Anytime I visit this location the staff is always super friendly and always offer to help. Today, I ordered a dog crate online for curbside pick up and a nice gentleman came right out and put it in my car for me. Definitely enjoy shopping at this location.

We r here on vacation and took our dog Grace to the Petco on 250 Palm Coast Parkway . Grace is very skittish but Emily and Lexie were so great that she did great. We got a great service at a great price! We definitely recommend this Petco! When we come back next Feb we will take Grace there again. Thank you Emily and Lexie! Spoke to Olivia when we called to make the apot and she too was so helpful and friendly. These girls are great ambassadors for Petco!

Everyone was wonderful & thoroughly efficient taking care of my new puppy. I can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work & professionalism. The store is very clean & everyone practiced proper social distancing. Also, the veterinarian clinic is not only clean but rather amusing because as you wait on your pet to get treatment you can watch the adoptive cats play in their own special room. I really admire this place because everyone from the main doctor to the cashiers are legitimately nice & take not only their jobs but animals seriously 👏🏻👏🏻

There are so many friendly staff members who are willing to help anyone with any issue or question.The prices here definitely outweigh other pet stores by $$$$. 1 can of Science Diet Adult canned food is $3.79.However, they do have a grooming center and other dog accessories. All come with a pricey tag though.I would recommend them if you have to stop to grab a few items for your pet.

I visited a competitor of Petco to buy dog food a year ago and found live maggots in the bag. The other store, the other BIG pet store, is 5 miles from home instead of Petco, which is 3 times further for me.I've never been let down by Petco, and it's worth the drive in order to get fresh, quality products and friendly service.Blue has done the research and she says Petco is the best.

Do not, I repeat do not take your animal to the VETCO vaccination clinic. They lie to you about pricing and give your animal more expensive vaccines than they need. They charged us $181 for “the kitten package” and told us the boosters were included, but come to find out they charge you another $100 bringing the total close to $300 for standard vaccines and then recommend you take them to a “real vet” for a check up. “Real vets” charge less than than this for superior treatment.

I was unsure of Petsmart inventory, so I drove across town to PetcoThe bag of dog food I picked up had a hole in itI also had to bring my baby in the store, because Petco does not do curbside, whereas every other store, including Petsmart doesI am now having to make another trip back to Petco to get a bag of dog food that isn’t rippedPetco is completely inconvenient since it does not offer curbside and the products are damaged

I placed an order online for pickup, when I went into the store and directly to the register. There were a couple of ladies checking out. The associate was engaged in conversation with them but they wouldn't leave the area when she was done They continued to have their private conversation and never acknowledged there was another customer, me, that was waiting for assistance. The associate kindly recognized what was going on and swiftly went to the other checkout register to help me with my pickup. I appreciate her recognizing the situation and promptly taking care of me. Shame on those two ladies for not realizing there was someone else in line as they continued their private conversation. Kudos Petco associate ❗

Was told that my dog was vicious and wouldn’t let them use the razor on her legs. Asked not to return. Found a spot where the groomer had nipped her on her back leg - no wonder she didn’t want her coming at her with the razor. My dog has been groomed every 8 weeks her entire 9 years of life and has NEVER snapped at a groomer. She’s even been groomed at this particular Petco. This was simply an inexperienced groomer who didn’t have the decency to tell me that she cut her.

I needed a cat carrier to take my cat to the vet. The only thing they had was an $80 soft sided small dog bag. I asked an associate, and they brought me a cardboard box from the in-house veterinarian office. I was surprised PETCO didn't have a small, hardsided pet carrier in the 35k sqft pet store, but I was thankful the associate brought me the box.

the cashier didn't even offer to bag our items, or hand me a bag! He made me show him the bar codes, he scanned it and that was it... i had to walk out with a bag of rabbit food and 3 dog sweaters in my hand with my receipt.

As always, fantastic customer service! I always submit my biweekly order online for in store pick up. The online store indicated all stores within a 50 mile radius were out of stock for all of our items. I drove to our home store to check. The online information was incorrect! The associate was quick to put together our order and we were on our way! Thank you!

It was our Boxer's (12 months) has never had a "real" professional grooming and, although friendly and lovable, is extremely "hyper" around strangers. Lexi made us feel very comfortable that it would not pose a problem - and surprisingly, it didn't. She was wonderful with Bailey, was sincerely caring and made us feel secure enough to return for future visits.

I used to bring my Boston Terra there to get groomed. My dog has cushions disease and can't have anything around her neck. We found out that they said they didn't put anything around her neck but they did. We just found out that it is a law for Boston terra's, frenchies andEnglish bulldogs not to have any restraint around there necks and are not to be in a cage because of their anxiety. My husband saw it being done. My husband had asked themwhy they don't follow the law. They said they don't have the time to give special treatment and thats not their policy.if you have any of these dogs don't bring them to Petco in Palm Coast.

Pet store.. Pet supplies, pets for sales; while I was there they had cats, rodents, birds and fish for sale. Large store in new strip mall at Island Walk, restrooms, plenty of parking. 🐩🐈🐀

I bring two havenese brothers since....they were 3 months old and they will be 3 yrs in october. Grooming is good. The dogs wouldnt let them cut nails when they were puppies but i wish they were more proactive in taking steps to acclimate the dogs to this service. I asked this week and they made an effort. Price is good. They like the team at our store and recognize the groomer Amanda when they arrive. I will keep bringing them there. Thank you Petco team.

When I got to the car I looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged $.10 for a bag. Not only do I think this is ridiculous I wasn’t given a choice. He bagged it and handed it to me. It was only a bag of dog treats, having given a choice I would have just carried them out.
