing a bath...she offered me a free bath for him in the future....is she serious?! I wouldn't let them touch my dog again if they were the only groomers in town! Incompetent and unprofessional! Think twice before you decide!

These women are magic wizards ! They enchanted my precious Recon ! My 3 year old bulldog was hopping , jumping, playing with toys like he was a young pup again and that was so gratifying to see knowing the past trauma he experienced so I can’t thank you all enough and boy does he smell better we will be back and ty for catering to his special needs im truly grateful

Everytime I have taken my dog, she gets fleas. Then, without contacting me, they give her a flea bath and charge me extra, which I didn't authorize. I switched to Grooming by Laurie and she said my dog has NEVER had fleas! Won't EVER take her back to Angel Dog Spa & Grooming.

This is a great place. Izzy gets her regular grooming done here and they always have a great attitude. Izzy enjoys the play time and it’s her social excursion each month. Would recommend for anyone on the beach looking for a place for their furry loved ones.

Does a great job on my dachshund Gracie. Everyone i have come across here has been very pleasant. Would have given them 5 stars but most the time it is hard to get through to them. They may want to consider someone to just answer the phone. If you go here i would suggest you make your next apointment before you leave.

These have got to be the most friendly people in town. Where as some groomers man handle your pets to get them in and out. Not here. It's almost the groomers put them selves in the dogs paws and treats them as they would want to be treated. Love everyone an everything about this place. Just stop by and say hello. You'll see what I mean.🐩

Horrible! Over booked under staffed. Voicemail full. My dog went for a face trim bottom trim and nails with a bath. Told to come back at three I did they hadn’t even started her drop off time was 1130. Came back again at 4:30 they had just given her a bath and said she was done nothing else was taken care of. They said they could take care of the trimming in five minutes so they took her back. They brought her out all they did was trim two hairs around her eyes what a disaster. I live in Bay point so driving back-and-forth over there was a waste of my time. She looked worse when I picked her up and when I originally left her. If they are that short on staff they need to consider rescheduling appointments. I will never go there again. I actually paid for the service which I am going to ask for a refund we’ll see how that goes. Regardless we will not go back.
