We Took the dog to Pet Spoilers for the first time and we specifically showed them a photograph of the dog. We told them not to touch the tail and if anything not to cut the hair more than one inch from the body at the tail so it would look like the photo. It will take a long time for that hair on the tail to grow to the length that it was before. The photos and the instructions meant absolutely nothing, since they were not followed. You can see from the second photo that 4 inches of the tail are now exposed completely.

Between my husband and I we have been apart of the pet spoilers family for over 12 years now. We’re always so excited to see John and his team of girls and even more excited to see how our dogs look when we pick them up. They go above and beyond to get us in and make our dogs as comfortable as possible. five stars isn’t enough for how great of a team they are! I highly recommend them!!

Anthony did a great job of grooming Marley! She’s a 4 yr old Great Pyrenees/Standard Poodle mix. I like that he texted us an update when he was finished. Highly recommend Pet Spoilers Spa!!

John and his staff are fabulous. I can't say enough good things about them! We were visiting the area from out of town and they worked my retriever in for a nail trim. He'd been having a problem with his paw, and they went above and beyond to help us out. John even phoned me in the evening to talk about my boy's situation. The facility is very welcoming and made my dog feel at ease. I saw dogs leaving after grooming and they were gorgeous.Highly recommend Pet Spoilers Spa. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

John and company are wonderful. I recently adopted my little one, Georgie and she needed a makeover. I read the reviews on Pet Spoilers and decided to give them a try. I was so pleased. If I could give them no stars I would. The place was disorganized and dirty. My dogs actually smelled when they got home. My beautiful Westie was butchered by a groomer who supposedly was a “groomer of show dogs.” You be the judge…the first photo is my Westie before. The second is after the butcher destroyed his looks. It will take MONTHS for his head hair to grow back. I’m despondent.

We are so thankful for the crew at Pet Spoilers Spa! John, Allison, Chanel and the rest of John's crew are the best! They took exceptional care of our 17 year old Maltese while we were away this summer. They even sent us photos and text updates on how Casper was doing. They have been Casper's groomer for about 6 years. Casper is blind and incontinent, but he still knows kind people who care for him. Casper always went on trips with us, now it is too difficult for him to travel since he gets disoriented in the car. We know we can trust them to be patient and kind with Casper which gives us great peace of mind.

The owner is so nice and does such a wonderful job with our puppy. Our pup has long hair and we've done lots of different cuts (blow outs, shaved short, poodle cut, etc) and she always looks wonderful. They also use cute bows! Highly recommend.

Wow wow wow. We took our dog there this morning for his nails to be trimmed. Our boy had a rough past and they were extremely compassionate and so professional. We love this groomer! We have a 14 year old Maltese who is blind in his one eye that is left and has some dementia. They are so kind and patient with him. We have come here for almost 3 years and are very pleased. They always call me as soon as he is finished, so he is not sitting around nervously. Our Casper walks proudly after being groomed, prancing around and acting fiesty like his old self. Very reasonable price as well. You won't be disappointed.

Used to take our labradoodle here all the time!! Since moving, we have yet to find another groomer that compares to how wonderful Pet Spoilers is! Our pup was always happy after being groomed and always happy to go back the next time. They cut him exactly how we wanted each time (and he definitely wiggles around a lot). Staff is very professional and nice. And all at a very reasonable price. 100% recommend.

My 2 small dogs were such a mess because I have been so busy attending to a sick family member. I reached out to Pet Spoilers and John reassured me that they would take good care of them. When I picked them up , they looked perfect! I am so pleased . Dropping off and picking up was easy and quick. The price was excellent because I know that for my dogs to come out looking like they did, they must have spent quite a bit of time working.I will reccomend Pet Spoilers.

We recently moved to the area with our 2 mini labradoodles. This was clearly the best grooming for our dogs we have ever experienced. It looks like their paws had a professional manicure :) Service and responsiveness was great and fairly priced. We will be regulars here!

Wonderful groomer! Our 1 year old rescue dog, a silver lab, was very nervous at first, but the people here helped make him feel comfortable and loved. The owners are so kind and helpful. Our labrador did very well, and we will definitely continue to come here for his grooming needs!

I selected Pet Spoilers as the place to board my dog based on the previous reviews on Yelp and boy, did I make a good decision. John, the owner, truly loves dogs. There are a lot of little purebred dogs getting groomed and boarded there and my dog was a boxer mix who looked like she could have easily fit in at a junkyard but she was loved there and I know she was spoiled. John, his mom and the staff truly get to know your dog and his/her preferences and treat him/her like she is the most special dog there. It is such a terrific place that I drove ten miles out of my way to get her there whenever I was traveling for business.My dog, Elsa was 13 years old when we moved here and I started boarding her at Pet Spoilers for a week each month. Unfortunately she had cancer and had no symptoms until the very end. She was staying at Pet Spoilers and when she stopped acting like herself I received a call from John. Long story short he rushed her to his vet who is just down the street where her health declined very quickly and she passed away. It was a tough time for all of us and it was clear then, how much John truly loved Elsa. This happened about four months ago and I miss my dog so much but I am so glad she was at Pet Spoilers with John when I could not get back in time (my family was also contacted by John and my husband and son were with Elsa when she passed away). I can't express how grateful I am to John, his mother and the staff at Pet Spoilers for the amazing care they gave my dog every time she was there, but especially during the time she really needed them.If your dog is a treasured family member there is no better place for him/her to go for grooming and boarding than Pet Spoilers Spa.

My baby looks amazing. Super nice and flexible guys there! You can’t beat their price! I’ve been to many pet grooming places and my dog looks funny every time (Big head and tiny body.) For the first time ever, my dog looks adorable, they said that they did the lamb cut. For my dog it’s $45 and I know my pup isn’t easy to handle so I always tip the groomers.

I have taken my orange tabby cat here a few times and they have always done so well making him look great! I also have a dog who sheds uncontrollably! So I took him in for the full works and a shave and I have to say.. he didn’t shed for almost 2 months! I am super happy with they services and he will be back again this weekend :).

Great service and friendliness, they treat your fur babies as if they were their own. It always smells great when you walk in their door. Every one is super friendly, the groomers do such an amazing job making sure you and your fur baby walk out happy and satisfied.

After going to Palm City Animal Medical hospital for grooming for many, many years +15 years, I decided to try Pet Spoilers. A HUGE improvement in my Poodles grooming. There is absolutely no comparison.I am so pleased with my poodles grooming. Price is comparable. Owner is very friendly, and professional.
