I recently took my dog to Gina at Palm coast pet spa, and I'm thrilled with the service provided. Gina took her time and showed genuine care for both my pet and me after receiving terrible service at another groomer in town (salty dogs wash)The attention to detail from Gina at PCPetspa was evident, and my dog looked fantastic afterward. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a groomer who truly cares about their clients and their furry friends.

Even though I had met with them the day earlier to explain the pulled ligament and my 15 1/2 year-old dogs leg, they apparently forgot. After being in the back for about 10 minutes, I heard these horrible yelps and ran back to find it was my dog. They claimed she was having a panic attack. She’s never had a panic attack before. Actually had to take her to the vet because she couldn’t stop yelping in pain and it was determined that they had re-injured her right rear leg. Also, they never groomed her legs or tummy.Extremely disappointed. I’ve never been to a grooming place that hurt my dog before. I cannot recommend this dog grooming spa for anyone. Even though they have a door where the groomers work, they don’t allow anyone to go back there. Take a look And make your own conclusions.

My Dogs came home very itchy. The older woman was quite rude to me. I don't do rude!I now take both of my babies to Love of Fur. They're waiting. Room is twice as big with very comfortable chairs. The place is impeccably clean and it is hands down is much better than Palm Coast pet spa. They did a great job and my pups did not come home itchy!

We brought our two dogs here for bath and nails when our usual place became impossible to get an appointment with. We will definitely be back here! Fast service (my dogs were ready within the hour), friendly staff and good prices. I took off one star only because they missed one of my dogs nails when trimming but honestly I’m sure next time it would be a 5 star experience.Edited to add that extra star back since we’ve been back twice more and the service is just great every single time. Fast and friendly staff who are sweet to your pups.

Attentive to owner's requests, took necessary steps to groom my dog to perfection. They are very friendly caring employees. My dog loved it to. It was her 1st visit. When she was handed to me in lobby at completion...she wanted to return to grooming area. Most dogs are anxious to exit grooming building...immediately.

Always call when my pup is getting finished so we can pick up. Listens to how I want him cut and never forces us to shave him. Recommended by my neighbor and shes been using for years. Very Happy with all our visits, always take great care of our dog. I highly recommend.

My first visit with my pups. Very nice people. My groomers took a few minutes to greet and get to know their new clients. They listened attentively while I described each dog's particular needs. Both of my dogs were nervous initially since this was their first time here but calmed quickly and went right back when Danielle and RaeAnn took their leashes.The spa called me when the dogs were ready to go (about 2 hours later). When I arrived, the pups looked great! They were excited to be picked up of course but no issues about their day of beauty 🐕🐾🐩We'll return in two weeks for baths!

First visit was today. My long haired chihuahua Lucy was booked with Cheyenne. Little hesitant as we have not returned to groomer since covid. Cheyenne visited with me first, which I loved. Lucy has an eye issue that’s currently being treated. Vet said grooming was fine, avoid getting head/eyes wet. Plus she asked what our needs/wants were, listened and was familiar with long hair chihuahuas.Picked her up and she looks so cute. Her butt looks like she’s wearing little pantaloons. She was nicely trimmed and nails were filed too. Lucy was fine and she’s usually stressed at new places. That said she was good and welcomed us back.Will definitely be booking again.Pic isn’t great. Lucy hates and usually avoids camera. I can’t get her cute little behind with the pantaloon cut.

Today was our first experience with Palm Coast Pet Spa and I just couldn’t be happier! I was a very nervous dog mom. My dog has some medical issues as well as pretty serious separation anxiety. We have been grooming him at home but it takes hours over two days with all the breaks he needs. Hannah was our groomer at Palm Coast Pet Spa and she was able to bathe and groom my dog in an hour and 15 minutes!! He looks amazing. The cut is exactly what I asked for especially in his face which has been a challenge in the past. As if that wasn’t enough the price couldn’t have been better either! I know my dog isn’t a fan of being away from me and gets very stressed but I’d much rather put him through an hour and 15 minutes than the 2 days it takes my husband and I do do at home. We will definitely be back!!

I have been using this groomers sincethey opened. I believe they wererecently taken over by new owners.They are still just as great! The priceswent up a bit but prices have gone upeverywhere for everything else sothat's probably to be expected. Theytake excellent care of my dogs & that'swhat's most important to me. My dogsare elderly and have health issues so Ineed them to be taken care withpatience and not rushed. I know forsure they are taking good care of thembecause my dogs are never afraid togo in and look forward to seeing thenice ladies for some pampering &special attention. I highly recommendthis place for your fur baby you won't be disappointed.

My 1st time having my 2 Shih Poos groomed here so I was very nervous as they have only been privately groomed by one groomer out of her house in NY who was beyond excellent with them. Have to say that although they were very busy and it was a factory like experience, my little doggies were groomed nicely & didn't seem upset when they were done. Also I don't believe in caging my pups & they were obliging.

We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for our baby Yorkie. They cancelled last minute, offering only to reschedule two weeks later. We arrived at our rescheduled appointment, and were turned away without explanation. They said they had no idea we had an appointment, were condescending and dismissive, while simultaneously admitting they had the history of our conversation regarding the rescheduling on file (I have a screen shot of the communication as well). We asked to speak with a manager, and we waited outside the building for over ten minutes along with several other customers (including a small child and elderly adult) in the heat, and decided it would be best to leave to avoid our baby Yorkie (whose hair is overgrown due to their negligence) getting heat exhaustion. We called to follow up but got no response or call back. Palm Coast Pet Spa is ratcheting up their prices (at least $5 for existing services), they do not allow customers inside their building, and are increasingly uncooperative and unreliable. We have gone to them for years, but things have changed and they no longer seem to care about customer experience. If they treat loyal customers like this, imagine how they might treat new customers. Stay away.

They groomed my Senior Labrador and our Lab/Hound mix. Our Senior dog has a very thick coat of fur. The groomer did a great job with getting all the excess fur off of him.Our other dog has a smoother coat. His coat is mostly grey, which after his bath is now gleaming. It is so shiny, making him more handsome.Thank you to Palm Coast Pet Spa for doing a great job!

We made an appointment three weeks in advance. A day prior to appointment staff called to notify that they need to cancel and we’re unable to accommodate a make up appointment in two weeks. After a call to confirm reached appointment we were informed that it was never made. So, 4 weeks later we were unable to receive grooming services, never received an apology or any accommodations for inconvenience. We have been a customer for our two dogs for two years with them. It is so sad and disappointing but we feel uncomfortable to return back with our babies. If their regular customers are treated this unreliable and unprofessional way, imagine how they might treat new customers. Stay away.

Super nice folks, just act weird sometimes. I take my pup in to get nail trims every time I tell them ( which I do not mind) her left paw is a little fragile so she may be scared. They are always happy to take her except today I overheard “You can say no”. Therefore, I will take my dog else where if they’re is an undercover issue.

Palm Coast Pet Spa is a great place to have your dog groomed. They have timely appointments. Always try to accomodate you or if needed try to move up your appointment through other cancellations, always informative. Most importantly providing Quality Cuts and our dogs are never nervous or upset coming back. Also if there is ever a problem or misunderstanding they are Quick to Correct to customer satisfaction with Great Customer Service!

We’ve been bringing our little Maltipoo to Palm Coast Pet Spa since she was 6 months old and had all her shots. She’s now almost 2. Before that Carol groomed our little Maggie Mae for several years until she passed away at 13. We trust them! They are wonderful and really care about our pets. All these years we’ve never had a problem. I know that if a problem ever occurred they would address immediately. We won’t bring our pets anywhere else.

I was pleased with how friendly everyone was. I was happy with the way my girl looked when I picked her up. I then took her later that day for a checkup with the vet. Also let me say this, I have used many different groomers with our travels. He noticed her neck was raw! Very red and irratated, he said this will get infected if not treated. It was obviously fresh . I don't know what they did to her, but we will not be going back! I have never had this happen, so I am very upset.Also I found it hard to believe they only needed 1 hr to groom a long hair dog. We have traveled a lot over the years and the best groomers still took 2 hrs to groom. Honestly I'm not sure they even gave her a bath. I suspect they used a dry shampoo. There is no way to dry a double coat long hair dog and cut with 1 hour.

This is the best I've found. They get my pup Tasha in and out super fast so she's not in a cage all day like the place I go to up north. I wish I could find a groomer like Pet Spa in for the summer. I've been using the Pet Spa for 6 years now. Always clean, friendly and they do a fantastic job every time.
