Lexi did an awesome job with our dog, Ella! She was attentive to Ella’s anxiety and sensitive skin. Lexi honored my DIL’s requests regarding trim length, shampoo type, etc. All of the groomers I met that day were very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend the PetCo team in Ormond Beach. Also, Rae, the cashier, was amazing. He was friendly, helpful with Ella’s dog tags and engaged with her by giving her treats, asking before doing so. The customer experience was exceptional!

I was very pleased with Emily’s grooming of our standard poodle. As an older dog, he can be difficult. She was patient and figured out what he would let her do. It took a little longer than she expected, but I realize she was very busy.

Emily gives my Shih Tzu, an outstanding cut and trim especially around her eyes and nose. Everyone comments on how cute she looks. Because Emily treats my puppy with care and affection, she is very comfortable going back. Emily is great!

I have a Saint Berdoodle he is 85 pounds.My dogs groomer was super sweet, but I wasn't happy with the false advertising Petco had on their website for X/ large breeds starting at $66 dollars. They started me at $113. My dog is 85 pounds. I normally use neck trimmers to remove knots/ matts. They shaved him down so much that it looked like he was only skin. When I walked out, I ended up paying $145.Spoke with friends who also have XL breeds they say they would never pay that. Petco, advertises for XL breeds starting at $66. Spoke to the floor Mgr at the time, he was no help.I appreciate the girl who tried her best, but shaving him down bald practically... No. His nails were also to long.I hope Petco, adjusts their starting price for dogs grooming b/c it is false.I wasn't going to post anything, but b/c it is still posted on their website I had to say something.Plus, your paying Xtra b/c dogs may have some mats but truthfully all they are doing is shaving all their hair.Like a Buzz cut. done.

They wouldn’t take our senior dog without rabies vaccine. Understandable. So after waiting 48 hrs post vaccine, they then denied us service without a vet check first, since he has a distant medical history with no current issues (he was released from care 7 yrs ago). Wish they would’ve told us that before we stressed him out to get there.

We were in Palm Coast for the month and needed to get our dog groomed. Darla at Petco was awesome! She was super friendly, loved on our dog so well, and did such a great job with the services for him! I don’t think he’s ever been so clean, soft, and shiny! And the de-shedding service really worked! I wish we had a Darla in NC—we would make our visit a regular one!!

I was pleased with how kind the groomer was with my dog. She sat on the floor to put her at ease while buffing her nails. I have found that any time I bring my baby to the groomer for her nails, each and every groomer is sweet and friendly and takes care of my little girl as though she were their own!

Darla was excellent, she did a fantastic job on my dog Karma. The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to pay before actually seeing my dog and that is when they asked if I wanted to tip the groomer. I left a nice tip and after seeing Karma I was very happy, but this could have turned out badly if she had done a bad job.

The groomer Darla was very patient and did a wonderful job of grooming our goldendoodle puppy. It was the first time he was groomed so it was definitely a challenge but Darla handled him with care.

My little girl was seen by others elsewhere and i was not happy with the results. (Shes a mini goldendoodle) until i talked with the only person i now trust with her care, Darla. I questioned the heck out of Darla if she knew how to groom a Goldendoodle. After Darla assured me she did, sye proved it. As soon as i seen my baby, i asked Darla to make it a monthly thing. I now will trust no one or any other place with Daisy Mae's grooming. She comes home and you can see by her maneurisms she was totally spoiled. I would gave given 11's. But your system only lets me choose up to 10. Lol

I can't remember the ladies name but she was FABULOUS!!!!! She's got some amazing tattoos down both arms and I would have her do Xena each and every time from now on. But how ever I feel that maybe you may have but a red flag against my name so as that your personal may watch out for me either easy I still want to suggest that she does Xena from now on off that's possible. Also I really like the young man named Jason at the front register he's very friendly and helpful with letting me know things about this address as I'm kinda finding my way around stil. Plz tell the groomer I said many thank yous and that I would like to keep her if she doesn't mind. Thanks Dee

Haven is our dogs groomer we recently moved here and always trying to find a good groomer is hard , she did Tucker’s hair perfect!! We will be going to petco and using haven from now on !!!
