I love shopping this place because the staff makes it so easy. They are amazing. My son is starting his first Aquarium and we were in the store multiple days in a row with lots of questions. Hannah, Matt and Kent were so patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan and the rest of the staff have always been great the 5 years we have been here. Thanks for all you do!

For my baby girls' 12th birthday, tradition is to go somewhere special and let her pick out her own birthday treat. Let me tell you, just because this place looks small or run down from the outside...don't let it fool you. Had the greatest experience customer service wise. Was amazed at both team mates, with the knowledge of any given item I had been looking for around the store. Wished I got the gentleman's name that celebrated my baby girls' bday by paying out of his own pocket a treat before walking out. Great job guys for leaving a mark on such a special day.

Super nice people! Very clean place to shop and look for all your pets needs! Prices are comparable to other stores! I bought healthy ferrets from them and couldn't be happier! They could answer all my questions that I had! Love this place!

The staff here are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have always gone the extra mile when I've needed something from their store. Even when thinking fish would be an easy pet for my toddlers and that went south..... They still took the surviving fish back so I could tell my toddlers they were healing at the "fish hospital". Fish are harder than they look and not ideal for small children.....you live and learn. If I had asked them in the first place, they would've informed me that a hamster would have been a better fit for us. Really thankful for the honesty and support! 100% will be back and would recommend.

Very happy to find this gem. Nice parking lot, clean building. Young lady at cash register w a very helpful and let me take a harness off the hanger to try on my dog. I was comfortable bringing my dogs in. Impressed with items for smaller dogs. I've looked everywhere for a harness to fit my 4 pound dog and am glad to have one that fits. I will go back before I leave the area

I was recently in store # 209 (Palm Coast Parkway) looking to buy a pet mouse. Courtney was extremely helpful and friendly, and took enough time with me so I could make the right decision. Had a slight mouse emergency 2 days after purchase, and Courtney remembered me and was able to resolve the situation. Thank you Courtney and the rest of the friendly faces at store # 209.

This is the only store I've found in PC that has live snake food. The employees are very helpful and attentive but their prices are ridiculous. They do have well priced vaccine clinics on Saturdays.

Looks as if your a typical pet owner (cat, dog, etc.). Plenty of selection. I was in for tropical fish and aquatic plants. Typical pet store variety. Tanks could be cleaner, but at least no dead fish bobbing around. Great fish tank selection for beginner aquariums. Was asked twice if I needed help, which I think is a positive.

Pretty good size pet store. They have things for dogs, cats, birds, lizards, ferrets, and more. They had some pets up for adoption last time I was there. They had birds, cats, lizards, snakes, and some ferrets for sale. The place was really clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helped with my needs. The fish tanks and cages were very clean and well maintained. I will return to purchase things for my pets here!

The staff at our Palm Coast Pet Supermarket go out of their way to help customers with their pet needs. In my situation, the staff dedicated themselves to helping me get two really cool figure 8 puffers, and I am very appreciative for that! I'm a fish guy, and I can tell you that without question the selection of fish and the level of care and expertise in the fish department at this store is unlike ANY other in town. If you have any fish needs, try out our Pet Supermarket first - I cannot speak highly of them enough.

The staff are knowledgeable and kind. Prices are definitely good too. UPDATE TO REVIEW .... I was able to adopt beautiful Kay Kay on Tuesday. I named her Kate to go with Kay Kay. She has been a true blessing and the missing piece to my life. Since I lost my Siamese in July I haven't been the same person. Kate has adjusted perfectly and she fits right on in with the rest of us. She is the Princess and knows it thank you guys so much for letting her come home with us 💖 she is adored 🌟 ⭐ 💫

I'm not sure how I haven't reviewed this place sooner. It's the only place I go for stuff for my animals. The staff are awesome, and they really know their stuff. The store is always immaculately clean; you'd never suspect they had guinea pigs and ferrets. Ryan and his crew also take their time to socialize the animals under their care so that when it's time for the adoption, you get a friendly pet that wants ear scratches and treats.

Tried a product called silver honey, the guy at the front recommended for small wounds and scabs. Literally only cost $20 and saved me hundreds from having to go to the vet. Hands down this product worked within 4 days

Treated my daughter like she was stupid and caused a lot of drama in her life now she's having trouble getting a full time job, couldn't stay working there under Horrible, awkward circumstances after she was the most dependable, knowledgeable dedicated employee they had!! Horrible place of business and my daughter was totally heartbroken and crushed because she really Loved her job working with the animals, reptiles and Fish. Very sad to do that to her and we'll NEVER go back! They've truly made us want to sell our house and move back north!!

Last night our Brownie troop was invited to learn about the importance of taking care of animals as pets in order to complete their "pets badge" and I just wanted to say thank you to Ryan who not only showed that he was extremely knowledgeable, but his level of patience with a handful of 2nd and 3rd graders was quite impressive!
