The reptiles and small animals looked well taken care of, but looking at the fish made the experience so much worse. The regular fish tanks looked good, not overcrowded and clean (for a big chain), but the bettas looked HORRIBLE. There were multiple dead, and even more that couldn't swim and/or had dirty cups. As a fish keeper, it's disgusting to see the mistreatment of helpless animals. I know it's not necessarily the employees fault that they're in cups, but they can at least make sure they're clean and treated if they're sick. When I mentioned the sick and dead fish to the employees, one came over and said she checked them that morning which seemed wrong because there was a layer of algae on the bottom of multiple cups and the fish looked like they had been dead for at least a day. Then again, I don't know when they died. Take better care of your fish.

Today Friday May 3rd 2024I had a wonderful experience at PetSmartMy shitzu was groomed and she said it would take 3 hours but got it done in under 2 and my pet looks absolutely amazing I cannot stop sniffing and petting him he’s so soft and smells great even though his hair is so much shorter but it’s perfect because it’s basically summer and he gets hot very easily. Shout out to SHAUNA. My pet looks fantastic thank you 😊

I take my precious dog Faith to Petsmart on route 100 to see her favorite doctor at the Banfield Hospital. She also took a 6 weeks course to follow commands and how to focus and graduate last Sunday. We are so proud of her, including the staff members, who areextremely pleasant with everyone. You can't ask for a better place.

Purchase a fish tank a few months back and I’ve been having nonstop issues with the water turning green. The tank I had before never did this. I use the same water I always use and changed the filter a few times. Something is wrong with this tank. Dunno if I can return it, it’s been a few months. No one ever answer the dang phone.

Playing hell finding a grain-free beef free food for my dog because of severe allergies I didn't know what I was looking at they were a huge help and also made sure I was aware that if my dog didn't like it I could bring it back even if the bag was open this is a huge help cuz I'm on a fixed income everybody was really sweet to me

Wow, what a fantastic store!! I found stuff I never knew existed, I’ll definitely be back as a repeat customer. I only stopped in to buy Temptations treats for my cats, but I found all sorts of goodies for my fur babies as well. Though I was pressed for time, I noticed all kinds of merchandise which I’ll be back to purchase at a later date. This Pet Smart is very clean, brightly lit & well merchandised. The employees are awesome & opened another line almost instantly so nobody had to wait long at checkout. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant shopping experience. You have one very happy customer & several quite satiated felines who look forward to shopping here again.

The staff is always friendly. I haven’t had too many encounters to where someone asked me if I needed help while struggling on certain products. You have to walk around and find someone. Other than that is place is awesome!

We've been coming here since they opened and most of the time it's great other than all the turn around. Back in the day when Ms Theresa was there was the best, very personable, today not so much, groomer doesn't even talk to you about your pet after grooming and I don't like that much especially if it's the first time with a new groomer .

walked out right when I saw their political statement on their stores. I don't support any store that pushes their political VIEWS into their customers' throat.It's the last thing I want to see in stores, I'm sick of Hollywood, NBA, and establishments that get involved in politics.We have a enogh of news stations l8ke CNN, MSNBC, FOX NEWS, and others if we want to get informed!

Went for a new aquarium and stand. Walked out with both, along with a light and filter. A package deal. Stand they had in stock was slightly damaged and there were more than generous with the discount they offered me. My sales lady ( young lady) was amazing. Wishes I got her name.

Prime location grooming offered, which is a plus. they sell science diet dog and cat dry and wet food w prescription at some of the stores this store I love ❤️ ❤️ ❤️..my furry one ❤️s more.. woof woof. If you download the app, it helps you see savings and availability of saving in store or store promotions available. They also have a fun game on application.This app gives you an opportunity to order stuff if not available in store.. and when you order online or do auto refills for delivery of your choosing..to your home, in store pick up, or they'll bring out o vehicle if you order to do pick up that way.. which gives even deeper discountsImoAnother huge plus when your handicap or unable to lift more than limited weight.
