Not sure why you changed your closing time from 9pm to 8pm. A rep at the store said it was "because of day light savings." The expressed purpose of daylight savings is to add more daylight hours, it does not shorten the day. When you closed at 9pm it was dark, when you close at 8pm it's dark. The only thing you accomplished is confusing your customers and forced us to go to other retailers.

wanted to support a business in my local community. Stopped in to the store today to use the new dog wash station. was genuinely surprised at how unsanitary it was. dirt was still all over the floors.everything was covered in pet hair and i mean covered. i used to work in a pet store that had a pet wash and we made sure it was cleaned and sanitised IMMEDIATELY after every use to prevent any spread of potential viruses or fleas. and it also just makes the washing easier. no one wants to dig through mounds of fur to get to things. it’s what people pay for, the reason people prefer to use stations then their homes. it looked it had just been left like that all day. when i had approached one of the workers to ask whether it was the customers who were the one who cleaned ( to see if maybe just someone was rude and decided to leave it that way) or if the workers had special things they used to clean it i was told the staff cleaned it. if someone is paying for a service it is expected to be kept at least manageable for the next person to use. i was then met with a very rude response and poor attitude. like i had been bothering her to ask for the fur to at least be picked up. she responded with “well it’s saturday, it’s busy” keep in mind there were four of us in the store. she then said “i can have someone go vacuum i guess” i said that that would. be appreciated. waited a few mins and no one came by. just decided to leave and go somewhere that was more kept up with. i don’t leave reviews often but the response and just rudeness of the employee made it feel worthwhile

Tractor Supply is the only farm store that does not give veterans discounts except for special holidays and veterans day.I won't be back there anymore and I urge all veterans who fought for freedom to boycott these farm stores.Shop at the farm stores that respect and honor what us veterans fought for. I’m glad this store came to Palm City! Great products, friendly service, and great prices and super convenient too! Our new stop to get our dogs food! Went in today to get dog food and got a fantastic deal on a Blackstone grill for our RV!

Really clean and decently stocked. Reasonable prices and good customer service. My only issue was that it was challenging to find prices as items were mixed up and labels are really small. Really happy that they are now in Palm City!

I've been to several TSCs and this is by far the best. Clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the curbside pickup is great when you're on the run. Can't say enough good things about this location!

This was my first time here, and it's great! Walter was extremely helpful and very friendly, as was the vet technician who explained the services they provide for animals. There is a wide variety of dog and cat food as well as supplies in the store.

Great place to find all of your farming needs and tools for farming. The staff does an amazing job at keeping the store clean, and they are very welcoming. The managers and workers are very attentive to their customers. This place has great deals and many options to choose from for your farming and household needs. Great selection of seed for the farm. No other place can help me get enough food for the ducks. Keeps my kids happy plus it’s a great place to wash the dog when you’ve been out for a day in the mud! Awesome staff

if you own large lot of acreage, this is your go-to shopping store. If you live in a condo or town-house, not do much. Still you can many times find some household knickknack that is irresistible. Give the store a visit either way.

I know it’s gonna be a great place, but I can tell you yeah businesses have a hard time opening up and Martin County especially when they have to deal with the inspection department and all the blah blah blah it’s ridiculous. I can’t remember the racetrack on Canton Highway sat there empty for like two months or more ready to go guaranteed on the shore, waiting on the Martin County Building Dept.
