Best Groomer Around hands down!!! Don't even bother looking around for another groomer, Greg and Jessica are by far #1. When my previous Dog Groomer closed down during the pandemic, I had the hardest time finding a groomer accepting new clients at the time which was very frustrating. Greg and his staff were slammed but they fit my lil furbaby in. My dog Fenway went from scruffy to fluffy 😁👍 I've been going to them ever since for the last 4 years. My toy Poodle Bichon is now 13 years old and getting a little more fidgety / tender age as my vet says he has arthritis in his little bones. PHG really knows how to make sure my baby boy is comfy and pay attention to my dogs ailments (which is extremely important to me). Fenway has really taken a liking to Jess and after his trim he's all spunky and running around like he drank five shots of espresso espresso 😂 Whether I have my dog trimmed with the teddy bear look or have him fluffy poodle like, Jess (and Greg) always manage to make him look fabulous. Whenever I come back from the groomers and I bring him somewhere all my friends compliment his new grooming trim. They always say let me guess, you just came back from Palm harbor grooming LOL ❤️😁 I tell them you got it.. I am very grateful and happy that I found them!

Greg and his staff do a fantastic job. Fair price and a high quality service. Our dog gets very excited when she realizes that we have arrived at the groomer! Practically jumps out the window to get inside the shop. We have been customers for many years, and will continue to do so!

My husband and I wouldn't take our dog to any other place than Palm Harbor Pet Grooming. Greg and his staff are wonderful. They do an awesome job she always looks great after her grooming. We know they are good to her because she loves going to see Greg and the staff there. We have been taking her to Palm Harbor Pet Grooming for at least 5 years.

We have been bringing our cats, Tom & Jerry here for over a year and have never been disappointed. They would never sit still for us to try to trim their nails, but Greg has a way with them, it's like they know they can trust him. I have been taking my Cairn Terriers here for over 14 years now. Cairns are hand stripped, not cut, so it is very hard to find a knowledgeable groomer that understands each breed and what is required for the health of their coat - you get that here! My guys always look ready for the show ring and love going "to see Greg" and so do I. His breed knowledge is top shelf, as are his skills. I've learned a lot about the breed from him and I am so blessed to have found him. Great people, outstanding service, and reasonable pricing - and for my little guys - a COOKIE!

I had been taking my dog to a groomer for years, then I found Palm Harbor Pet Grooming. My dog had been groomed with the wrong cut for years! Amazing to see what a Schnauzer should look like! He's so beautiful now!!! Great place, friendly and very knowledgable and every dog gets a cookie!

I took my cat there today 9am and at 930 I got a call he would not sit for hair cut but they could give him a bath and cut his nails. I said ok. I get a call 3 hours later to pick him up hes already finished. I bring Fritz home and hes walking around and I see blood paws everywhere, I pick him up and his paw is dripping blood , so we try the cornstarch and its not close the blood is still dripping so I go to the AA Animal Emergency room us19, after 3 hours they said the groomer split the nail all the way in that's why it wasn't closing. But after 3 hours there they fix his paw and place clone around his neck and said keep it on for 2 days at less

Paid $75 for a full grooming. Trim, deshedding and bath. 4-5 hours is the time frame they give you. Took over 6 hours and it appears they skipped the deshedding process. Finishing the job at home.

Took my dog there the other day. First off, the place looked dark and dingy like one of those reality shows where people hoard useless items. Maybe this should have been a red flag, but we went through with the grooming.When we went to pick up our dog, the guy at the shop started going into the "fact" that our dog has hip dysplasia, and X Y Z other issues.As much as I appreciate unsolicited veterinarian advice from someone that grooms for a living, I thanked the man and was on my way. For a few days after, I noticed our dog had a bit of a limp, and would seem to lose control of one of his back legs. It's subsided since then, and I'm not blaming this place on the issue, but it was a little suspicious when Dr. Groomer started rattling under qualified medical advice. Will not be going back.

If you love your pet, do not go here! Buyer beware ⚠️I took my dogs here and had a less than ideal experience. Will not be back for multiple reasons..When you walk in the door it looks like a hoarding situation. Piles and piles of dusty funko pops (should have been my first red flag). It was dirty and dingy, not clean and sterile like the other groomers I’ve been to - who I will now be going back to.Dropped my dogs off at 8am and did not get them back until 3pm. They were without food or water that whole time and completely stressed out. The groomer told me he had to yell at my puppy and grab his back legs to get him under control. I do not yell or grab my dogs, which I’m sure contributed to their misbehavior and stress levels. I was obviously not ok with either of these mistreatments and can’t imagine how my babies felt in that environment.Next, I told them my senior dog had a loose tooth and not to put any pressure on it as I was taking him to the vet later that week to get it checked out/extracted. They said they don’t brush teeth so i have nothing to worry about. When we got home I noticed his tooth was missing, so I called and a woman answered, who said it didn't happen on their watch as they would have seen the blood. I didn’t believe her. I purposely checked before dropping him off because of how sensitive it was. I felt that she had lied to me knowing he had his tooth that morning.Never had a bad experience with a groomer until I went here. 0/10 do not recommend.

I've used Greg for over 10 years. He's professional and caring and always listens to any concerns. My first Shih-tzu was older and needed lots of TLC. Greg made sure she was always comfortable. Now Greg is the only groomer my 4 yr old Shih-tzu has ever known and I wouldn't take her to anyone else. She always looks beautiful and folks stop me to ask where I take her!

Do not take your dog here. I took my dog for the first time and he came back with a terrible ear infection and cuts in his ear. He also came back extra itchy even though I let them know when I made the appointment that he needed hypoallergenic shampoo. As soon as you walk in you can tell this place is not clean. Should have trusted my gut and not left my pet with them.

Recently took our Irishdoodle to Greg for a much needed bath, trim, blowout & couldn't be happier !! Really appreciate the info, knowledge & kindness shown. It's so refreshing to find people that love what they do & do such an amazing job at a reasonable price !! Both Greg & Jessie communicate so well & with a pleasant attitude. Jessie booked my appt & was patient & kind. Donie has had sooo many compliments, I've given several referrals already, will be booking another appt soon for Donie's full groom !!

First dog I took here years ago came out messed up he was so stressed out by the environment here. Tried again recently with two new dogs and after trying basically everyone else in town, this place was the worst. Again, dogs totally stressed out and groomer telling me how awful my dogs were and that's why their cuts were no good. Never ever happened anywhere else. Maybe it's the groomers and not the dogs.

This is the only place that I will take my senior dog. I’ve been so many other places- but the groomers here do a much better job with my baby, my dog ALWAYS looks amazing - not a hair out of place 🤣😊Not to mention, the prices are very reasonable and the staff are kind.
