Very nice campground. Nice pool. Beautiful dog park. Love seeing the horses, goats and donkeys. Pretty landscape. Update campground review. They just went up $480 for a annual guest. After the first year we learned how the campground works. During the summertime their really is no activities. During the winter the snowbirds put on the activities which most of them are during the week. If you are looking for a very quiet campground this is the place. Like a cemetery with a pool, small miniature golf and a hot game room. No air.

This is our 4th winter that we have spend here at Sable Palms. The camp ground is beautiful with the three ponds and all the trees. It is very peaceful and safe. The other campers are friendly and most of them come back here year after year. Because this is a smaller RV resort, the atmosphere is like having a second family and we always are happy to return and see every one again. There are many activities that individuals can attend throughout the week. Music is played every friday night and we enjoy the heated swimming pool most days. It is located out in the country so we have the pleasure of watching the animals in the fields. The owner's are very nice and provide great surprises such as; a pig roast, hamburgers and hot dogs picnic and even a professional band. This is the very best place to live and we love it here!

We stayed at this RV park for a week in October 2015. This is one of the nicest parks that we have stayed in. The bathrooms were very clean and despite still cleaning up from hurricane Irma the park overall was very clean and beautiful. By the time peak season (winter) rolls around they will be back in tip top shape. Very nice staff but limited office hours because this is primarily a residential park. The staff is just a phone call away if you need them. Looking forward to an extended stay there one day.

We tried out this RV Park for the month of November. It was terrific! The people are wonderfully friendly, and the pool is awesome and nicely heated. We were encouraged to participate in activities and were.madento feel very welcome. It is pristinely.clean, well run and lovingly maintained! The only drawback is location. You have to drive 18 miles for a bottle of milk or a loaf of bread!

I had been looking for a RV park in South Florida to set my Fifth Wheel RV up on. And needed a site that my family could visit throughout the year. We live in NC.I have to admit at first when I started thinking about doing this endeavor. I thought it would be easy to find such a place. Not so, you see we have 4 kids and me and my wife are younger than 55 and 98 percent of RV parks in South Florida you need to be 55+ to be consider for a yearly spot and if you find one that allows for under 55 than kids are only welcome for 2 weeks at a time.I also needed a RV park that was safe and secured. What I mean by secured is that I needed the entrance to have a gate to keep out unwanted guest, as I needed my family to feel safe as they might be there without me for weeks at a time. We also wanted a pool. These were the only requirements in looking for a RV Park. Now let me tell you! We have found all of the above and so much more at Sabal Palms. The very first day we arrived camper in tow we had all types of issues. Our RV slide out got stuck and would not open and had electrical issues with interior lights not working. I made a call to a guy named Frank and asked if he new of anyone that could help me. I was 800 miles from home and didn’t know anyone or have many tools. Frank was the individual I had spoken with many times about renting a site.Within 20 mins of my call Frank and 2 others men showed up and spent at least 2 hours in the Florida Sun helping me fix all the issues.Everyone at Sabal Palms made me and my family feel welcomed. The pool is wonderful, heated and crystal clean. The RV park is super clean and kept neat.Absolutely family friendly and many things to do throughout the park to keep you busy as beaver.Funny thing is Frank which I always see working around the park and waving 👋 at everyone and talking to everyone is the Owner of Sabal Palms. It took me 2 months to figure this out. For me that says a lot about Franks character. I have spoken with him many times after the first day he helped me fix my issues with RV. I have been at many RV parks though out the years and Frank always acted like any other camper that stayed full-time and work part time around the park.I waited almost a year before I wrote this review. I wanted to experience the park.

Actually a nice park way out in the middle of nowhere. Literally. It’s 15 miles to the nearest grocery store. Very pleasant staff and friendly residents. There are basically 2 separate sections to the park. One section is nestled among old live oaks and is shady. The other, with sites around a small lake is open with no shade. There is a mini-golf course but it has been neglected and has no turf on any of the holes. I didn’t see anyone playing during the 3-weeks we were there. Other amenities include a pool, petanque courts, shuffleboard, game/exercise room and a “golf course” carved out of the unused pastures. The course has sand tee boxes and round sand greens. It is basically for target practice only. The clubhouse is small and basically just set up for meals and bingo. There are two big drawbacks to this park and that’s what brings down my rating. First, there is no park-wide wifi. They do have hotspots – at the office and the clubhouse – but that is inconvenient and the clubhouse connection was quirky. There were many occasions when I couldn’t connect despite standing right next to the router. Second, you’ve heard of family-friendly and pet-friendly parks. This park seemed to be smoker-friendly. In all the parks we’ve been in, I’ve never seen a larger percentage of people that smoke. On more than a few occasions when I’d take my morning walk and the air was still, the stench of cigarette smoke would be hanging in the air. This certainly ran counter to the nice country setting of the park.An interesting quirk of the park was the playing of the U.S. and Canada national anthems each morning around 9-o’clock.

We have 5th Wheel that we have left year round at Sabal Palm RV. We really like this park, for it's location and amenities. It is located in the middle of a ranch community. There are cattle and horses and miniature goats on the park property. The park has mostly retired folks, however there are families with children also. We enjoy the intergenerational activities. There are fish and release ponds, for those who enjoy fishing. There is also a stage area for outdoor music events. The clubhouse has a large screened area attached. The heated pool is always in use. Petanque is the most popular group activity, however there are bingo nights, jam sessions for those park folks with musical ability and karaoke as well. The hurricane damage has been repaired and the park looks well cared for. A small golf course has been added and is a work in progress. A minarure golf course IA recently updated..

It's an out of the way rv resort in palmdale flordia. It has showers, a game room, laundry room, and a pool. Campers/residents are extremely nice. Staff is very helpful. My family and I are coming from Buffalo NY and wanted to stay at a rv resort that was affordable, quiet, had full hookups. It's a short drive of your pulling a car/truck/jeep to go see the south flordia sights. About 1.5 hrs in ANY direction to reach beaches or large towns. Miami is about 2 hours and key west is about 5 hours. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because it's off season and the place is under repairs and can be seen. Not a bad thing!

Very quiet rural out of the way farm like setting . If you're ok with driving to attractions it worth the huge savings on lot rent. People seemed friendly.

Remote RV park for those who like to be away from the crowds. Quiet location off of U.S. Highway 28. Plenty of open space and in an area where you can take long bicycle rides around the Palmdale community.

I would think twice about going to this campground, unless the managers have been replaced, (Greg, Beth Shearer) We have never seen such unprofessional managers ever in all the campgrounds we have been to. Believe me they will lie to get rid of you, if they don't get their way. Sad way to conduct business. Just can't be trusted.
