This store has a nice layout and great selection. There are paper and cleaning supplies within the grocery department, a key kiosk in hardware with a key cutter nearby - a first for me while visiting a Walmart Supercenter - plenty of shoes including a full display of children’s rain boots, and more. They have a Subway restaurant in store instead of the Charley’s that other local stores have. Pretty quiet and not so busy for being near the airport. It’s a great store.

First time visitor to this Walmart:Poorly run! It is 8:07pm, I have been standing in line for 20 minutes. Self checkout is backed down the aisles, only register 3, 7, and 9 are open. You have more employees on the floor and talking than at your registers.Customer service is poorWaiting in this line is ridiculousAnd your store is disorganized and dirty.Your parking lot looks like an abandoned field of mess.Hopefully your corporate office will care enough to make a surprise visit.

Great Walmart, Supercenter so you'll find everything you need every day There is something new on clearance, produce here is usually fresh, there are a lot of varieties you can choose from. Few down sides: Customer service needs work. Self checkout needs a lot of work, way too much wait time. Overall 8/10

Bought what we needed. Egg price was $3.46 for 18 by the sign. Came up $4.12. at the register. The register lady could do nothing, or at least Did nothing as we both informed her! Went to a Price checker n she would not even go back n Check. My husband went back n pulled the Price tag n took it to the Customer Service. They did not seem interested in the problem but gave him the correct price from the Price Sticker he brought to them! How many people had been expecting to pay the Posted price n did not notice in a cart full of materials?? We find this at least once a yr in various places! Computers have made soooo many things easier n better as they told us 50 yrs ago... Hmmmm?? Try tracking your vote.

Stay away. We waited 25 minutes in line to buy a box for a wall charger that cost $6 because they had it locked up behind glass. Obviously they have a crime problem there. Not family friendly at all. Waited another 25 minutes of lying to check out. Worst Walmart ever

worst WALMART ever and that's sayin a lot! was approached by a worker who asked me if I was going to buy anything -- I replied yes my son had the cart and I just needed to use the restroom. walked a few feet into the bathroom and turned around because of the stench and filthy condition of the restroom. My son was finished scanning the merchandise at the self checkout and had bagged everything but when the card scanner declined the purchase twice even though he had the balance on the card pulled up and he showed it to the attendant. She ordered him to unbag everything and then told him he had to go wait in line at another register ( one that actually had a designated cashier) and repurchase everything. The card of course went through because there was something wrong with the card reader on the self check out machine. So now in addition to having to scan al the items and pay at self check out because Walmart is too cheap pay live cashiers and wants customers to do free labor for them. Then when the card readers are not maintained properly they want customers to do double the work by making you unbag everything and go wait in another line and purchase all the merchandise again. No apology just attitude. Lousy customer experience, this is why I rarely shop at Walmart. Avoid this location especially because it's even worse than others --and this is why Walmart sucks.

I'm big guy and like a Bigger shirt. They didn't have the hip hop baggy 4-5xl like most stores. But subway is inside!. Good luck!

I went this evening to purchase a TV, and my husband and I asked if they had another cart to transport it to car, bc it was to big for shopping cart, they said no! Use the shopping cart. Checking out, another customer who spoke same language as Claudett the manager, bought same tv and was provided a better cart l.My husband asked Claudett the manager why was that, he was provided w a very rude attitude, said there are no special carts, and shopping carts are the same thing, and it's not bc it bounces in parking lot. We don't appreciate being tried like a second class' citizen, we spend a lot of money at Walmart and employees especially managers should not be so rude!

Nice Walmart but the parking area is under construction. Parking is limited and there is some congestion at busier times which makes it a little dangerous. Otherwise good stock on hand and staff are polite and helpful

I have never in my life of ordering for pick up seen a worse pick up area. Some spots are numbered some are not. You check in it tells you you can’t check in you have to call, you call no one picks up. You try to ask one of the attendants and they start yelling at you. Once they finally bring your order (after 30 mins of you questioning your life choices) they start handing you items instead of putting them in the trunk. I’ve been to various Walmarts for pick up but this one’s truly something else.

HORRIBLE!!! Waited almost an hour for help in the bike section, spoke to multiple workers here who just brushed me off when I asked them if they can help call someone to that area. One caught an attitude because she thought I was asking her to help me like no I’m trying to find the person that works that area so ridiculous.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life. These are the slowest cashiers I’ve ever seen. The first cashier with the bob cut hairstyle took 8-10m to ring up one person. After she was done ringing the guy up she ran away somewhere for 10 minutes leaving 5 people in line!!!!!!!I go to a different line and theirs a Hispanic girl with glasses ringing up a person. It takes her an average of 6-7m to ring up each person. Theirs no sense of urgency within the night crew. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Walmart….. The whole night crew just seemed slow & lazy.BTW the manager is the lady with the bob cut. She’s African American. She GOTTA GO!

The store on 4375 Belvedere Rd WPB has very good customer service throughout the store! Bravo to the Manager who has cultivated such good service in their staff! Much appreciated- all staff approached were friendly efficient at answering my questions and helpful.💕

Mobile pick up was pretty confusing and the people there didn’t really help. it’s around to the far left of the building and you have to call and let them know you’re there. I felt like it would’ve been more convenient just to walk in and pick up the stuff I needed it but I was trying to make sure I was ready.

This is one of my favorite Walmarts, I only like 3 Walmart. The problem is it seems like 60% of the workers are not there to work. The rather stand and look pretty or yell a cross the store for nothing or about personal issues. The lines are mostly always backed up and instead of trying to fix the issue they rather walk around laughing or waiting on their manager to come and enforce them to do what they know they should already be doing. What's even worse it's more of the older crowd that's acting inappropriate.

Dear Manager Dakota. Please fire Shen or Shein with the hairband and the attitude. She had a Team Leader badge tonight. A rather horrid experience today with the team leader known as Shen/Shein. If Satan had a second in command for terrible attitude she would definitely be a contender.All my partner wanted was bread, we were told by a rather well mannered attendee that perhaps we could obtain the Item as she was not closed yet. But here comes Shein/Shen with her less than spirited attitude waltzing over as if she was the store manager. I get it Shein said no.Granted my partner was stubborn but she had no right to speak to her in that manner. Nor treat her so called "team" members in such a toxic manner. Seriously. Learn to be lenient. I understand security protocol. But quite frankly she is not paid enough to care.She was rude, filled with insecurity and such a foul attitude that it makes me sick. I can assure you all that I myself could provide a better work ethic than her, yes. We are all tired, and yes we are annoyed but that is no excuse to be Ill mannered to customers and to coworkers.I do hope you see this review and that she receives disciplinary punishment.She even threatened to cut the Employee's check if she did it again. Even screamed at the other customers at the self checkout. Even tried to throw security into the manner. Which quite frankly I feel bad for him. It was an embarrassing display on both sides.Who does that? Seriously. She should learn some manners before someone or something puts her in her place.Sincerely, a Walmart Customer who has shopped here for years.

Yesterday I was in this market, although I have always had a good opinion, because last night I received very bad treatment from a worker, I very politely said good night and asked her if she worked there and if she could tell me if There were dining room sets, very contemptuously she barely paid any attention to me, then she told me that if I didn't see her sweater and that she didn't know anything, I said thank you very much and asked another worker who knew how to serve me with very good manners. This entire conversation was in English. On this occasion I left very disappointed.

I just ran in for one item and ended up purchasing a few more. It was a good time - before work and school let out so there was no wait to pay. And a couple of my items rang up less than I thought they would - a bargain! Employees were easy to find when I had a question. Because of the time of day, parking was easy.

I go to this Walmart multiple times a day unfortunately I won’t ever step foot in that particular store again. I still however support other Walmarts. Too bad certain employees want to make an issue out of a small matter.

This is one of the worst managed Walmarts in all of Walmarts.Employees here usually do nothing. Are usually talking or on their phones.Mold in breads maybe 3-4 days these breads been sitting on these shelves. Waiting for a lawsuit to happen.

I was going check and I saw a cockroach on the ATM. Unbelievable, I took pictures of it. Few months ago we bought a box of pampers, and when we opened the box it was a lot of same insects inside too..I really don't recommend this location. Really nasty and dirty......

This store is CONSISTENTLY FILTHY, UNKEMPT & OUT OF FOOD MERCHANDISE. No matter what I look for, try to order through Walmart+ or require for delivery/shipment… NOTHING IS EVER THERE! The latest idiocy was my ordering IBERIA Fine Ground Cornmeal. They continue to show it online… yet report they are out of stock on it once it’s ordered. HOWEVER… my friends see it lying on a shelf in their INTERNATIONAL AISLE, where their HISPANIC FOODS ARE! Laziness. Slovenliness. Stupidity. AND THE EMPLOYEES EXPECT A TIP! Not from my wallet! I’m poor to begin with. I receive DENTED CANS & lots of missing items for which I could scream from Walmart not being more aware that they don’t teach their employees WHERE else to look if it’s not in the “usual” place. Another example? Lobster tails. Yup! You guessed it. They couldn’t find it! Yet my friends DID FIND IT! It just happened not to be in its usual place! It was in one of the white two freezer cases that exist specifically for those items. Likewise the Colossal Shrimp. I’m guessing minimum wage means that the employee looking for the items…they’re not paid enough to look more thoroughly?! And yet Walmart sends out surveys…constantly. My new answer to their CONSTANT FAILING GRADES IS…Get new management! Hire new buyers & seek out better supply chains. The upper management at corporate is obviously EXTREMELY OVERPAID FOR DOING NOTHING & NOT CARING A DAMN ABOUT THEIR ELDERLY & DISABLED CUSTOMERS. You want to shop? Go to Target! At least TARGET GETS IT RIGHT BECAUSE THEY CARE.

Huge selection, pretty organized. Good baked goods selection, they even have fresh baked donuts and mini donuts to go. There is a Subways with a pizza place inside, I haven't tried it, but seems nice to be able to have a place to sit and eat before or after shopping. One of the days I was there, a staff member happily greeted me and my friend. Two days later there wasn't anyone greeting or the person wasn't actually doing his job, I'm not sure which one it is...I wish staff would be a little more helpful and verbal, because we had questions and no one came up to ask if we needed any help. When we asked for help and asked for the manager, since the item wasn't in stock, but cheaper at the store than online, the staff member told us she didn't know how to find a manager. The other pet peeve is that there was a customer who went on the 20 items or less line even though she clearly has more than 20... They were all small and she had multiples of each item. She said there touching and feeling and deciding whether or not she wanted certain items. Specifically 2 hand towel sets. She kept touching and feeling them, put it off to the side, touched and felt the other items and then asked for the towels again and began touching and examining the towels again to finally decide on getting them. At that point, I just wished the cashier would have said, ma'am you have more than 20 items this is a 20 items or less line or she could have said, ma'am there are people on line behind you who have been waiting. If you are still deciding, please stop over to the side and I will take you when you are ready.... Simple.
