Picked up a new Pet Carrier for my 4 month old Black Siamese kittens. With a top lid to access and pet "C & J", as I took them to the Vet Clinic of Palm Harbor for their most recent visit. Reasonable priced with lots of room. Much more functional then my old pink carrier with a front door access only - see pics. Nice to shop local.

Great staff all are very energetic and helpful.I’ve never met one unprofessional person there.They always look out and establish a coupon if one is available.FYI there is a set up for delivery to Home (but if you’re delivery from home understand that it will arrive to your home not immediately that’s like something you want to do frequently.Also, order to pick at store is a great option to just place what you want for your pets and the order will be ready 2 hours from the time you places the hour but it will be ready for pickup when you arrive.Overall, Pet Supermarket is very much more affordable than other pet stores and they are the only ones that have bunnies and rabbits basically more exotic animals than what most pet stores have.Thanks for the great service Pet Supermarket .

Asked if they had full size mealworms and he said yes so I drove all the way up there and they were not what he said. Very unprofessional Don't think I'll be going back there ever again. Nothing worse than having somebody lie to you and waste your time. And if he didn't know the answer he should ask somebody but he knew what he was doing.

I bought my blue quaker here 2 weeks ago! He was in the store for his whole life. His birthday is today, he's 2 years old! He's a happy bird! He's taking to my 6 y/o and my partner as well! We love him. You can tell the store employees care for him & the other animals.

Stopped by for the first time today. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. They made me and my pup feel very welcome. I really enjoyed the interaction and will make this my go to pet store from now on.

Decent little store. I think "supermarket" is a bit misleading though. They have a moderate selection of items, but do seem to serve a wide variety of different types of animals in their selections. Prices are on par with other pet stores. They do also have a rewards program which can be beneficial to people who are frequent customers.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Went in for vaccine clinic today and ended up doing some shopping as well. Store has a great selection for all different types of animals in one spot. Super clean and plenty of parking. Excellent experience and we will be back.

Have always had a good experience here. They take good care of the animals. My neighbor bought a farrett a couple months ago which turned into a sweet wonderful pet. My daughter just got a Guinea Pig who loves to cuddle💕

Rudy is the best!! Took the time to help & educate us - even though they were out of the fish we needed. Explained how to deal with 'hair/string alge' and made sure we didn't purchase the wrong things or wrong fish. We will definitely be back!!!
