I'm unsure which Publix I'm reviewing but it doesn't matter. I shop at Publix because the staff is great! It's a very positive friendly environment. Natasha and Kathleen at the Parrish location, are awesome! Best service ever as I get a wrap almost every day. So many friendly people at Publix! It is appreciated!

This Publix is fantastic but they seem to always be out of the same things. Are they just popular or do they hardly get them in stock? I wasn’t in Florida long enough to figure this out. But I loved my shopping experience here. The store layout just made sense.

Minus two stars because EVERY time I come to this location I get harassed at the entrance AND exit by some club or organization that is asking for money. Today they literally blocked my exit to ask me for money. Would like to grocery shop without getting harassed. If they want to be out front that’s fine but they need to be off to the side

My wife and I went here the night that hurricane Elsa was coming through while we were in the area on vacation. We were able to get some delectable items to fix for dinner at very reasonable prices. The store was super clean, well stocked and well staffed. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. I should also know that the parking lot was immaculate.

Always clean and the employees are very helpful! One of the nicest Publix I’ve been to! The drive thru pharmacy is also very convenient! My new favorite store!

Ordered 5 subs at 5:15 p.m. to be ready at 8:30 p.m.. This was to feed company traveling from California who had been traveling for over 15 hours. Normally we would take them out to a nice restaurant or I would cook but I have been ill. I received confirmation for the order and thought I could relax and know my company would be fed.I went to pick the subs up at 8:30 and my order wasn't ready. Five people in the deli standing around and said to me we're out of bread. I placed the order 3 hours and 15 minutes ahead of time and at 8:30 they tell me they're out of bread. If an order is placed and a confirmation is sent then set aside what's needed for that order because you have just confirmed it's going to be made.If this had been my first issue with online ordering at this Publix I'd never post this review but the one thing I can consistently count on at this Publix is zero customer service. They said they called me but they did not. No missed calls on my phone and no missed transcripts from the Google screening assistant. If they dialed my number they hung up before it ever registered. They didn't email me. They didn't text me. I just stood there and stared at me when I arrived and said we're out of bread. Then the store manager wants to give me pre-packaged sandwiches that have been sitting in the cooler for who knows how many days.Again, if this were the first time this had happened, this review wouldn't even be there because everybody has an off day. But, every single time I have done online ordering from this Publix there has been an issue. I am obviously an idiot for thinking this time it would be different.You can walk in and order a sub and have them make it and do just fine but online ordering is a disaster.

I have had an enjoyable shopping experience every time I shopped here, this is my new neighborhood Publix. I love it, and the way it is setup. The deli, the sandwich deli, the meat department, and the bakery are all setup so individually so that there isn't a huge line inter-mingling through other departments. At least, non that I have seen so far.

Publix is so far away from even 10 years ago. The bad attitudes and lack of customer service is mind boggling. I’ll never pay double or triple for the same items any other grocer offers, though I don’t mind paying extra for outstanding customer service. I’m a 30-40% tipper type guy if the service is good for example. That being said I’ve been flat out appalled by the customer service decline at the Palmetto locations (and a couple others in the Tampa Bay region). I only come anymore when absolutely necessary.

The sushi chefs here are exceptional! Hands down best Publix sushi in Florida. The chefs are always friendly and make quality sushi.Publix, please make these guys your trainers for all stores. Clean store. Efficient check out. Friendly employees. Needs more selection in the beef and bread departments. (IE Chuck roast sizes, shaved beef, larger burger buns, Kings Hawaiian Rolls)

These freezer lights have not been working for months! In the ice cream section. You'd think one of the store managers (or certainly stocking employee) would have noticed (and/or cared) and placed a repair order. This store is no where near the type of experience you'd expect, and we've received from other Publix stores. Can't wait until the new Publix on Moccasin Wallow and Ft Hamer is completed and open. Hopefully it will be like other Publix stores we've shopped at and be a better experience. Publix net earnings in 2022 was $2.9 Billion from their $54.5 Billion in sales. Having the money to repair this shouldn't be the problem. Complete lack of store and regional management by Publix in this case for it to go on this long.

I don't understand why they don't make enough chicken. Everytime I come here, no chicken. I'm told 20 minutes. This should be an assembly line. 1 goes out another replaces it. I stood there for 30 minutes with 5 other people all waiting for chicken. They brought out 3 boxes!!!. Seriously? They make plenty of the stuff people don't want....

WOW!!!! The customer service is awesome at this location everyone seemed to be on the same page. We were buying marinated salmon and the gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and very nice. Produce worker was helpful and when she didn't have what we want they offered to call another store😳 What the!!! That was awesome!! Never had that before. They get 10 stars for that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤩

Very clean and neat. Good selection of products, however, be prepared to pay more for your items. Good selection of BOGO items to help offset the cost of the other grocery items.

Deli. Really. I really like their subs but this deli department needs to get their stuff together. I've had 2 subs in a row not ready when ordered online several hours in advance. I work night and I'm usually looking to pick up something for dinner on my way in to work. I cant hang out for an hour waiting on a sub. Last night it was ready when I got there! Excellent. I open the sub up and it's suspiciously small. My Italian sub is actually a cheese sub. Ha got me!

Great place, I'm visiting the country and passed by Publix. Found a lot of groceries and brands I've never seen jeje. Maybe it's because I'm from 🇨🇴. Anyways I felt very welcome and got the chance to cross some words with the employees, very nice people.

I want to thank the cake decorator, I think her name was Nicole. I asked for a Rockabill- style cake with black/white polka dots and cherries, lemons and whatever she thought would be cute. I was very impressed! Thank you, everyone loved the cake! Tasted great, looked amazing!The second cake was my daughter's 1st birthday cake with a Cocomelon theme. It was adorable!

Nice building, poor customer service. I tried ordering a specific sandwich which I have ordered dozens of times at other publix locations and was met with short, rude answers from staff telling me that they can’t do it. When I finally got my sandwich made the bread way stale, chicken cold, and just didn’t taste good. My potato wedges were plain and unseasoned. Finally, I was told that they “couldn’t ring it up as a meal” and i was asked to purchase the fries and sandwich separately, almost doubling the price. This is definitely the worst publix experience I have ever had.One helpful worker at the customer service desk helped me out with the price issue and charged me for the meal.

Just moved and so happy we're close to a Publix but not just any Publix! This one is the best and I love the setup on top of the exceptional customer service! Make sure you stop by Sat or Sun and enjoy their wing bar, yes BAR! Also we love to go upstairs and eat in the sitting area they have, my daughters favorite part!

Employees ignore you in the aisles. Prices are outrageous on most staples. Only cashiers speak to you. Really not a "pleasure" at this location.
